Krugman Applies Protosimian Logic to Health Care. Big Government and Higher Taxes! Of Course!

Krugman Applies Protosimian Logic to Health Care. Big Government and Higher Taxes! Of Course!

Abstract: Krugman of the New York Times tautologically restrokes the eternal quest for more government and higher taxes. This pedestrian-level screed warps normal logic, as usual, and offers us the startling and unknown fact that our healthcare system works only because for our government. The usual propagandistic levers are duly pushed in the proper turn-of-the-crank sausage machine processes with the mindless but ever predictable nostrum that we need bigger government and higher taxes. Thus, this article is hopelessly redundant, mired in lies and propaganda, subservient to politicians and may safely be ignored.

The construction of propaganda pieces[1][2][3][4] and other variants of disinformation are designed to sway the reader with some guarantee of money, justice or, more appropriately: the ill-gotten money or hides of evil doers and capitalists.  Tax increases, particularly of the infective and punitive type, always appeal to the mentally unwashed and cognitively disnimble that swarm to their government for welfare, drugs and excuses for losers. Such fabrications of reality soon begin with some worthless anecdote [or a legendary frog story[5]] that rings a distant bell in the cobweb-clutter minds of those inattentive or cognitively disnimble souls who are easy targets for hokum and fluff assaults.  This type of connection then cements in their diminutive neuronal sets the present banality from the Times.  And, as usual, its success signals another round of essays on the splendor of big government and higher and higher taxes. Bacterial infections work like this.

Today, for our amusement, our esteemed non-economist from the New York Times, who is known affectionately as Dr. Paul Krugman of the Walter Duranty Papers, [6] squeezes off another propagandistic offalette[7] sanctioning the enduring confiscation of more private loot. This theme, unvarying from our wonderful Mr. Nobel Laureatte, and rising like the will-o-the-wisp from the swamps dressed as our Expert from Afar,[8] allows the good doctor to puff up some balloons and float them off into the sky for the victims to gawk at and marvel at the profundity. The cancerous topic is, or course, healthcare.

Predictably, it begins with some anecdote:

At a recent town hall meeting, a man stood up and told Representative Bob Inglis to “keep your government hands off my Medicare.” The congressman, a Republican from South Carolina, tried to explain that Medicare is already a government program — but the voter, Mr. Inglis said, “wasn’t having any of it.””[9]-- Health Care Realities By Paul Krugman Op-Ed Columnist Published: July 30, 2009    [Emphasis is mine in all quotes.]

This opening is an example of misdirection and is frequently used to state the conclusion upfront so that the tautological and gratuitous circular logical stream that follows amplifies thus sanctioning this premise. This is one of the middle-grade examples of what the NYT can operate as a slick propaganda machine.[10] They have been cleverer.

At this juncture, we must wonder where the error in logic or syntax exists in the comment. We know that our government is a failure and packed with self-serving criminals such as Senator Chrissy Dodd (D-CT) and Senator Kent Conrad (D-ND) who took bribes for their support of “Friends of Angelo (FOA) loans.” You might recall those are the special mortgages that former Countrywide CEO Angelo Mozilo”[11][12][13] created for this bribers and saved our good senators a lot of money. Gee, were they on the committee that regulated or had oversight on the mortgage industry? We don’t want to be too cynical so somebody look this up and e-mail me if I am wrong.

The correct interpretation of the comment lies in a rejection of the embedded protosimian bias from our author today. The salient fact is that the government does have its infected hands upon our healthcare system and it is going broke both fiscally and intellectually. This selection of a comment from an angry taxpayer thus prompts the writer to soar into the upper reaches for ethereal responses as to why our wonderful government should not control more of our lives and take more and more of our wealth:

It’s a funny story — but it… yadda yadda yadda[14]-- the government is already deeply involved, even in private insurance.

And that government involvement is the only reason our system works at all.”-- Paul Krugman Op-Ed Columnist Published: July 30, 2009

What?????????

This preposterous comment attempts to implant the spurious notion that such things are ONLY possible with the egalitarian, guiding hand of the government pushing the levers.  Why not extend this twisted logic so as to assure us that our vaulted Social Security system-- now broke[15]--‘works’ well due to the diligence of our government. Perhaps we can praise the government for our illegal alien problems, the failure of Amtrak[16] to make a profit[17] in four decades or the successful rehabilitation of criminals? The national debt discussion is reserved for another time.

Aren’t these government programs? Why don’t they work? Does this phony leftist precept need more amplification?

The key thing you need to know about health care is that it depends crucially on insurance.”-- Paul Krugman Op-Ed Columnist Published: July 30, 2009

Here we go! More government??!! Could  we have predicted this?? Is this sausage-machine journalism?

Yet private markets for health insurance, left to their own devices, work very badly:…yadda yadda”-- Paul Krugman Op-Ed Columnist Published: July 30, 2009

Bingo! This theme roils back like malaria.

Today, Medicare — which is, by the way, one of those “single payer” systems conservatives love to demonize — covers everyone 65 and older. And surveys show that Medicare recipients are much more satisfied with their coverage than Americans with private insurance.”-- Paul Krugman Op-Ed Columnist Published: July 30, 2009

I have Medicare and it stinks like dog crap. The agencies I have to deal with are stuffed with slothful and cognitively-deficient protozombies[18] who shuffle paper work around and make stupid mistakes. The system does not pay doctors enough so many reject this horror. I am forced to pay into this crap barrel of twisted logic, stale theories and dysfunctional regulations. The system is broke thanks to our government. Get real. Privatize Medicare.

So here’s the bottom line: if you currently have decent health insurance, thank the government. ”-- Paul Krugman Op-Ed Columnist Published: July 30, 2009

That just went over the top.  Maybe I can thank my car for working well by praising Amtrak. Maybe I can be proud of my dead bolts that protect me from criminals who were ‘rehabilitated’ by our government. I just checked my bottom and it suddenly reminds me of our government.

Krugman is a Tax Zombie. Krugman is only defiant on one issue in economics and that is his ongoing crusade against the existence of Tax-cut Zombies.[19]  He is always in favor of higher taxes. Pick a topic and Krugman will advise that we tax it.[20] Tax cuts do NOT spur growth in the economy.

Restating the current malignant tax case with some truth-base editing:”And that government involvement is the only reason our system fails at everything.”—rycK in today’s blog.

We elect criminals[21], drunks[22] and sons of drunks [like the drunken cop car crasher Patrick Kennedy[23][24],], dopers, parasites, loonies[25], perverts, EcoNazis[26], incompetents[27] and losers and they beseech soiled rags like the NYT to pulverize the facts and disseminate protosimian screeds like today’s submission from Paul Krugman to justify their sorry existence and encourage us to pay more taxes for their welfare and perverted desires.

As the dog returns to its vomit, the NYT returns to tax whoring.

Racism Explodes in the White House from Predictable Cognitive Underloading. Ideological Racism is Safe for Now.

Racism Explodes in the White House from Predictable Cognitive Underloading.  Ideological Racism is Safe for Now.

Abstract: Barry lost intimate contact with his puppet strings and morphed back into his street hustler mode. In the middle of several nasty political problems, mostly from his own party, he now scrambles to set up a White House Beer Blast to unwind and defuse his racist and stupid remarks about acting ‘stupidly.’ The media cluster around his skirts to defend him.

The notion that President Obama is somehow involved in some post-racial era was founded on fluff and hokum at the first dim light but now, in full regalia, we observe that hate-twisted racism is still the glue that binds the radical left together in the political arena. Aligned with the sophomoric low-class[1] radical theorems of the 60s, Barack has reflexively leaped back into his standard South-of-State-Street form and mentality. Ignoring his narrow political training he explodes and dumps on some white cop in a typical white-on-black encounter[2], common in all major cities but sans the details. This is a political blunder.

The Gates Episode[3] has rent the veil in the shabby facade of the Obama Presidency. Many of us warned the voters about his 20-year tautological anti-white tutelage at the knee of Jeremiah Wright and his church’s pews full of swaying and ranting racists. Where is Frank Rich to put some reverse-spin on this and go after the white cop’s church?[4] Now the Beer Summit [5] brings Henry Louis Gates Jr. [“Do you know who I am??]  and Sgt. James Crowley together with Our Fürher and this spur-of-the-moment piece of theater promises to taunt and tempt Obama to posture and work the damage-control levers as his approval rating is plummeting down to dangerously low Bush-Era levels. Not to mention that his promises about jobs, the economy,  saving phony mortgages for the ‘poor’ and abandoning Guantanamo are so much stale tripe, his problems with his own Democrats in his massive-Majority Congress  are astronomical. Here they earned unbridled supremacy in both houses and wrested the Oval Office away from the Nazis and are restuffing the Supreme Court with leftist activist stooges[6] now everything rots by the hinges of Fate and Politics. Of course, the economy is crashing and his stimulus is similar to adding muscle to a track star by injecting some virulent tumors, but, then, he is surrounded by political hacks, liars and criminals.[7] Times are tough.

In collateral damage tones, we observe that the person who reported this incident to 911 has been attacked as a ‘racist.’ Lucia Whalen[8] is now the target of the media as some kind of provocateur and commented:

"I was called racist and I was a target of scorn and ridicule because of the things I never said," she said. "The criticism hurt me as a person, but it also hurt the community of Cambridge."[9]-- 911 caller in Gates case hurt by racist label By Jay Lindsay (AP) July 30, 2009.

You are a racist under leftist definitions because you dared to call the police and report an incident even if you didn’t have any racial or ethnic details. You are expected to look the other way and not be a snitch. Learn this lesson: that is what contemporary black-on-white racism is all about. The least you could have done would have been to lie to the 911 operator and invent a fiction about a pack of howling Klu Klux Klansmen who were on a rousing lynching party in that neighborhood. Refer to the New York Times—aka the Walter Duranty Papers[10]-- for the proper leftist authorized view of this matter.[11]

Another thought:

All white people are racists.[12]-University of Delaware.

Guilty…

Gates is just another embarrassing example[13] of how affirmative action allows the inept to gain acceptance in academia and politics where they cannot compete intellectually and his foul-mouthed rants on the sidewalk, outside his house[?], where he railed against the police in a despicable and disorderly manner that demanded arrest. Al Sharpton would have conducted himself in a more orderly manner as he has experience with riots, some street killings and police and arrests. Apparently Gate’s ‘comments’ to the police have been suppressed[14] we learn from Ann Coulter, always reliable when facts are confidently  mislaid in leftist essays,  as is absolutely necessary to redact any and all incidents to show that only whites are racists.

On MSNBC's "Hardball," Chris Matthews said that Gates did not say, "I'll speak with your mama outside," as stated in the police report.”[15]- How About A National Conversation On Race Hoaxes? By Ann Coulter July 29, 2009 [Emphasis is mine in all quotes.]

Maybe Crissy still has that magical something running up and down his leg.[16] Here is the police report in this footnote:[17] Did he read the police report or did he just ‘know’ a prime example of affirmative action would be above this level of conduct?

Obama was confirmed as an ideological racist[18] who was masquerading as some kind of moderate:

Do we remember this?

"And it's not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations."[19]Barack Obama off camera in what he thought was a safe environment to express his views.[20]

Is this the expected product of Affirmative Action? Apparently so, in stereo counting Obama.

[18] An analysis of what Obama was and what he is now is becoming disturbing. His background, what we can learn of it, is that of a dexterously crafted caricature of an elitist that was groomed to be a reflection of some plastic political reflection of ‘change.’ He was indoctrinated into fashionable Neo-Marxism by some of the best fellow travelers and was taught how to be an ideological racist while avoiding the obvious appearance of a race baiter like Al Sharpton or Louis Farrakhan. He was mesmerized by Jeremiah Wright for 20 years. He is slick in that instance.  What he turns out to be, so far, is a bungling stooge whose control of his party and his mouth is metamorphosing into a sad joke.  We can seriously now question his ability to lead anything given what he has shown us and who he selected for his staff.

Fat, Fair and Progressive Taxes and the Liberal Psyche Explained. We Should Tax All Who Burden Our Society.

Fat, Fair and Progressive Taxes and the Liberal Psyche Explained. We Should Tax All Who Burden Our Society.

We all have to suffer taxes. Tax revenues bring us some return if not relief in our lives as we need to collectively provide for services such as police, fire protection, and the military and certain social services. There is always much hoopla and jingle-jangle ringing about progressive taxes and what levels they should cut into the income of those who seem to attract more money than those below the median. There is a general consensus, ingrained in the DNA of the ‘poor’ and their advocates that the ‘rich’ ought to pay for most taxes and fund programs for the rest of us.  While noble, this nostrum appears to insufficient to generate enough taxes to pay for the crude excesses of our society. We need better measures. We need more specific taxes.

The chief difficulty with this theory is that the rich can reallocate income and such according to geographic location and tax accountability with respect to earnings. Tax-free bonds are a noticeable loophole in the system where the very rich can get a small return on vast sums and escape taxes. Thus, we need to expand the tax base in a ‘fair’ manner so that, according to the new ramblings on the subject, those who instigate an unnecessary or elective government expense ought to pay for it. Such a tax is the Fat Tax.[1] This seems fair. Why not force those who consume more fuel in an airplane to transport their excess adipose to pay a bit more? The same goes for medical costs. Why not ask those whose lifestyles require more medical assistance to pay a higher premium just to be ‘fair?’ There are convincing parallel arguments in other facets of our society where government costs are concerned. This blog suggests some useful and fair new taxes that would make the tax system fairer and more efficient.  This blog also suggests some novel tax credits that might encourage witnesses, snitches and associates of wrongdoers to come forward and inform on them to the police and be eligible for tax-free awards.

But, this primeval judgment about limiting special taxes to the healthcare system seems to be dysfunctional in our society and unfairly directs taxes focused on just a few who require more government spending on their behalf.  The circular argument that fat people pay less than they should for healthcare in our system and that this costs the government more money is an outstanding example of a non sequitur. If government would stay out of the health business, the costs would be lower based only on the obvious reverse effects of government meddling and costly efficiency inversion. But, contrary to concept that our citizens are logical we must concede the salient point that many think our government is beneficial. But, we still don’t have enough tax revenues to pay for those who deviate from the norm and incur extra costs in our society.

Clearly, we need more taxes of the Fat Tax sort! Extending the logic of Milton Merryweather and P. Franklin Alexander and the refinements offered us from Yale, we can accept the social theory that “…revenue from junk-food taxes be used to subsidize more healthful foods and fund nutrition campaigns. “[2] Yes, go for this! More taxes!

Now, let us assemble an ensemble of habits and activities that cost the government more money than average per individual and see if we could put an equitable tax in the proper place so those who incur the cost pay it back for tax neutrality.

New Taxes

We have many people, apart from eating too much, who require medical services, counseling, rehabilitation and such. All of these costs are from elective social behaviour and could be taxed to relieve the tax base and be fair.  There are other lifestyle antics that might be taxed as they cause unnecessary expenses as well:

Drug Addict Tax, [DAT]. Many dopers are also criminals, perverts and incur costs for the pretense of drug rehabilitation in programs provided by our government. Why not tax druggies accordingly? We could require a special co-payment for all drug-whacked persons who need this service. The tax would be the total cost of drug rehab programs divided by the number of drug addicts and also divided by the average number of visits thus the program would be tax neutral! No credit. Pay-as-you-go.

Sexual Pervert Tax. [SPT] We can safely stipulate that certain diseases like AIDS, chlamydia,[3] g*n*rrhea[the clap],[4] and syphilis[5] are mostly caused by promiscuity and acts of debauchery common to liberals and their victims hence that group that promotes, celebrates and spreads this expensive malady should pay for it.  People who test positive for AIDS must pay an additional 10% federal surtax on all income. Medical treatment facilities who specialize in AIDS and AIDS rehabilitation institutions must pay a tax equal to 300% of the costs required to play out the comedy that they are making a difference and this includes housing, mendicants and staff salaries. Those who violate prostitution laws ought to pay a special fee for each arrest along with extra fees on gay bath houses, massage parlors, bordellos and other such establishments at the flat rate of $100 per customer. This tax would automatically be doubled in California and New York. The taxes should be high enough for the revenues to pay for the diseases incurred in such a disgusting manner.

Wino Tax. [WT] There is no reason that Bowery sots and other connoisseurs of the sidewalk vents should not pay for their special privileges. Those who pretend to ‘dry out’ in elaborate dry tanks that specialize in alcohol  or drug rehab should pay a series of fees. Those arrested for public drunkenness should pay a flat fee for each arrest and rehab facilities a flat tax on their earnings above and beyond their normal tax obligations.

Rotten Plastic Boob Tax [RPBT]. Since breast augmentation is elective surgery[6] and leads to frequent stubborn infections[7] a one-time tax, per boob, should be collected and placed in a pool to pay for such nonsense. Some 300,000 women get this elective surgery each year. [8] Many get nasty diseases or undergo rabid lifestyles after such procedures. The tax should be about $1000 per breast. Men would pay $2000.

Second Hand Marijuana Smoke Tax [SHMST]. Tobacco is taxed, in part, on the theory that second hand smoke causes numerous diseases.[9] Marijuana ought to be taxed in the same way to be fair. Those arrested on drug charges where cannabis is involved should pay a stiff fine of $500 per incident to help pay for their intentional infliction of cancer[10] and other maladies upon the masses. Those who grow the weed and peddle the blossoms should be taxed at $1000 per pound of finished dope weight.

Gambling Addiction Tax [GAT]. Gamblers cause numerous problems in our society and should pay a monthly fee if they continue to gamble and lose. $200 per month seems appropriate.

Academic Parasite Tax [APT]. Many so-called ‘scientists’ and ‘professors’ are social parasites and do more harm through the  dissemination of propaganda and lies than any identifiable good in educational terms. Those who infest our institutions of higher learning like insects  should pay a flat 20% tax on their earnings, 50% fees on honorariums and speaking fees, 240% on book revenues and 125% tax on travel [200% if reimbursed the university or school] when employed in our ‘school’ systems. These taxes and fees would be doubled in the political science departments of all state universities.

Disinformation Tax [DT]. The media tend to be preoccupied with propaganda and disinformation in lieu of reporting the facts and this causes inefficiency in our society. Certain media concerns like the New York Times, CBS, ABC, NBC and CNN should pay a flat disinformation tax equal to 20% of their revenues to compensate the taxpayers for all false stories and bogus reports that support any political views of any sort.

Illegal Alien Tax [IAT]. Illegal aliens are a major cost factor in healthcare, crime and other social areas. Illegal aliens should be charged a fee each time they are discovered in our society. A fee of about $200 per detention is reasonable and they would be forced to pay for their own court costs and deportation fees as well. Any citizen who suspects that an illegal alien is present may ask for their Social Security number and use the E-Z check system to see if it was stolen. An instant reward of $200 would be posted electronically to their checking or savings accounts and the account of the illegal aliens debited in the same transaction. The SS card would then be confiscated by any person present and presented to the government for a $50 tax credit. The illegal alien would then be asset stripped and deported.

Prison Parasite Tax [PAT]. Prison inmates are a burden not only on the healthcare system but on the courts and other government agencies.  Convicted felons doing time in our incarceration facilities should pay for 100% of their expenses. They should pay 120% for crimes if they were elected officials. If they cannot obtain the funds, certain measures might be instituted where the government could claim the use of certain of their body parts and bodily fluids to sell to compensate for prison expenses.  Inmates might be leased out for certain environmental projects like dredging the swamps or collecting plastic bottles on the highways or other useful social projects like experimental surgery and virus stress testing.

Government Employee Parasite Tax [GEPT]. Most government employees are useless and contribute more to inefficiency and the bloated bureaucracy than are effective employees.  Most government employees are thus simple functional parasites gratuitously feeding off the public trough. Since they cannot be fired, those who do not work for the military, police, FBI, border patrol or other agencies who accomplish something useful should pay a flat 20% excise tax on their salaries and a 200% tax on travel expenses. If tardy even one minute they need to be docked two days pay for each offense per minute of lost time.

Politician Pollution Tax [PPT]. Persons ‘elected’ to office should pay a special tax based on the fact that most politicians are corrupt, ignorant or mindless. The extra tax should be about 40% of their government remuneration. Staff members of such persons would be taxed an extra 50% of their salaries and be prohibited from travel more than 50 miles from either Washington DC or their state capitol locations.

Predatory Lawyer Tax [PLT]. Lawyers, by definition, are parasitic and corrupt any system of laws in pursuit of the nonexistent notion of justice. Lawyer’s fees need to be taxed at an hourly rate of $200 per hour and the lawyers fined for all frivolous law suits. Lawyers who lose court contests for their clients should be charged a court fee of 20% of the desired judgment and thus forfeit any fees owed to them by their victimized clients. Lawyers who win lawsuits and secure fat judgments should be entitled to their usual 33% fee with the stipulation that if they are defending criminals, perverts or illegal aliens their tax becomes 200% of the judgment.

ACLU Contribution Tax [ACT]. All contributions to the ACLU by citizens or groups should be taxed at 200% of the sum of the contribution. ACLU lawyers should receive nothing for their services if they sue the government for any reason—particularly in civil rights cases.

Global Warming Blather Tax [GWBT]. All written material whether in media print or on the internet or in an interview on television programs that foster the lies and baloney of Global Warming or Climate Change  should be taxed as the rate of $10 per word per view or listener. “Literature” sent to residents should be taxed in the same way. Citizens may send in tapes of interviews or fliers to the government for a tax rebate.

Obnoxious Panhandler Tax [OPT]. Any person caught begging or panhandling for money from any other person is subject to an instant tax of all monetary items in that person’s possession at the time they are caught. Their clothes would be burned for medical reasons. The police or other persons on the scene who witnessed the act would be allowed to assist the victim in the confiscation of the panhandler’s portable assets. No victim or witness or persons who assist in the administration of justice may be prosecuted or even interviewed by the police and no court orders may be issued against them. Panhandlers may not bring lawsuits to any court.

Tax Credits.

Political Informant Tax Award [PITA] Any person, citizen or not, who gives material evidence, testimony or data on any elected politician, state, city, local, county or federal,  that results in a conviction or a fine would be eligible for a 1-10% award based on the aggregate wealth of the convicted politician. Groups of informers may share in multiples of this award on a percent per person basis. The award with would be determined by a politically neutral panel of citizens who [1] had never run for office, [2] were never related to any elected official and [3] whose tax bracket is 38% or higher. Such awards would be paid in cash and be free of any taxes, world-wide or even farther.

Illegal Alien Snitch Tax Award [IASTC]. Any person, citizen or not, who gives material evidence, testimony or data on any illegal alien that is subsequently deported or convicted of any crime would be eligible for a 5-50% award based on the aggregate wealth of the convicted illegal alien. The award with would be determined by a politically neutral panel of citizens who [1] had never run for office, [2] were never related to any illegal alien and [3] whose tax bracket is 38% or higher. Such awards would be paid in cash and be free of any taxes, world-wide or even farther.

Public Employee Sloth Informant Tax Award [PESITA].  Any person, citizen or not, who gives material evidence, testimony or data on sloth, laziness or malingering activity of any public employee in state, city, local, county or federal employ would be eligible for a 1-20% award based on the total annual  salary and benefits of the employee. This would be doubled for police and the FBI. The lazy employee need not be convicted, but the award would be determined by a politically neutral panel of citizens who [1] had never run for office, [2] had never worked for any government agency or department except the military and [3] whose tax bracket is 38% or higher.

Military Personnel Total Tax Exemption [MPTTE]. No person who enlists in the militarily or graduates from a military academy, including private military academies such as VMI, can be forced to pay any taxes of any kind—city, state, local, county or federal. Businesses will be required to refund the taxes inherent in alcoholic beverages, gasoline, food, clothing, sports tickets and travel and any other fee or tax such as airport taxes and hot dog taxes for all military personnel. Military pay cannot be taxed in any way. Military retirement pay and benefits may not be taxed in any form.

With a few more tax laws, we can save the government some tax monies and bring peace and justice to our society.

The Rise of Fascism and the Demise of North Korea, Iran and Sudan

The Rise of Fascism and the Demise of North Korea, Iran and Sudan

We all learn from history that tremors in the financial and economic landscape have mostly produced massive changes in the wealth and physical boundaries of many countries. Any time there is a shift in power, in any form whatever, there are those fanatic and greedy leaders who would take bold chances to gain even more power and wealth. We see that now.

Our world now resembles much of the political and economic  landscape just before World War 1 where the ‘balance of power, ‘ collated by numerical alliances and treaties, was perturbed and  collapsed. This led to massive war. The great industrial powers gathered support and encouragement from their allies and turned on their huge war machines that killed 51 million people.  Some believe that the US was brought into the conflict from the financial threat of the United Kingdom not being able to pay off their war debts if they lost to Germany.[1] This conflict that destroyed most of Europe was never fully resolved and reflexive measures like the abominable Treaty of Versailles[2] merely delayed and accentuated the necessary vectors for a bigger war. Today, with our global economy, the players in various camps can wage financial and economic war and disregard physical boundaries.  We are engaged in such a global war. But, now this is an international class war. The ‘rich’ are being forced to give up their wealth.

Paraphrasing Carl Von Clausewitz[3] we can clearly state that the notion “…war is a continuation of politics by other means…” needs to be expanded and broadened in scope. The wars, or actions of politics as in the original observation, now may be economic, financial, debt-oriented and natural-resource oriented and, adding a final element: taxes of the international sort are now a form of war.  War may now be waged from computer keyboards and generals can easily sent orders to the troops by e-mail in seconds. The banks have become fortresses and corporations like bands of brigands. The United Nations wants the power to tax.

Any sudden change in debt level, monetary reserves, bond interest rates, trade agreements or tariffs or taxes may be considered an act of war in the new era.  Any affront may prompt retaliation in kind. Large quantitative shifts in any of these elements may lead to a shift in both political power and a tendency toward hoarding wealth and protectionism. Debtors become the tools of the bond holders but threats of default now can become sophisticated oblique field maneuvers.[4] Military action is now essential only in some limited instances but is secondary to the financial means available to new leaders. Terrorists who hide in the rocks of Afghanistan can churlishly call upon sympathizers to raise or lower the price of oil and punish aggressors. The unexpected changes in our economies, such as our recent stock market crash, have shifted the power from benign capitalists conducting two major shooting wars in Iran and Iraq to a fascist group with intentions far bolder than hunting down some fanatic terrorists. Any new economic changes of any sort may be conveniently exploited by the New Fascists.  What we observe is an intercalation of radical Marxism, Old World Fascism and Financial Adventurism blended into a power base with more financial muscle than the world has seen since Octavian seized the loot from Cleopatra. This is the New Fascism and it will be expensive.

Politicians who can swiftly adapt to opportunities are now strutting upon the world stage and the current shift in political vectors tend to be tax driven--taxes in the world wide sense--and the printing of money without sufficient reserves. The new weapon in this war is the printing press. We face a new-fangled form of something that resembles Debt Fascism where massive debt becomes the excuse to change public opinion via promises and threats and thus strongly influence world policy.  The Western Anglo world is awash in debt and is suffering in a downward debt-driven deflationary spiral[5] and now the debt itself becomes a major weapon in the war machines.  Debtors have as much power as creditors in some cases like the situation between the US and China. The battlefield is now multidimensional and there are debt battle maps, natural resource battle maps, credit battle maps, bond market battle maps and, the new one: international tax battle maps. Defaults can now be effective economic weapons. The graveyards now return to us Zombie Banks[6] with trillions of dollars of printing press backing to give them artificial life. [7]

We all know about the theories of battle and the need to put overwhelming forces into the fray at the direction of generals and this theory still applies. But, the ‘generals’ who command not military but financial, economic and tax forces now command the high ground. They can win bloodless battles with monetary and tax polities.

We should shudder with fear when we note just who controls power in the world now, and what they are what their beliefs hinge on:

Field Marshall Geithner:

We have Secretary of the Treasury Timothy Geithner who now has the power to print and move trillions of dollars by himself and is immune from either inspection or responsibilities to the courts as generously granted in law by Congress.  He can create instant wealth or instant poverty by bypassing the banking system rules and stuff capital into the balance sheets of any bank, real or imaginary. There is no counterpart to this guy in history unless we probe deep into history for a Cleopatra or a Caesar Augustus. The Chinese know what he is doing and their dollar reserves are in jeopardy.

"We believe in a strong dollar ... and we're going to make sure that we repair and reform the financial system so that we sustain confidence," he said.”[8]-- Geithner tells China its dollar assets are safe On Monday June 1, 2009 [Emphasis is mine in all quotes.]

The Chinese hate us for this:

““Mr Luo, whose English tends toward the colloquial, added: “We hate you guys. Once you start issuing $1 trillion-$2 trillion [$1,000bn-$2,000bn] . . .we know the dollar is going to depreciate, so we hate you guys but there is nothing much we can do.””[9]—wild rant by Luo Ping, a director-general at the China Banking Regulatory Commission.[10]

This kind of rhetoric certainly does not give me confidence in our government. Should I invest in China?

Colonel Klebb[11]: The Queen of State Hillary Clinton:

We have Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, a known liar and one who defies the courts and escapes charges of perjury and who now announces which sovereign nations will not advance their development on nuclear weapons and missile systems. She has a mercurial personality, is vindictive and sour and offers ultimatums to Iran, The People’s Republic of North Korea [DPPK] and Sudan. Israel has been threatened with who knows what and now ‘temporarily’ suspends building projects moratorium in the West Bank.[12] She is “optimistic.”[13] She has threatened them with something. We can only wonder how many petrodollars have been placed on a sacred pedestal in Basel for the Clintons to enjoy in the future. The greedy Clintons have already amassed hundreds of millions of dollars in their secret thus nefarious dealings in the Middle East. The slush fund known as the Clinton Liebrary is a massive tax dodge and suppository for graft and bribes.

The Wrath of Clinton:

"There is no place to go for North Korea," Clinton told reporters after reading a nearly seven-minute statement outlining U.S. policy on North Korea. "They have no friends left."—Hillary Clinton July 23, 2009.

And:

"What we've seen is this constant demand for attention," Clinton said. "And maybe it's the mother in me or the experience that I've had with small children and unruly teenagers and people who are demanding attention -- don't give it to them, they don't deserve it, they are acting out."—Hillary Clinton July 23, 2009.[14]

This is diplomacy. North Koreans need to pay her some ‘respect’ and toss a hundred million dollars to Billy and maybe she will quit this pathetic posturing and psychotic ranting.

This is such nonsense and grandstanding. No pair has ever called for so much attention as the Clintons. There is no way Iran, North Korea and others, working in concert for 50 years could come up with a missile system that could even suggest a challenge the US and others in the nuclear club. Also, we cannot shield the neighboring states around Iran with a defensive missile shield—the technology is just not there.  The development of nuclear arms is now only a routine political process and has nothing to do with long-term military strategy. Clinton and perhaps Obama use these topics as an excuse to hammer sovereign states that are merely following in the normal predictable pathway of development of arms.  There is a true threat that terrorists might use such weapons but then we all would have to deal with politicians who are building up their prestige and selling such devices to unruly and suicidal terrorists is not good politics. Why risk your status as a leader who has modernized his country and then has to deal with some ignorant and blatant act of terrorism.  Retaliation on an economic scale from such a terrorist attack might be massive and erase certain regimes. We can label this as blowback of the worst sort. There is no future in this kind of thinking and the leaders of the countries Hillary has targeted have no intention of feeding nuclear weapons to terrorists. But, this gives her a majestic platform and a justification to grab more power. She tilts at windmills amidst much applause.

Der Fuehrer: Obama, debt and inflation.

We have Barack H. Obama who appears to be a 60s era  radical ideological racist[15] until we look at his theories and note that his stimulus and other measures do not, as he proudly announced, stimulate the economy and create jobs. He only bloats government.  His promises are thin and ineffective. He appears upon the scene with some 600 million dollars in funding from the ‘little people’ who gave him less than $200 each we are lead to believe. Some $100 million or so came from the Middle East but what the heck. He now raises our public debt to unbelievable levels. He attacks some businesses while nationalizing others. His notions of printing money are received with mixed blessings or horrors depending on who is watching, citing the Labour Party of Gordon Brown in the UK and reacting with suspicion the government of Germany. The UK is heading for the financial latrine as is most of the Eurozone.[16][17] But, Our Fuehrer prints money and empowers his friends such as Goldman Sachs, GM, Chrysler Corporation with financial gifts and TARP funds and helps keep a tight control over unions. He announces that bond holders are ‘greedy’ thus intimidating the bankruptcy judge and for the first time in history secured bond holders get a ‘haircut’ and the unions get a majority of the auto companies they helped to wreck. All these measures will cost jobs not increase employment. He decides to fire the CEO of a Zombie Bank. His first approach is get the solid votes and then to work up government power to the point that the votes don’t matter any more and Congress is saddled like a donkey with serving his fascist programs. Hitler managed this with his Enabling Act.[18] Congress has outshined that metric. The power to nationalize businesses and banks and print unlimited amounts of money is now an economic version of the Enabling Act. Obama is our new Fuehrer.

Resistance:

Some people object of Obama and his Jeremiah Wright-inspired racism and ideologies. Obama said Americans believe "the religion and culture" of all people must be respected and that every person in the world should "be free to speak their minds."[19]-- Obama: Human rights important to US-China ties (AP) – 6 hours ago July 27, 2009 as of 4:04 PM.

Really? We then wonder if Obama and Pelosi will try to muzzle Rush Limbaugh and others who criticize the Democrats.  This definition of ‘human rights’ is a joke and a political fiddle made to be played only with certain tunes. Perhaps Obama will join with human rights demonstrators against Hamas in Gaza  on the point that “… that requires female attorneys to wear headscarfs[sic] and long-sleeved dresses while they are in court.[20] What did he say about “people clinging to their guns and religion?”[21] He speaks with forked tongue. I would be happier if Hillary Clinton and Nancy Pelosi were required to cover their heads. So would my dog.

Not to even attempt to refute the foolish idea that political power rests only in the hands of the elected, we must look at Al Gore and his formal EcoNazism. The notion that our oceans will boil or rise with CO2 levels is so preposterous as to invite a kazoo-honking crowd of hecklers to the podium until we note that many in the higher level fascist organizations in the energy world are all in favor of it. So called ‘scientists’ will now mumble in excited clusters  in the hope that they will get lucrative government contracts to do ‘research’ to reinvent car batteries, windmills, clean coal operations and solar cells. When confronted with a tautological intermezzo of ‘global warming follies[22]’ the victims of his scheme fail to recognize that his prediction was backward and that the temperature of the earth is now falling on average.  Does Al know about sunspots? The fact that his computer models[23] were reading toward the rear is no concern to those who wish to get in on the juicy profits from taxing and selling new forms of energy at wild profits. Any lie that works is a workable lie. The craft of science is now polluted with hucksters and frauds that are paid to endorse predictions that are silly or backward. This is a superficial marriage of Lysenkoism and Fascism. The proposed Cap and Trade taxes would be world wide.[24] There are the faint hopes for revolutionary changes requiring new inventions such as super car batteries.[25] We have made little engineering and scientific progress on batteries since 1805 but the slobbering hope and wild spending for such a marvel give some kind of emphasis and sanction to a massive transformation of our transportation system and new forms of taxes. Such a tax system would raise costs for everything produced anywhere on the planet. Revenues of such a tax would give unlimited power to power brokers to pick and choose what economies will be successful and which must be eliminated. Efficiency would be reduced, jobs would be lost and corporations would be dissolved because the stark business reality of negative earnings in the near and long term.  Exporting nations such as China, Brazil and India could be intimidated and their products declared an Enemy to the Environment by this new Lysenkoism.

And what would a society envisioned by Al Gore and The Clintons and Barack Obama look like? How about California?[26] States like CA, NY, NJ, MD, MI and OR are blue blue states that overwhelming voted for Obama and practice wild and massive spending on government in their respective states and endorse higher and higher taxes as the solution to government financing difficulties. These states have no financial stability. They are financially and morally bankrupt. California is an economic basket case and headed for financial default yet the New Fascists in Sacramento and Hollywood are the most loyal to Obama. They are also the states with the highest unemployment rates, the highest crime and drug addiction rates and the highest and most obnoxious anti-corporate taxes and policies and all of them abound in EcoNazism. These states now foster the highest possible hostile environment for entrepreneurs in the world. Their solution to every known problem is more taxes and bigger government.[27]

Many of California problems derive from people like Nancy Pelosi [a.k.a. Spartacus] [28]who “…don’t care if they are disliked.”[29] This is certainly the case. California has plunged into the drug and crime culture so deeply it is questionable if they can return to the surface. [30] Their handling of financing and ‘education’ are prime examples of how NOT to run a society. They are going broke spending money they don’t’ have and use some short-term political logic and blame of others to keep their self esteem.  They must believe that Obama will rescue them if they default, and he might.

Much of the world is heading for a depression[31] and it appears that US policy is to drive everyone into some kind of inflation trap. Printing money is economically suicidal and nobody has ever printed so much money as the US. But, some countries are resisting the psychotic measure of ‘quantitative easing’ as the penalty is very great and economies might require decades to pay off debts. Inflation wipes out currency but does not change the value of hard assets. So, the inflation must be used as a political weapon to raise taxes to the absolute limits and draw off as much liquidity as possible into the tax coffins. Hopefully for the Progressive Nazis[32], the inflation will force people to convert their tangible assets to worthless currency and thus deplete their wealth. There is no other reason to encourage inflation.

There will be winners and losers in this battle and those who succumb to the phony EcoNazism will lose. Thusly, China, North Korea, India and some other countries are not willing to partner in some phony scheme to destroy commerce and stick us with zero growth perhaps for decades to come.  As such, they must become targets of the New Fascists or the Progressive Nazis. Trade embargoes and other credit restraints must accompany any dealings with those countries who resist Obama and Al Gore and EcoNazism.

From Colonel Klebb:

"We are open to talks with North Korea. But we are not interested in half-measures," Clinton said. "We do not intend to reward the North just for returning to the table."—Obama Administration view as taught to the world by Hillary Clinton.

This is just the hangman demanding that the recently condemned must agree to certain styles of rope and agree on some fine details on how trap doors work.  The ‘human rights’ issue will be used in a similar fashion to bludgeon the Clinton enemies. This is like sticking a knife in your back and only giving it a half turn.

We can learn much from the Obama treatment of North Korea, Iran and Sudan in the coming months. We may find that the IMF and other organizations will boycott or cease lending to them when the world economies sink and they need help. The tariff wars may soon begin.

So, we have a sophist and an ideological racist who was politically  fine-tuned by Jeremiah Wright and launches into the xenophobic clouds on matters of race[33] e.g.-- howled that the police acted ‘stupidly’ without any evidence or accurate information in the Gates Crisis--has wild support from Africa, the welfare rights crowd, certain terrorist groups like the Black Panthers, the prison guests, the unions, most of the Middle East and Europe  and who, we observe,  has no experience other than 160 days as a ‘senator’ and has his little finger on some 50 trillion dollars in assets and wants to ‘spread it around. ‘

Ready for a change? That change is coming.

"And it's not surprising then they [now read liberals in power] get bitter, they cling to tax machines or drugs and have antipathy to people who aren't like them or pro-illegal-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations."[1]—My paraphrase of Barack Obama’s off camera remarks in what he thought was a safe environment to express his views.[1] [Emphasis is mine in all quotes.]

It is difficult to find a more bitter, twisted, racist and criminal crowd than the current occupants of the White House.

[15] An analysis of what Obama was and what he is now is becoming disturbing.

Clinton Must Apologize to North Korea for Her Undiplomatic Rant. She Disgraces the U.S. as Usual.

Clinton Must Apologize to North Korea for Her Undiplomatic Rant. She Disgraces the U.S. as Usual.

We exist in a world of many cultures and ideals and must manage conflicts where possible.  Our government, as in the cases of World Wars One and Two seem to have provoked sovereign states into aggression, as in the demonstrated case of Japan and Germany, and joined others along political lines all for the prize of some 80,000,000 dead bodies scattered around the landscape. The history of the age of diplomacy is convoluted with puerile bickering and brash actions. The current international political blunder created by Hillary Clinton[1], possibly linked to the Obama administration, although this is vague, similar to the economic and political isolation of Israel, foments war and social unrest in Asia because of the obtuse treatment of North Korea. Out of some 190 countries in the world many more besides NK are deserving of some attention with respect to their social conduct. Perhaps we can pass them on the stringent metric that they are not working on nuclear weapons or ballistic missiles or both. Rwanda and Cuba, thusly, get a blue ribbon and so does Venezuela.

Here, we must accuse North Korea of doing exactly what dozens of other countries have done.

Clinton, who this week likened North Korea to an unruly child, has rallied international isolation of North Korea at a 27-member regional security forum here. She met with her Russian, Chinese, South Korean and Japanese counterparts -- the other key partners in suspended six-nation disarmament talks on North Korea -- and won strong statements of support from many delegations.”[2]-- N. Korea Escalates War of Words, Calls Clinton Vulgar, Unintelligent By Glenn Kessler Washington Post Staff Writer Thursday, July 23, 2009 6:01 PM [Emphasis is mine in all quotes.]

"And maybe it's the mother in me or the experience that I've had with small children and unruly teenagers and people who are demanding attention -- don't give it to them, they don't deserve it, they are acting out."—Hillary Clinton July 23, 2009.

Vintage Clinton: Mouth open, tonsils rattling in harmonic sympathy with her saber and toxic venom assailing the pulpit and microphone before her.

So, for the record, what has North Korea done to deserve this? They sell arms! Can we please examine the role of the peace-loving Swedes who sold weapons to all sides who had money for 150 years while masquerading in the clownish garb of ‘neutrality?’ No condemnation for this? They are working on nuclear weapons! So are others.

How about human rights abuses? Can we please give Zimbabwe a pass for their grand works and merely treat them like the state of Arkansas but dump on North Korea.  Can we wonder why the USSR was never subjected to a War Crimes Tribunal as was the case for Germany?  Didn’t they send the Cheka[3] and more advanced groups such as the KGB and GRU around to liquidate a few dozen million citizens in their own country and their satellites? Walter Duranty[4]--, the Patron Saint of the New York Times, got a Pulitzer Prize for his disinformation and distortion of the Russian pogroms because they were—what-- allies?

The logic that defines the diplomatic stance against North Korea apparently seeps from the Bush administration into the current scene from thinking like this:

But after North Korea tested ballistic missiles and a nuclear weapon, the Obama team shifted course, viewing North Korea as a test case to demonstrate that substantial sanctions could be imposed on nuclear rogues while still holding out the promise of a better relationship.”-- Obama Administration view.

This reminds me of the old colonial days  of the 19th century where the major powers had seized most of the earth’s land spaces and all of its waters and then issued edicts about the excesses of imperialism and conduct of others. It reminds me of the year 1453 when cannon fire aided one aggressor and an empire was lost. Could India have brought up similar charges against England? How much blame can we heap on Africa for slavery? None?

North Korea has a very valid point here based simply on hypocrisy. Apparently, they are to be subjected to some ethereal mandate to dissolve their missile and nuclear weaponry programs because it is time to “halt this process” for “reasons of peace and world stability.”

The ultimatum:

"We are open to talks with North Korea. But we are not interested in half-measures," Clinton said. "We do not intend to reward the North just for returning to the table."—Obama Administration view as taught to the world by Hillary Clinton.

Can we take this stilted diplomatic position and restructure it a bit and then impose it on Hamas in Gaza or Iran or South Africa or Syria? Or, do we have different rules for other countries? The theories on nuclear weapons and their operation date back a hundred years or so and the process to make such devices is entirely an engineering activity—not something that is esoteric or something that involves new inventions. Everybody can have a nuke if they wish.  We will talk and you will listen and then pop tall and obey.

What we suffer from now is the sickening hypocrisy derived from the singular point of power: We are powerful so we make the rules.

There is nothing in the Clinton Rant to suggest that North Korea, Iran or anybody else can trust the Obama administration as they listen to the howls of a crooker lawyer who made millions from political influence.  We cannot trust Obama with the handling of the economy any more than we can trust him on diplomacy. He is failing in all that he does.

Clearly, this is not the path forward to any resolution of nuclear weapons in the world. To think that a person with such an antisocial personality disorder can deliver a civil message to the public or conduct negotiations around the world is monstrous leap of faith. Hillary is not the kind of person to be trusted by her words or to deliver even the mail. She and Obama are the New Fascists.

She should resign and other methods suggested giving North Korea some alternatives. They did not invent nuclear weapons and will not be either the first to sell, employ them or make threats with their potential power.

Hillary should resign in disgrace. Her personality and rants mark the demise of our society.

An Open Apology to Iran: Hillary Clinton is Upon You So Beware.

An Open Apology to Iran: Hillary Clinton is Upon You So Beware.

Many of us in the United States have suffered from the political and moral contagion of Hillary Clinton and her occasional consort Bill Clinton. In her position as Secretary of State, an unfortunate office for a person with her negative attributes to occupy, she can work her devious plans and do great harm to the sovereign state of Iran and simultaneously to the USA. We urge caution in dealing with this particular infidel[1], certainly defining that term in full even under American standards, as she is a corrupting influence world-wide and cannot offer Iran anything substantial. She is a grifter[2] and an abomination to Islam or any other organized religion.

Danger Signal: In recent dealings with the sovereign state of Iran she made this comment:

“…the United States would consider extending a “defense umbrella” over the Middle East if the country continued to defy international demands that it halt work that could lead to nuclear weapons.”[3]-- Clinton Speaks of Shielding Mideast From Iran By Mark Landler And David E. Sanger Published: July 22, 2009

We want Iran to calculate what I think is a fair assessment, that if the U.S. extends a defense umbrella over the region, if we do even more to support the military capacity of those in the gulf, it’s unlikely that Iran will be any stronger or safer, because they won’t be able to intimidate and dominate, as they apparently believe they can, once they have a nuclear weapon.”—Hillary Clinton

This is military nonsense as Iran well knows as there is no defense against low-yield tactical nuclear weapons delivered by ship or car or other means.  She must be offering ‘alternatives’ here and these are some kind of bargaining chips to be fluffed off or sold in secret negotiations for her personal gain.  The far left in American are not trusted by most Americans. She wants to make a deal and that means money in her pocket.

We urge caution in dealing with this nefarious parasite, but also suggest that she can be used as a ‘useful idiot’[4] if she is offered a bribe or some form of new power. Her husband and she have amassed several hundred million dollars in bribes mostly associated with the Middle East or in book scams in the recent decade and her hunger for power and cash can be deftly exploited to redirect her policies and rhetoric toward policies favorable to Iran. She will willingly abandon Israel and support Hamas or other Iranian interests in Palestine if the price is right.  Her quest for power is so emphatic and maniacal that she will willingly give away American secrets, military and political concessions and anything else Iran might find useful in their international relations. Her price is high but she can deliver.

As Americans, we apologize for thrusting this unsavory person upon your society and trust that your leaders like Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, will not allow her to corrupt your society as she has done in ours.

She has escaped prison numerous times and presents a major threat to peace and the stability of the world at this time so we hope that you are well-informed and prepared to deal with this political evil spirit.

An American, rycK

A Synopsis of Hillary Clinton and Her Criminal Associates.

Clinton Background:

Hillary Clinton is a crooked lawyer who never participated in a courtroom trial and merely peddled influence in the Rose Law Firm in the pitiful brackish water province of Arkansas where she hustled money and bribes for her criminal husband Bill Clinton.   They Clintons were surrounded by criminals. Hillary herself is a consummate liar and defies the law whenever possible such as her withholding subpoenaed documents from the courts in the Whitewater scandal.[5] She has a foul mouth that spews filth and obscenities and offends those who are near her.[6] She and her husband sold beds in The Lincoln Bedroom.[7] She was able to convert $1000 to $100,000 in a crooked sweetheart deal[8] in cattle futures.  A list of Clinton Bribers and Criminal Associates is given here.[9] She may be a latent homosexual. [10]

Clinton Political and Social Philosophy:

Hillary studied under the Marxist parasite Saul Alinsky who wrote her adopted theme:

"The third rule of the ethics of means and ends is that in war the ends justifies almost any means."[11]Saul Alinsky, Hillary’s favorite teacher.

She will take bribes, accept illegal political contributions, make deals with criminals, stuff ballots with phony voter names and support any and all anti-American political activities. She uses the poor as stooges and a battering ram to plunder the tax base. She ‘couldn’t remember’ certain pertinent facts while under oath in numerous depositions. She is immoral and probably a latent homosexual and drug user. She is strongly associated with, or a major founder of, groups like these: Peace and Social Justice Crusade, Iraq Veterans Against the War, Code Pink, Muslim Students Association, American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee, Students for Justice in Palestine, Revolutionary Communist Party, International A.N.S.W.E.R., Moveon.org, DailyKos.com, Indy-Media.org, HuffingtonPost.com, Ivorypower.com

Physical Appearance:

She is a dumpy, overweight woman with obvious problems from taking steroids and other substances. The bags under her puffy eyes are a testimony to her lack of care for her body. Her hair looks as if it has been washed even less frequently than Katie Couric. She talks only from scripts written for her by handlers and political lever workers. Her own autobiography was ghost written by somebody else [Barbara Feinman][12]and Hillary even  tried to cheat this person out of her fees.

[10]HILLARY CLINTON had a lesbian roommate in college—a girl from a politically powerful family—who opened the future first lady’s eyes to the ways of the world, reveal sources.

That woman is Eleanor “Eldie” Acheson, a lawyer and admitted lesbian who now is a liaison to the gay community for presidential candidate John Kerry and is still one of Hillary’s closest friends, say sources.

“Many of the girls discovered gay sex, booze and pot at Wellesley,” says a former college classmate of Hillary. “Eldie [Acheson] was one of the people that turned Hillary around completely. She opened her eyes to possibilities she had no idea existed.”

A Strong Brown Light Shines on our Economy. And, We Spend More?

A Strong Brown Light Shines on our Economy. And, We Spend More?

Abstract: Many economic sectors of the world are crashing in a debt-driven downward deflationary spiral and not enough alarms are being sounded. The consequences of debt are obvious in Spain, Ireland, California, New Jersey and other places yet the US seems to want to keep on spending. Economic disaster looms.  They left keeps on spending and borrowing with no end in sight and must realize what they are doing to our economy. That means the far left must have some plan to deal with social unrest and worse if the economy crashes in a blizzard of inflated money. Our dollar may become worthless and we might even get a second Bank Holiday-FDR style—where they close the banks and give us  back a dime to the dollar—a neat 90% wealth tax.

Many times I have attempted to alert the readers of my blog that bad times are ahead due to excessive debt. [1][2][3] We are in massive debt and subject to crushing punishments in order to pay that mountain off. [from a previous blog]: Our government has now chosen to fight this deflationary spiral with massive spending and hence massive debt. This is called monetizing the debt[4] and it has never been successful in curing any financial problems.  The process always leads to inflation or hyper inflation if the inflation rate exceeds 50% per month.  If the poor depend upon social program and housing assistance and welfare paid by others then we can suggest that those who provide the jobs be given preference when constructing measures to fight deflation. The government does not share this vision.

Apparently, since the tax structure was warped enough to allow the ‘poor’ to escape most taxes they seem to feel no risk if we ‘soak the rich’ and get on the reparations bandwagon. [5] Since the ‘rich’ provide almost all the jobs and all the funding in the US this notion flies into the steamy jaws of insanity but makes for a good political argument. California has spent more than a decade ‘fighting spending’ and loving every dollar they spend while celebrating all those expenditures. The salaries are high, the bennies wonderful in the extreme and they have such a neat society. [6] If only they could hike taxes on property and more on income and corporate taxes they could have Splendor[7] with Grass.[8]

Ireland has been in trouble with massive spending for a while and has been the subject of impending disaster by Ambrose Evans-Prichard of the London Telegraph.

Four days ago, he wrote this:

Events have already forced Premier Brian Cowen to carry out the harshest assault yet seen on the public services of a modern Western state. He has passed two emergency budgets to stop the deficit soaring to 15pc of GDP. They have not been enough. The expert An Bord Snip report said last week that Dublin must cut deeper, or risk a disastrous debt compound trap.

A further 17,000 state jobs must go (equal to 1.25m in the US), though unemployment is already 12pc and heading for 16pc next year.”[9]-- Fiscal ruin of the Western world beckons. For a glimpse of what awaits Britain, Europe, and America as budget deficits spiral to war-time levels, look at what is happening to the Irish welfare state. By Ambrose Evans-Pritchard
Published:
5:40PM BST 18 Jul 2009 [Emphasis is mine in all quotes.]

Anybody paying attention to California and can see some parallels?[10][11]

No doubt Ireland has been the victim of a savagely tight monetary policy - given its specific needs. But the deeper truth is that Britain, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, the US, and Japan are in varying states of fiscal ruin, and those tipping into demographic decline (unlike young Ireland) have an underlying cancer that is even more deadly. The West cannot support its gold-plated state structures from an aging workforce and depleted tax base.”-- By Ambrose Evans-Pritchard 18 Jul 2009

Really? Well, they are going to try. California has no intention of cutting the astronomical salaries of teachers and state employees. They are going to tax anything they can and then crawl to Washington for a bailout.

Evans-Prichard sums up like this:

The Fed's doctrine – New Keynesian Synthesis – has let it down time and again in this long saga, and there is scant evidence that Fed officials recognise the fact. As for the European Central Bank, it has let private loan growth contract this summer.

The imperative for the debt-bloated West is to cut spending systematically for year after year, off-setting the deflationary effect with monetary stimulus. This is the only mix that can save us.

My awful fear is that we will do exactly the opposite, incubating yet another crisis this autumn, to which we will respond with yet further spending. This is the road to ruin.”

And, that is just what is happening. There is no way the left can either cut spending or allow tax breaks for corporations that provide necessary jobs. They think they can tax and spend their way to power, a reasonable assumption given the recent political outcome, and then restore the economy with huge government spending and more and bigger government.

From an edited  previous blog: “Only half of the 130 million workers in the US pay taxes so a trillion dollars winds up to be $16,000 in tax liability for each worker who pays taxes. [12] Note that 20 trillion in debt becomes $320,000 in tax liability per worker who makes over $50,000. That means that the total equity [and more] of the homes of the average worker is in jeopardy.  The only people who can pay high taxes are those with wealth and property and they will be asked, or forced, to pay for most the new spending, debt service and new social programs. This debt is so large that it impacts the 401(k)s now so popular since Social Security is a grim  joke. The temptation by government is to seize the 401(k)s and blend this money into some federal retirement system patterned along the same lines as the USSR plan. All that wealth vanished in inflation by 1990.”[13]

So, if we assume that this information is common knowledge and above the crass cognitive skill base of the low class, then we wonder what the intent might be. We must assume that the leftist ‘intellectuals’ believe in at least some form of economic sanity and must accept that this massive debt and spending are not sustainable. Or do they? What if the system crashes and they can blame capitalism? Did the Bolsheviks lose anything when they grabbed the loot of the Czar and spent it all away on wars??

We better give some more thought to the motives of those who pull the purse strings in American and that begins with Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid. Do either one of these political stuffed vegetables understand that if we keep printing money we will crash in a blizzard of worthless money? Unfortunately, we have losers and sophist ding dongs like Little Timmy Geithner [14][15] who promises us he can unwind this mess.

"We have the deepest and most liquid markets for risk-free assets in the world. We're committed to bring our fiscal deficits down over time to a sustainable level.

"We believe in a strong dollar ... and we're going to make sure that we repair and reform the financial system so that we sustain confidence," he said.”[16]-- Geithner tells China its dollar assets are safe On Monday June 1, 2009

This is not possible if we soar beyond the Gladwell’s Tipping Point, where we are certainly headed:

Today we call this [e.g. the point where you cannot return ed]  "Gladwell's tipping point". Once it goes, you can't get back up. This is why the Federal Reserve has resorted to emergency measures that seem mad at first sight.[17]--Federal Reserve is damned either way as it battles debt and deflation By Ambrose Evans-Pritchard 18 Dec 2008 [Emphasis is mine in all quotes.]

I am not sure whether the liberals are already geared up for this collapse and could use the destruction of our currency to nationalize everything in sight. We would still have tangible assets but no way to buy or sell them and would be subject to government regulations for food and energy, now being taxed as astronomical levels.

Obama favors huge energy taxes[18], an undisputed fact, and a tax that does not appear in the political discussions. If new energy taxes are passed along to consumers by corporations then the customers will pay the higher price. That is an indirect tax. In theory, corporations pay no taxes at all because all taxes are included in the costs of production hence they are included in the price paid by the end user. The notion that the ‘poor’ will not have to pay for the higher intrinsic taxes embedded in commodities like tooth paste and sodas is ludicrous. But, such nostrums are the very essence of political persuasion. The crevasse that separates the leftists from the capitalists forces the advocates of the have-nots to be devious and dishonest. They cannot tell the truth about taxes. They have few options other than begging or threats. The black black box [theory on inputs, mechanisms and outputs] must generate outputs in concert with this disinformation mandate and it does exactly that.[19]

So, we are showered with lies from idiots:

The Tax Essay:

Obama statements about taxes in a debate with Hillary:[20]” I not only have pledged not to raise their taxes, I've been the first candidate in this race to specifically say I would cut their taxes. [Emphasis is mine in all quotes.]

President-elect Obama famously claims, “I’ll give a tax break to 95% of workers and their families.” [21]

Writing in The Wall Street Journal on Nov. 3, 2008  Obama said, “If you work, pay taxes, and make less than $200,000, you’ll get a tax cut.[22]

This essay [from Nov. 2008] surges on and on while the actuaries and accountants show that people making about $80,000 will certainly experience an income tax increase. 95% of the workers yield for us the implausible number of about 125,000 people who would get a tax cut not counting illegal aliens and criminals who ‘work.’

Joe Biden [Plugs the Buffoon] has clarified this for us:

"Read my lips," Biden said, using Bush's famous phrase while referring to a Barack Obama administration.”Nobody, nobody making less than $250,000 is going to see a penny of their taxes go up."[23]Biden[24] in an incoherent rant at some county fairgrounds near the campus of Ohio University in Athens on Oct 15, 2008.

There is not a single word of truth in the Obama platform since the summer of 2008, a year ago. Now, we face massive taxes on energy and health care and everything we can think of.  The fed has printed some. Obama believes in the green revolution and tax whoring behemoths like Global Warming[25] and Carbon Caps[26] that will our destroy society like they are  doing now in England.[27]

Get ready to lose all your assets including your homes and your savings money in a massive inflationary blast. The liberals are hungrily waiting to grab all that you have and ‘redistribute’ it to the ‘poor.’

My awful fear is that they are planning another Bank Holiday so they can close doors, freeze accounts and then pay out ten cents on the dollar. That would be a 90% wealth tax and very fitting and proper under leftist theories.

[1] The Debt-Deflation Trap and the Psychosis of Government Spending

http://rycksrationalizations.blogtownhall.com/2009/05/12/the_debt-deflation_trap_and_the_psychosis_of_government_spending.thtml

I keep harping on this theme—the notion that we are in a debt-driven deflationary spiral and that massive spending and more debt is only going to make it worse. People who think they can ‘solve’ this current global problem with a ‘stimulus’ are throwing money in the wrong sectors. The temptation here for the politicians currently in power to  expand government with massive new social programs FDR-style and to test new  exotic spending limits and that will some how bring prosperity. They talk about quantitative easing[1], otherwise known as just foolishly printing money, as part of some rescue plan. This must be distinguished from bank bailouts where the money posted to the capital accounts of our 19 Zombie banks is not moving—it just gives the banks the algebraic liberty to show that their assets, magically, do sum higher than their liabilities. They are thus ‘solvent.’

When Citibank stock prices fell from $23 down to a dollar[2] and then raised to $3.80 last week we must think this is wonderful as it is about a 380% rise!! Actually it is still DOWN more than 80%. Let us buy some more! Actually Citibank is a Zombie Bank and is dead. It is not bankrupt because the fed stuffs money in their capital accounts to show that their assets and cash are really greater algebraically than their liabilities. If we wildly print more money the fed will also become a government zombie. Then we will be bartering with our shoes, jugs of used crank case oil and assorted rummage. “

[20] In a debate with Hillary Obama said this:

Q: Can you make an absolute, read-my-lips pledge that there will be no tax increases of any kind for anyone earning under $200,000 a year?

CLINTON: I will let the taxes on people making more than $250,000 a year go back to the rates that they were paying in the 1990s. [Read Tax Increase]

Q: Senator Obama, would you take the same pledge? No tax increases on people under $250,000?

OBAMA: I not only have pledged not to raise their taxes, I've been the first candidate in this race to specifically say I would cut their taxes. We are going to offset the payroll tax, the most regressive of our taxes, so that families who are middle-income individuals making $75,000 a year or less, that they would get a tax break so that families would see up to $1,000 worth of relief.

Q: You both have now just taken this pledge on people under $250,000 and $200,000.

OBAMA: Well, it depends on how you calculate it. But it would be between $200,000 and $250,000http://www.issues2000.org/economic/barack_obama_tax_reform.htm

The Babbling Brooks of the NYT Babbles about the Suicide March of Liberalism

The Babbling Brooks of the NYT Babbles about the Suicide March of Liberalism

Abstract:  Brooks tempts the demons at the Times by playing with the hard political truths.  He seems to unwrap the dead fish embedded in the foundation of the Obama Farce and spread the aroma around just in time to encourage some moderate Democrats to sink ‘essential’ socialist programs like Health Care and other tax follies. He is dispropagandizing the populace with this heresy. He oddly equates the demise of both parties with a certain parallelism as they march to doom.  He credits the ‘moderates’ with garnering the fortitude to stop the Obama Juggernaut. He better get Herbert or Gail Collins to supervise his written work. He runs amok.

As we read the NYT—aka the Walter Duranty Papers[1][2]--a turn-of-the-crank Marxian siren, we must always be prepared to suffer violent assaults on simple logic or, most likely, suffer through a redacted and spun version of political and economic reality ensnarled with the news and the current urgent urgings of the despotic left.  The normally sticky nostrums and backward-looking conclusions are mostly tautologically wrought and boiled daily like tripe by the New York Times and today, as is their custom, the Chief Babbler David Brooks,[3] [4] speaks as a conservative token from The Old Gray Lady, and instructs us , surprisingly in the negative progress of the Obama administration’s  approval ratings. He needs some help.

Brooks begins:

It was interesting to watch the Republican Party lose touch with America. You had a party led by conservative Southerners who neither understood nor sympathized with moderates or representatives from swing districts.”[5]-- Liberal Suicide March By David Brooks Op-Ed Columnist. July 20, 2009 [Emphasis is mine in all quotes.]

It’s not that interesting to watch the Democrats lose touch with America. That’s because the plotline is exactly the same. The party is led by insular liberals from big cities and the coasts, who neither understand nor sympathize with moderates. They have their own cherry-picking pollsters, their own media and activist cocoon, their own plans to lavishly spend borrowed money to buy votes.”-- Liberal Suicide March By David Brooks

One can wonder what the difference is here.  The salient fact is that both parties lost control of spending and that is not so interesting as an element in history as it will be when inflation soars. Stay tuned for some excitement in the financial markets. We will make world history and set new records in the bond markets.

 Statistics:

“Approval of Obama’s handling of health care, for example, has slid from 57 percent to 49 percent since April. Disapproval has risen from 29 percent to 44 percent. As recently as June, voters earning more than $50,000 preferred Obama to the Republicans on health care by a 21-point margin. Now those voters are evenly split.”-- Liberal Suicide March By David Brooks

I generally put enough of the original quotes from my targets in my blog to demonstrate to the reader the hard points and to ensure that what was blathered was not taken out of context.  The point here is that Obama promised a truckload of goodies for our wonderful citizens and we are going broke from massive spending and printing of money and face a depression. I wonder if Brooks can stumble onto this salient point.

 Some more:

“We’re only in the early stages of the liberal suicide march, but there already have been three phases. First, there was the stimulus package. You would have thought that a stimulus package would be designed to fight unemployment and stimulate the economy during a recession. But Congressional Democrats used it as a pretext to pay for $787 billion worth of pet programs with borrowed money. Only 11 percent of the money will be spent by the end of the fiscal year — a triumph of ideology over pragmatism.”-- Liberal Suicide March By David Brooks

We already knew this. Please get to the point! [hint: they want to tax everything]

“Nancy Pelosi [a.k.a. Spartacus][6]has lower approval ratings than Di** Cheney and far lower approval ratings than Sarah Palin. And yet Democrats have allowed her policy values[sic[7]] to carry the day — this in an era in which independents dominate the electoral landscape.

Who’s going to stop this leftward surge? Months ago, it seemed as if Obama would lead a center-left coalition. Instead, he has deferred to the Old Bulls on Capitol Hill on issue after issue.”-- Liberal Suicide March By David Brooks

Only now do we learn from Brooks that some ‘leftist surge’ must be halted.

One theory is that independents and ‘moderates’ are the simple, flop-eared drooling lackeys of the extremists. That concept may fit here.  They also have the strong support of Poncho the Parasite[8] and his legion of criminals including ACORN[9] who can, not surprisingly, vote in many states, legal, illegal, dead or alive.

“That leaves matters in the hands of the Blue Dog Democrats. These brave moderates are trying to restrain the fiscal explosion. But moderates inherently lack seniority (they are from swing districts). They are usually bought off by leadership at the end of the day.”--Liberal Suicide March By David Brooks

I still wonder why Brooks and others failed to see what Nancy Pelosi and her Marxian slime bags had in store f0r us. We can hear the rants and listen to the ideological racism from Obama and his Angry Black Woman[10], an affirmative action disgrace, speak to us about ‘change’ as their political fine-tuning was stroked by Jeremiah Wright[11][12] and Bill Ayers and other racist and leftist vermin.

Brooks acts as if his entire body of knowledge resides in what was published in the NTY in the last week. Could he not see what California is becoming?[13]  David could not see that Obama is an ideological racist?[14][15]

From a previously edited blog:[16]

Senator Barack Obama told us about the typical white person’ and denigrates whites[17] for clinging to their guns and religion’ and escapes any accusations of overt racism by the left. Obama is an ideological racist, a bigot, an arrogant elitist and a racism enabler and all this welcomed by the rabid left as they grunt and grab at the tax base. He can listen to the rabid, racist howls of Jeremiah Wright and see nothing out of the ordinary.  He can explain all this. He cannot disown his pastor or church for what they said. Then, he did.[18]

Brooks acts as if he has intellectual tunnel vision and is expected to reflexively react only on points of expediency from the current talking points currently written in the murky ink of stark terror at the New York Times.  The Obama façade is crumbling and rotting before our very eyes. He has accomplished nothing while promising everything. He is a liberal hence a predictable loser.

California will show us[19] what liberalism is all about and how we can all become billionaires.  It is too late for the Blue Dog Democrats to do anything other than bawl. The government is broke and cannot do more than helplessly print money. Not spending more money is not the problem. We are broke.

I am going to paint my blue dog pink and brand him with a peace sign. The Democrats had already lost touch with America during the times of FDR. Somebody update Brooks.

The Blush is Back on the Onion: California Has Arrived at a ‘Compr0mise.’

The Blush is Back on the Onion: California Has Arrived at a ‘Compr0mise.’

Abstract: California is finished as a society at least in economic and financial terms. Now, we learn that some kind of ‘compromise’ has been chummed out of the social latrines in Sacramento probably in a swirl of dope fumes and tears and other sticky bodily fluids.  This, after the voters recently and soundly rejected their slothful pleas for more and more taxes. Now, we have a ‘compromise.’ The compromise is a joke and does nothing to solve the criminal problem and state spending. Education is a joke in California so cuts there might not do any harm—the only bright spot on this infected animal.  They will continue to encourage illegal aliens to bring their poverty, crime and anti-Anglo racism to state thus keeping the ballot boxes stuffed so Dems can continue to soak up the last drops of blood from the shrunken remains of what was once a wonderful state.

We all know that California is finished as a society at least in social, ethnic, moral and economic terms.[1][2] The Sacramento Parasites can view no other options other than to spend wildly on such esoteric nostrums as their versions of ‘education’ that rank the state somewhere near the bottom of the upper 48. They import poverty and coddle anti-Anglo haters at 10 billion dollars  a year in medical and other spending so as to stuff their ballot boxes and maintain power and then expect the rest of the US citizens to subsidize their hallucinatory society. Their best hope for the future is selling dope or legalizing kiddy porn. They are a mortification to organized society  and the world needs a to witness a severe  lesson on the effects of such patent  lunacy  and  see them crash in a financial maelstrom and then offer  lessons to their ‘leaders’ on simple arithmetic—something that must not be taught in their school systems any more. Socially and morally, they are worse than bankrupt. [3] California is now a containment facility for degenerates.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and California legislative leaders Monday said they reached a compromise to close the state's $26 billion budget shortfall.

Under the plan, state lawmakers would cut $15 billion in spending. The rest of the gap would be filled by taking funds from local governments and through one-time fixes and accounting maneuvers. The deal must still be approved by rank-and-file legislators, who are expected to vote on it Thursday.[4]”-- California Budget Deal Closes $26 Billion Gap July 21, 2009 By Stu Woo And Ryan Knutson [Emphasis is mine in all quotes.]

Oh! Goodie! They are going to ‘cut’ something. Let us see what that is---but the cut is only 15 bln out of 26?!! What be happening to dah rest??

The leaders of the Democratic-controlled state legislature said that of the $15 billion in cuts, $9 biillon would come from education, $1.3 billion from state-worker furloughs and $1.2 billion from the prison system.

"For Democrats, I have to tell you that many of cuts we had to make, at another time, we would've thought unthinkable," said Assembly Speaker Karen Bass.

Ms. Bass also said that local governments "will have to share the pain." The state will take away $4.3 billion from local governments by borrowing from them or redirecting funds that had been earmarked for them. “--By Stu Woo And Ryan Knutson

Let us celebrate! The problem is solved.

But, looking closer we see a few small problems:

[1] If youse take monies from the locals then what do they do for police, counseling and frolicking in the moonlight while enhanced by drugs? How do you save so much in the prison system? Let out the perverts and druggies?

[2] Local municipalities seem to be suffering their own spending legacies and will melt down. They will go bankrupt as the state cannot.

[3] A potential bright spot in the wreckage that used to be a state might come from the cuts in ‘education.’ Given that most of California’s ‘school systems’ are abject failures,[5] a future study might show that the cuts did not lower the ‘quality of education’ in the Tarnished State.  That might encourage the voters to recommend more cuts next year.

[4] The nostrum that you can save money “through one-time fixes and accounting maneuvers is so preposterous as to defy imagination.  Whatever ‘savings’ are inherent in this bag of bones trick will only be added to the very next budget deficit—starting right now.

And, looking forward, can we see a fiscal ‘solution’ to the problem? Hell NO! Taking money from the cities and counties at the expense of the state only causes more problems. The municipalities would have to make cuts equal to what the state is stealing from them to get past next year’s budget. They will NOT CUT the phony state government employees and corral the teachers unions. That is the signal that they will NEVER solve this and a default is required to sort all this out. They need some bankruptcy type judge to adjust salaries and benefits and fire about half the state workers and stop funding illegal aliens.

Tax revenues are down, to speak of only one reason, because people are frantically leaving California to escape the psychotic tax-maggoty that pervades every form of ‘government’ in the state.[6][7][8][9][10]  The State Government is just one big leprotic pustule that soaks up all revenues in sight to maintain jobs for the slothful, ignorant, dopers, illegal aliens and other undesirable form of life.  These idiots forced banks to make loans to illegal aliens and losers who had no credit and many had no jobs to speak of. This resulted in non-performing properties that formerly paid property taxes now defaulting.  Now, we have abandoned houses that have been stripped by criminals, their value mostly lost,  not paying city and county taxes and that tax burden will be forced upon any new purchasers, which are scant for obvious reasons. These are very poor investments.

You couldn’t assemble a bigger pack of losers than the ‘elected representatives’ in California   if you chose names at random from the Tijuana phone book and indiscriminately assigned those jobs in California’s phony government and courts.

There is NO solution here and no ‘compromise.’ The problem only grows worse. Next year, or maybe much sooner, we will hear about the 2010 deficits and they will, of course, exceed the 26 billon dollar mess we have now. Issuing IOUs does not solve anything—it only delays the inevitable penalty and scares away vendors from doing business with the state.  Perhaps CA taxpayers ought to pay their taxes in IOUs if that is accepted practice now.

 To end this screed:

Even if approved, the budget deal won't end California's financial problems. The state remains awash in home foreclosures and an unemployment rate of 11.6%—one of the highest in the nation.”-- By Stu Woo And Ryan Knutson

California is fast becoming the Needle Park[11] of the Left Coast and will be difficult to expel from the union. It will just become worse so we wonder if many in the legislature in Sacramento are doing too few drugs. Why not just pass out crack pipes during legislative sessions in Sacramento? This ‘budget deal’ is a joke. The streets will be flooded with perverts and druggies and dope will surge like weeds in the unattended lawns.

This is hopeless. Move out!

[5] California Voters Reject Phony Budget Scams.

http://rycksrationalizations.blogtownhall.com/2009/05/20/california_voters_reject_phony_budget_scams.thtml

The voters are to blame for the sorry state of the schools? Well, the ‘unified’ LA School System is the joke of the Western Hemisphere in the way that they ‘teach’ their ‘students’ all sorts of Marxist camel plop and other pro-drug EcoNazi [5] Lysenko-styled dogma not to forget to mention the most essential component to California’s future: gay marriage. How about a ballot initiative that would cut the number of state government employees in half? Would that pass? How about an initiative that would cut legislator’s salaries, benefits and retirement 20% for each year they cannot secure a balanced budget. I think that would pass. California has too many state workers with astronomical salaries and benefits such as free sex-change operations in some places and everybody knows this. “

The Poached Toad Squats on the High Bench and Other Maladies. The Economy will Crash.

The Poached Toad Squats on the High Bench and Other Maladies. The Economy will Crash.

Abstract: Taxes and proposed taxes of a higher order are now the norm in every conceivable category in our country. Everything from sugar to bottled water to energy and more will be taxed. The confiscatory taxation rates of some 55-57% now in most states coupled with 1-5% more on the ‘rich’ will drive the economy into depression. No business can now function profitably in the US where we have the world’s second-highest corporate tax rate and are headed for about the same level in personal income tax in the world.  The political battles in the Legislative and Executive Branches have been won so what remains is to stuff the courts with far left activists so as to legalize more and more taxation and discriminating against whites who are the most successful in our society.  The appointment of Sonia Sotomayor to the Supreme Court is just the beginning of a process to create and warp ‘law’ to allow the confiscation of the wealth of our successful citizens. This comes as we emerge into a fluid and global economy where vast sums can soar through the ether and move fortunes in microseconds from place to place. The high taxation rates here will drive talent and capital to other shores thus producing a cavernous void in the ability to grow our economy.  Certain states like California and Oregon and New York will experience a major diaspora of talent and tax revenue. The spending psychosis in California has reached the pandemic level and there is no hope of cutting spending to accommodate a 25% budget deficit. The Sacramento legislators now see future tax revenues from marijuana in their crack pipe fumes. The state issuing of IOUs and the request that the federal government co-sign for loans is lunacy. Coupled with the 5 states nearing bankruptcy, the federal government will run a deficit of some 10 trillion dollars in the next 4-6 years and trigger perhaps the biggest inflation event ever seen on this planet and may well eclipse the trillion-fold  inflation rate in Zimbabwe. Sotomayor is only a poster child for the kind of people the left wing has nurtured and cultivated in their many years to subversion of education and morality.  She is marginally competent and politically narrow in her racist and bigoted views—attributes that fit well into the molds of the far left. There is apparently no act too disgusting or perverted to be hailed as praiseworthy and vote-catching by the left. The financial collapse of the economy is at hand. Talent and capital will flee our country and we will be government by people with the mentality and morality of Sonia Sotomayor, Nancy Pelosi and Ted Kennedy.

Politics is a process where decisions are made by some select group, or a collage of groups, and some final decision is made according to various criteria. The decisions are imposed by ‘law’ we are told and political power is required to enforce these decisions.  Political parties are frequently violently divided on the problems of certain decisions such as taxation, war and the size of government. The size of the fractional tax burden is one of the most contentious decisions to be made in any country or state as this tends to define the size of government [direct proportion to the amount of taxes received] and the fate of the business community [inverse in  proportion to the amount of taxes received]. Capitalism, or more accurately its degree, thus becomes the most contentious decision to be made. All attempts to abolish capitalism have resulted in abject failure and all attempts to have the government act as the employer and dealer in free markets failed also.  Tax rates seem to determine where the economic tipping point lies in a given economy and varies from place to place. In the US, the LBJ-Kennedy tax cuts along with Reagan and Bush tax cuts appeared to spur the economy while the Jimmy Carter tax increases and the Clinton tax increases appeared to yield the opposite results. Higher taxation always seems to result in higher government spending and not in reduction of debt.  Much of the spending seems to be a payoff to voters who support one faction of government such as labor unions or health cares or business. Nancy Pelosi personally sanctioned the budgets of the last three years and approved all appropriations bills. Thus she helped spend some 5 trillion dollars of the citizen’s money that we don’t have and probably cannot borrow from the Chinese.

Most studies show that when taxes are too high the state or country tends to lose people and wealth as many flee to a more hospitable business and tax environment. California, Oregon and New York, having spent too much and accumulated too much debt, cannot cope with the current budgets and must increase taxes or win a gratuitous bailout from the feds.[1] Some states toy with the idea of taxing illegal drugs. [2] California, a place where there is no hint of fiscal responsibility, is clearly bankrupt and groping for ways to tax, tax and tax some more. [3] Many experts, such as Warren Buffett, see massive short-term or future massive inflation from too much spending. [4] California now prints money de facto by issuing IOUs. Certain ‘economists’ like Paul Krugman tells us that higher taxation and more spending are the solutions to California’s problems.[5] Some strange people want Washington to co-sign on state bonds in a state that cannot possible pay their debts and announce  that:

California is not asking for cash.[6]--reported in the AP by Judy Lin May 27, 2009.

Out of a 104 billion dollar budget they are down 25 billion and counting in only the first three weeks of their new fiscal year and they want to borrow this sum! How would they pay it back?? More IOUs?? We are looking at a potential tax combined load [fed and state] of nearly 60% for some states.[7]

This all soars beyond reason, but there is hope that a combined effort by our three co-equal branches of government might sanction such high taxes may be at hand. The response is simple: if a significant majority of ‘citizens’ pay NO taxes, or very little to be strictly fair, then what do they have to lose if the tax rates soar? If the economy crashes the government will probably just keep subsidizing them and importing more illegal aliens [no matter what the cost] to keep the ballot boxes stuffed. They can, for the moment, just print more money. Thus, there is every political reason to ‘soak the rich’ and ‘redistribute the wealth’ as the old mantra goes because there is an imbalance in wealth in our system. It matters not that this imbalance has been a prominent part of political deliberations for some 7,000 years—the issue is moot. Even if we did divide up the wealth equally, to some say $50,000 to each citizen, the result after a generation would be that some people would again be ‘rich’ and other poor. There are no instances where ‘land reform[8]’ was instituted by a Marxist or socialist government and the ‘poor’ were able to build a prosperous society. In nearly all cases lands of the ‘rich’ were apportioned to the peasants but the amount of land was insufficient to allow a decent living. Many Marxist countries like Nicaragua and Cuba in forms like “the Piñata Plan which distributed large tracts of land to prominent Sandinistas.” In Zimbabwe, “Robert Mugabe moved, after 15 years, in the 1990s, from a "willing seller, willing buyer" approach to the "fast track" land reform program. This was accelerated by "popular seizure" led by machete gangs of "war veterans" associated with the ruling party.”[9]

The reason that this does not work is three fold: [1] the ‘poor’ don’t have to skills to be anything other than subservient peasants and [2] they are not given enough land or resources to ensure an independent success and [3] the government keeps a careful control of the ‘success’ of any program and mostly grabs the profits and the land if necessary. As in the USSR and other places the government finally gains control of the land and usually doles it out to party members for rewards. The USSR wound up with only 4% of the population-all party members—owning or controlling all the land and means of production in that horrible place. It crashed in 1989.

A modern variant of the phony land reform is the process of leftist minorities running inner cities in major cities in the US. Here, we find corruption and crime soar among those places controlled by left-liberal Democrats and particularly if they are of color. [10] It seems that minorities who embrace capitalism and avoid the inner cities can be very successful as in the case of immigrants from Haiti in Florida and from other parts of Africa such as Nigeria, most Asian immigrants and others. Thus the combination of low test scores, marginal cognitive skills and left-liberal politics along with high taxes drive away job suppliers from these cities and also from these states. The Dems know this:

"If you start taxing at times when [revenues are] receding, you'll drive job creators out of the state," Paterson said.” Governor Patterson of New York State quote.”[11]

We see that the health care portions of this alone might push taxes to %60. [12] Perhaps Governor Patterson is unaware of this. The Cap and Trade taxation of energy could push this to %70 or above.

This brings us to the central issue of this blog. We have two branches of government in the bottom of the political bag, so to speak, given the wide majorities in both houses and someone in the White House with some ideologically racist notions about whites and who are responsible for the economic ills of the world. The press follows Obama around like a lap dog in heat so they tend to rubber stamp any thing he wants.  Capitalism is on trial. That leaves the courts.

Many barriers to taxation and government usurpation of the rights of citizens are prevented, at least up to this point, by the courts as they struggle to preserve some semblance of the Constitution. Here the ‘right’ to privacy magically appears out of nowhere and becomes ‘settled law.’ Abortion, or as many think, the senseless murder of the fetus, certainly headed for adulthood baring in intervention of an abortionist, is now “law” thanks to an activist court. The second amendment is constantly attacked and the 9th and 10th which tend to proscribe the power of the federal government are somehow ignored. What the left clearly needs is more activist judges and Sonia Sotomayor is their new celebration.

Sotomayor is an activist, a major player in the La Raza Hispanic supremacy organization[13] and rules for minorities where possible. Her entrance into Princeton and law school was part of an affirmative action programs thus she pushed away others who might have been more qualified. Such bigotry and reverse discrimination are considered justified by the fuming left whose constituents cannot make it in society, education and business and require set-asides and such. Cognitive equality is an oxymoron. [14] Overt racism is accepted now in our society:

"Rev. Wright is also somebody who has made enormous contributions in his community and has turned a lot of lives around," Powell said, "And so, I have to put that in context with these very offensive comments that he made, which I reject out of hand."[15]Colin Powell

Wright didn’t make any “enormous contributions in his community “—he is a racist and rabble rouser. President Obama, perhaps a citizen born here or perhaps not, spent 20 years listening to his racist rants and howls about white people. We can wonder how much of Jeremiah Wright is embedded in the brain of Barack Obama. Obama appears to be an ideological racist.[16]

Fulfilling all the cartoonish elements of a Poached Toad, Sonia Sotomayor will squat upon the High Bench and use her influence to facilitate higher and higher taxes to be extracted from those entrepreneurs who can create jobs and grow the economy. She is brash, arrogant, and short-tempered and endeared to the ‘soak-the-rich’ mantras of the far left. She is an affirmative action escapee of the sordid and disgusting South Bronx area of New York City, a place where hopelessness is actually a relief from the reality of drugs and sloth.

The tax burden is already more than we can handle and the debt is added to that with no way to even cover the interest on the debt. The economy is heading for a depression[17] and the obvious means to increase jobs is being destroyed. Small businesses are being crushed by high taxes so we cannot recover and provide new jobs.

It may be time to consider a bunker mentality.[18]

California Begs for Alms and Descends into Whoredom. The Inferno is at Hand.

Abstract: California now grovels like a diseased hooker in need of a quick fix in a frantic quest for money from anywhere and anywhere. The social structure of California has been debauched and their skill and reputation for handling finances are the jokes of the universe. Besotted in a drug infested inferno with hoards of swarming illegal aliens milking every possible benefit they have hit the very bottom of the Pit. They now beg for a co-sucker to partner with them in their misery so they can borrow even more money while they have no plans to cut spending—the financial problem that initiated this mess. Only a fiscal earthquake can jolt these lunatics back into financial reality. That disaster will happen soon.

A country that continuously expands its debt as a percentage of GDP and raises much of the money abroad to finance that, at some point, it’s going to inflate its way out of the burden of that debt,” Buffett said….

“Every country that has denominated its debt in its own currency and has found itself with uncomfortable amounts of debt relative to the rest of the world, in the end they inflate,” Buffett explains. That becomes a tax on everybody that has fixed dollar investments.”[4]--Buffett Sees Massive Inflation to Handle Staggering Debt. This is like “sort of “selling your little sister into slavery so you can keep your sick mother fixed up with the latest in designer drugs and living in the trendy new  green ambience replete with some expensive carbon cap receipts and weekly trips to Mexicali.  I am sure the rest of us will be pleased to subsidize Calif0rnia’s plunge into the financial maelstrom for yet another year. It will be ‘temporary’ we can be assured and we can believe in this plea and its outcome given California’s financial histories of the past few decadent decades. Sure.

[7]The Tax Foundation totals all the various income tax increases and surcharges under consideration. It then ranks the impact on top taxpayers by state, assuming these increases become law by 2011. In 39 states, the combined tax rate could soon be well north of 50%. This assessment does not take into account Social Security taxes, so it probably understates the total tax burden by a bit.

And, if you look down the list below, you will see that the combined tax hit for high income earners could get painfully close to 60% in several states. The top state for taxes will be Oregon, with New York third on the list and California at the fourth spot. If we considered New York City in the mix, a resident of NYC would have the honor of being #1 with a top rate of almost 59%.”

Krugman Boils a Pot Boiler about Boiling Frogs. Another Propaganda Exercise Example. Tax Alert!

Krugman Boils a Pot Boiler about Boiling Frogs. Another Propaganda Exercise Example. Tax Alert!

Abstract: Krugman plays crass word-association games with the tender minds of the intellectually malleable and attempts to scare us into giving up more of our wealth to phony scientists and greedy and corrupt politicians with a crass propaganda screed.   He mixes scary metaphors and blends them in with modern Lysenkoism that intimidates the timid and distracts the middle class from reality.  He spins frog stories into his propaganda piece--an incredible propaganda piece [read lie here] that includes the nostrum that: “congressional leadership understands the economic and environmental issues perfectly,” a comment so laughable that the frogs will honk all night in the swamps when they hear this gem. The Zombie March continues on with the tautological grunts and quest for more and more taxes. Tax, tax, tax. Krugman is a Tax Zombie.

The construction of propaganda pieces,[1][2][3][4] and other snippets of diligent biased political  written work that are designed to sway the reader, habitually begin with some worthless anecdote that rings a distant bell in the cobweb-clutter minds of those inattentive or cognitively disnimble souls who are easy targets for hokum and fluff.  This type of connection then cements in their small minds the present banality from the Times.  And, as usual, its success signals another round of essays on the splendor of big government and higher and higher taxes. Today for our amusement, our esteemed non-economist from the New York Times, who is known affectionately as Dr.  Paul Krugman of the Walter Duranty Papers [5] squeezes off another propagandistic dropping signaling the ongoing confiscation of more private loot. This theme, unvarying from our wonderful Mr. Nobel Laureatte, and rising like the will-o-the-wisp from the swamps dressed as our Expert from Afar,[6] allows the good doctor to puff up some balloons and float them off into the sky for the victims to gawk at. He spins tales of fear and disaster designed to pack the lace panties of even the toughest liberal.

Puffing hisself up in his little Ivy League chair, the good Krugman gives us yet another round-about-the-Pravda table prattle piece and entertains us with a tortuous logical expedition into the salient reasons why your greedy and incompetent government ought to take everything you have.

Idiotically, it begins:

Is America on its way to becoming a boiled frog?[7]--Boiling the Frog By Paul Krugman Op-Ed Columnist Published: July 12, 2009 [Emphasis is mine in all quotes.]

We know the rest of the story, so let’s get to the hook.

I started thinking about boiled frogs recently as I watched the depressing state of debate over both economic and environmental policy.””-- Paul Krugman Published: July 12, 2009

I started to throw up. It so cartoonish to act like such a pedestrian boob and spittle the walls with this, but that is an important means, we must admit, to fleece suckers out of their wealth so the drug-crazed elites can spend it away on fluff. Unfortunately, it works.

Now, pay attention as I will attempt to flag the numerous clichés, hackneyed phrases and outright whines from this snippet:

And right now, both the economic and the environmental frogs are sitting still while the water gets hotter. [Spare me the cliché]

Start with economics: last winter the economy was in acute crisis, with a replay of the Great Depression seeming all too possible. And there was a fairly strong policy response in the form of the Obama stimulus plan, even if that plan wasn’t as strong as some of us thought it should have been.

At this point, however, the acute crisis [Spare me] has given way to a much more insidious threat. [Spare me]  Most economic forecasters now expect gross domestic product to start growing soon, if it hasn’t already. But all the signs point to a “jobless recovery”: on average, forecasters surveyed by The Wall Street Journal believe that the unemployment rate will keep rising into next year, and that it will be as high at the end of 2010 as it is now. [Didn’t White House Chief Economist Christiana Romer[8] and other stooges predict a ‘turnaround by July, this month??]

Now, it’s bad enough to be jobless for a few weeks; it’s much worse being unemployed for months or years. Yet that’s exactly what will happen to millions of Americans if the average forecast is right — which means that many of the unemployed will lose their savings, their homes and more.

To head off this outcome — and remember, this isn’t what economic Cassandras are saying; it’s the forecasting consensus — we’d need to get another round of fiscal stimulus [Spare me] under way very soon. But neither Congress nor, alas, the Obama administration is showing any inclination to act. Now that the free fall is over, all sense of urgency seems to have vanished.”

This is so besotted with red flags, tales of horror, misbegotten plans, hallucinatory oratory and political lies that it is difficult to know where to begin to refute this blather. We all know where to end this: cut taxes and vote out the bums who believe this crap. The current ‘stimulus’ plan has produced nothing according to plan and now they want more? Spare me

Now, we shift to Lysenkoism[9] and the al gore scam:

Put it this way: if the consensus of the economic experts is grim, the consensus of the climate experts is utterly terrifying. At this point, the central forecast of leading climate models — not the worst-case scenario but the most likely outcome — is utter catastrophe, a rise in temperatures that will totally disrupt life as we know it, if we continue along our present path. How to head off that catastrophe should be the dominant policy issue of our time.”

Why not double our taxes and save us? I can get a positive consensus on the climate change in any flop house with a   handy case of beer. This Global Warming screed is a Lysenko-style political farce[10] led by a communist criminal bribe taker, flunky, Marxist and EcoNazi. The whole point is taxation. Here, not up to date, Krugman fails to acknowledge that the earth’s temperature has been falling since 2001 thus making fools[11] out of the so-called computer models from the so-called scientists who swill deeply from the public trough. Didn’t we get a computer model that predicted 14 hurricanes after Katrina for two years in a row and got zero? How do we rate ‘science’ forecasts when we are shown 0 for 14 twice. What are the mathematical confidence limits on those stats here? We have witnessed a bunch of their prior phony predictions.[12] Their work is so much political dung, but they need the tax monies for ‘more research.’

Knowledge??:

And let’s be clear: both the president and the party’s Congressional leadership understand the economic and environmental issues perfectly well. So if we can’t get action to head off disaster now, what would it take?

I don’t know the answer. And that’s why I keep thinking about boiling frogs.”

I know the answer: More taxes.

Keep on dreaming about boiling frogs and you might achieve something in your remaining years more valuable than the phony Nobel Prize you got for your crass partisan politics. To think that our politicians understand anything ‘perfectly well’ is an essay in madness in itself if you exclude the categories of greed, corruption, the unbridled quest for money and power and latent drug addiction. Our so-called ‘leaders’ have the inexact neuronal count of some creature about as smart as a frog and about as noisy. What they have to understand ‘perfectly well’ is that their futures are dependent upon telling more lies so they can grab more power and spend more money on themselves. Check out California for preview of what our current Congress is looking at.[13] The drug-crazed loony Marxist stooges in Sacramento are exactly what the left want. They love the idea of taking the economy to the brink and then raising taxes to ‘solve the problem.’ Obama is a failure to date and more taxes are needed to get something positive to report back to the dummies who voted this racist and tax maggot into office.

Krugman is a Tax Zombie. Krugman is only defiant on one issue in economics and that is the notion of Tax-cut Zombies. [14]  He is always in favor of higher taxes. Pick a topic and Krugman will advise that we tax it.[15]

http://rycksrationalizations.blogtownhall.com/2008/08/02/nancy_pelosi_can_save_the_planet_according_to_krugman_watch_your_taxes_soar.thtml

First, we present the Grand EcoNazi hisself, The Cheated President Al the Gored the ignoble bribe seeker[10], Buddhist Temple money grubber, liar[10]Communist Stooge[10], a Lysenko-styled pseudo scientist/politico[10] [10]. He pandered for money from Asian Communists and then lied about it. He starts up the chorus with a maudlin chant against the Evil One, Carbon Di Oxide [CO2], the Destroyer. Of course, there is no scientific basis for this absurdity.[10] In a very unscientific manner, the chosen representative of that august, group [mostly non scientists and political serfs like Gore] announce that the ‘debate is over’ thus offering no defense and refusing to show the basis of their nonscientific claims. It is final.  No debate necessary—raise the taxes. So, what we get from  the ‘scientific community,’ the ones whose shabby little academic futures depend on fat research grants to fund phony research to prove a negative, is only the celebrating and froth. It doesn’t matter if sun spots cause the observed cyclic thermal variations or not, CO2 has been authorized to accept the blame. So, the party begins. 21,000 scientists[10] disagree [I am included in this group] with this phony tax scam. Their charts and computer models continue to show the temperature going in different directions from the CO2 levels and they were so embarrassed that they now say that CO2 could make the temperature go either up or down so ‘change’ is the key. Gee, up is down or up or down, whatever. Thanks for the theory. That is the Obama slogan too. We need a change. The conduct of our so-called ‘concerned scientists’ matches the ethereal zone bounded by the Mesmerists on one side and the cockroaches on the other. Facts do not fit with their science. Politics is not based on truth.”

[12] The Limits to Growth in 1972. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Limits_to_Growth.

The details of phony science in this instance:

This  famous and phony ‘computer study’ was conducted by MIT in 1970  and published in a book title: Limits to Growth [12] whose sophistical computer models clearly predicted, with ringing praise from the ‘scientists,’  that we would run out of oil, copper and lead by 1992 by and natural gas reservoirs by 1993.  Apparently, they missed a few inputs as their GIGO[12] reward is all they have left as material results. I confronted the original authors in person in the 90s in an ‘innovation conference’ attended by many scientists from some major corporations where they proudly announced that they were working on a second book. They could not seem to apologize for the implausible predictions in the first book and refused to admit that they were scientifically foolish, at best, so I failed to buy and read this second essay on the extended political corruption of science and dropped the matter.  Here, we get a peek into the inner sanctum of the politically driven ‘scientist’ of the leftist persuasion: they carry a mandate to compel the findings of any scientific study conform to their sleazy, left-wing political prejudices.  Thus, they can make weightless cars that run on cold fusion or other magical propellants and prevent the rest of us from greedily destroying our planet during our sordid lust for money. They know what Nature wants for us. They are wonderful.

Colonic Discharge from Colon Powell. Affirmative Action Shows Off its Best Creation.

Colonic Discharge from Colon Powell. Affirmative Action Shows Off its Best Creation.

Politics is a world unto itself where there are few rules but much to celebrate. The major revelry mostly focuses on the misappropriation of other people’s money, the demise or advance of a dictator or the personal and public destruction of a person’s image by detractors with the aid of the press. Frequently, the antics of a traitor or one who churlishly attacks their own patrons is celebrated by the political opposition and our own Colin Powel is an example of this.  Powell pretends to be a Republican. He is a tramp for sale.

We might just assume that many of our political leaders are erudite and can make some independent decisions and invent comments using their own neuronal set and not be steered and biased by the media or the urging of some back seat chum chucker from the PR set. Few can do this, but Powell can seemingly pave his own political road in any direction. Let us look at some of his statements and decide:

Following are three ‘comments’ by our Colonic One that should have been covered months or decades ago by the press or from observers:

[1] “”And I never would have believed that we would have budgets that are running into the multi-trillions of dollars, and we are amassing a huge, huge national debt that, if we don't pay for in our lifetime, our kids and grandkids and great grandchildren will have to pay for it."”[1]--- Is Colin Powell now having doubts about Obama? By John Kinsellagh

Can we believe this? Is Powell so naïve that he misses the radical, far leftist thrust of this Neo-Marxist and his radical hatred of White America?? Powell has no knowledge of Saul Alinsky? Did Powell ride in from some plantation on a horse-drawn wagon full of melons in 18th century Louisiana or has he been watching the political scene? What would you have ‘believed’ about this person you endorsed? He endorsed this phony activist even after listening to all his wild rants about change. We must distinguish beliefs from pedestrian political lever manipulations here. Powell is no fool.

Falling back on his affirmative action benefits on the case of Sotomayor:

[2]“"What we can't continue to have is to have somebody like a Judge Sotomayor ... called a racist, a reverse racist and she ought to withdraw her nomination because we're mad at her," Powell said in an interview broadcast Sunday on "State of the Union" on CNN”[2]-- WASHINGTON (AP)  Colin Powell attacks critics of Sotomayor.

Given her statements, can we wonder what a racist is? Is Jeremiah Wright a racist?

Here is what Powell said about this guy Wright:

“"Rev. Wright is also somebody who has made enormous contributions in his community and has turned a lot of lives around," Powell said, "And so, I have to put that in context with these very offensive comments that he made, which I reject out of hand."[3]Colin Powell

Doublespeak.  The translation here is that blacks like Colin exercise every opportunity to denigrate whites because of some past history. It matters not that blacks in Africa sold, and still sell, slaves for 7,000 years and made huge profits.  It is institutional racism that keeps blacks voting 97% for only one party. Thus, intolerance is good politics.

The remarkable thing about progressive racism is that blacks like Powell can have it both ways. He can be a victim, lecture whites on racism, use affirmative action for advancement then ‘consider the overt racism of Jeremiah Wright’ and put that in context so that Wright is now not a racist. Isn’t that convenient? That makes for great politics. Racism is anything you can spin for your web if you are only not too white.

[3] “WASHINGTON - Colin Powell stuck up for Sonia from the block on Sunday, labeling as bogus the "reverse racist" charges aimed at Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor.”

Read more: http://www.nydailynews.com/news/politics/2009/07/06/2009-07-06_sonia_not_a_racist_says_colin.html#ixzz0Kbu8BlLE&C”--Colin Powell says fellow Bronx native Sonia Sotomayor not a racist

As a key reason , Powell said: "I would have difficulty with two more conservative appointments to the Supreme Court, but that's what we'd be looking at in a McCain administration."[4]-- Powell endorses Obama By Mike Allen & Jonathan Martin | 10/20/08 6:31 AM EDT

Apparently it is okay for Sonia Sotomayor[5] to consider herself of a higher order species where she can make the most of her Hispanic heritage and mix in her gender to make better legal decisions than mere white males. No hint of racism, sexism or other element of bigotry, racism, and bias here? Powell can find none. I have to put all this in my own context.

Powell the military expert:

[4] “Powell is quoted in the report as stating to CNN’s “State of the Union,” “I think we would have been in a much different place if we had surged in the fall of 2003, rather than many years later.” Powell commented in regards to initial successes in 2003 during the administration of former president George W. Bush, “Unfortunately, the war wasn’t over… The war was just beginning. And then it took us, in my judgment, too long to recognize that we needed to put more force in.””[6]-- Colin Powell Remarks on Iraq Surge 2009-07-07 03:45:18 (GMT) (WiredPRNews.com - News, US Presidential News)

The Powell Doctrine proffers a list of questions where all must be answered affirmatively before military action is taken by the United States: [7]

[1] Is a vital national security interest threatened?

[2] Do we have a clear attainable objective?

[3] Have the risks and costs been fully and frankly analyzed?

[4] Have all other non-violent policy means been fully exhausted?

[5] Is there a plausible exit strategy to avoid endless entanglement?

[6] Have the consequences of our action been fully considered?

[7] Is the action supported by the American people?

[8] Do we have genuine broad international support?

Did Powell forget about his own doctrine? These eight ‘requirements’ have not been fulfilled before the beginning of any known hostilities spanning the current era to way before the ancient Egyptians and is mere prattle.  This list is silly and obviates any military action anywhere. Did Obama think this out before sending in more troops in Afghanistan? Did Powell object to this or caution Obama? Obama must have violated the Powell Doctrine.

Powell endorses Obama:

"And I come to the conclusion that because of his [Obama] ability to inspire, because of the inclusive nature of his campaign, because he is reaching out all across America, because of who he is and his rhetorical abilities — and you have to take that into account — as well as his substance — he has both style and substance, he has met the standard of being a successful president, being an exceptional president."

Powell said that he is "troubled" by the direction of the Republican Party, and said he began to doubt McCain when he chose Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin as his running mate.

"Not just small towns have values," he said, responding to one of Palin's signature lines.”-- Powell endorses Obama By Mike Allen & Jonathan Martin

Apparently he has no problems with Joe Biden, aka Plugs the Buffoon[8] the stooge who can tell fairy tales about taxes and other stories. I am certain that the ‘values’ of the people who live in the South Bronx are superior to Wasilla, Alaska. The South Bronx is actually a dung heap[9] of crime, poverty, drug abuse and worse. Those, we can expect, are the ‘values’ of the far left. The police precincts [40th and 41st] record the highest violent crime rates in the city and are all NYPD "impact zones." Such is a place where American values are learned and displayed we must believe.

Colin Powell is the most undesirable product conceivable as an outcome of Affirmative Action. He has a mediocre set of cognitive skills, comes from some sleazy dump in the Bronx, got into the military via ROTC from a lousy school and then tried to contend with outstanding professional military academy officers to the point where he could not compete and then ran to Washington and bawled for political support to get preposterously promoted.  He is a fraud; he used politics to advance his career. He has never had a proper military command of any size  and has done nothing but push papers in his career and whine about his injury from a pungi stake. He sold himself to the Reagan administration as a loyal member of the military and a successful example of an affirmative action conservative then played the part of the traitor. He is now exposed not only as a racist, but a consummate race-baiter and a devious political opportunist. He can wear the kinky iridescent thongs of either party or dance to an assortment of their little political skits on national TV as he switches back and forth between the parities and their policies alternately praising and then denigrating his benefactors. He weasels his way forward in the political gunk of Washington.

Powell’s military career is so much hokum and fluff and lacks substance. He is a simple political fluffer who can service any john from any party if there is some political or monetary advantage to be gained. He is like an alley cat--always on the prowl. He likes to give speeches and make lots of money off of his rhetorical racism and unpatriotic views.

He now attacks his new master after somebody told him that the consequences of Obama’s style and substance will wreck the economy and bring down the leftists for a generation as Jimmy Carter did. We have already spent too much and the stimulus is not working. The economy is heading for a depression[10] and The Colon must Discharge his duties then beat a hasty advance to the rear to avoid any collateral damage from Obama’s puerile handling of the economy.  But he will find a way to wiggle in with the very next new power group after Obama falls and offer his ‘expertise’ in any and all matters to the next victor regardless of party or creed.

Any professional soldier should be disgusted with this political parasite. His service jacket must have had a giant PI[11] stamped boldly on the front cover to alert good soldiers that they had a gold brick in the company. Any professional politician should beware of his guile and treacherous opportunism. He has more heads than Medusa.

This is the culmination of affirmative action: we offer some help to deserving people who are disadvantaged and manage to  unintentionally include a few  second-rate people into jobs and stations of power that are far beyond their ability to grasp, or worse, even participate. Powell is the affirmative action equivalent of Cornel West in our steamy political barnyard where has to hop from place to place and change his tune to survive his detractors and disguise his failures. [12]

For the first time in my adult life I am ashamed of one of my country’s soldiers. But, my party [Dems] needs and nurtures losers like this if they can bring in votes. And, they will and he will.

The Babbling Brooks of the NYT Manufactures ‘Dignity’ for Obama. A Farce Follows.

The Babbling Brooks of the NYT Manufactures ‘Dignity’ for Obama. A Farce Follows.

Abstract: David Brooks sets out on a sacred mission to bestow or prop up the illusion that Obama has ‘dignity.’ This obvious feint into the sticky political outer limits of realty must be from some editorial assignment, probably as a penance, to bolster the image of this monumental failure and Brooks has risen, so to speak, to the sordid task. A typical propaganda piece follows whereby the new candidate for dignity has his name intercalated among others from history with well-defined authentic dignity.  He is unconvincing and comical in his attempt.  B. Hussein Obama may be more properly associated with ‘judge’ Sotomayor, Pee Wee Herman, The Boston Strangler or Jack-O the Whack-O, a sordid collection of losers with whom we cannot use the word properly. Brooks only undermines his own credibility with a soggy load of crap like this.  This effort is intellectually equivalent to unplopping a camel in the hot sun.

As we peruse the NYT—aka the Walter Duranty Papers[1][2]--an obdurate  oddity of filtered   information and a rusty turn-of-the-crank Marxian siren,  heading for bankruptcy, we must always be prepared to suffer through missives and other literary mechanisms to get to the bottom line of their current propaganda message. They are all about leftist politics. The NYT can grant the proper social or economic solution to all known problems of society and will condemn all who would disagree with their findings. Today, our Chief Babbler David Brooks [3][4] [5] seems to gather his all for a mighty sortie on the political battle fields and, after digging through history, he can endow the Old Gray Lady with a heart-string plucking testimony to the shimmering dignity of a man who has none. Obama needs a boost or some tightening of his political truss straps and here, Johnny on the Spot is the NYT with a fresh propaganda piece to fabricate the required PR.[6]

Analysis of the method:

This is a name-association propaganda piece whereby virtues of known persons with some desired attribute are tossed around in a gossamer cloud of spice and light with bells ringing and, at a propitious moment, the name of the dolt is shuffled in the deck so as to give the reader the impelled conclusion that this bozo is among those who have this precious attribute. This is pedestrian and generally lower in quality than the average Sonnet of Adoration we read in the NYT for problematic characters of the left. We have read better from the Times.

We can watch David turn the crank for a while until we are bored to tears:

When George Washington was a young man,.. [7]-- In Search of Dignity By David Brooks Op-Ed Columnist July 6, 2009 [Emphasis is mine in all quotes.][All quotes are from this link in this essay today unless otherwise indicated.]

Predictable.  How could he be so sophomoric?? Was this written for him? Is this in the top line of his mandated outline?

““Gordon Wood has written, “Washington became a great man and was acclaimed as a classical hero because of the way he conducted himself during times of temptation. It was his moral character that set him off from other men.””-- David Brooks July 6, 2009

And some more—lest I lose control and tire of this anguish and delete the whole mess:

Today, Americans still lavishly admire people who are naturally dignified, whether they are in sports (Joe DiMaggio and Tom Landry), entertainment (Lauren Bacall and Tom Hanks) or politics (Ronald Reagan and Martin Luther King Jr.).”-- David Brooks July 6, 2009

Where is Bill Clinton or Nancy Pelosi and why are they left off this list of naturally dignified persons??

Not to bore the readers with a rummaging exercise through the tombs of lost enterprise, we can just abridge Brooks conclusion at this point with this summation:

Americans still admire dignity. But the word has become unmoored from any larger set of rules or ethical system.

But it’s not right to end on a note of cultural pessimism because there is the fact of President Obama. Whatever policy differences people may have with him, we can all agree that he exemplifies reticence, dispassion and the other traits associated with dignity. The cultural effects of his presidency are not yet clear, but they may surpass his policy impact. He may revitalize the concept of dignity for a new generation and embody a new set of rules for self-mastery.“-- David Brooks July 6, 2009

Finally, we get to the end of this rubbish and can focus on the point: Obama has failed to deliver on any promises he has made to date like holding unemployment down  to 8% or less, lowering  or managing taxes for those who make $250,000 or less, ‘stimulating’ the economy, which is crashing and much  more. He spends like a Madoff or a Michael Jackson. He has done noting but honk and blow to the winds and now looks like a jerk.  He is an ideological racist who hates White Americans and blames the Anglos for the problems in this world and publicly blames us for all evils.  His most favorable comments seem to go toward our enemies like the maggot Hugo Chavez or the Russians or some Middle East Satraps who hate us and live greedily off oil revenues while financing terrorism with some of the loot. He will not condemn the maggots of the third world. He apologizes for us.

The Babbling Brooks frantically inserts, from the shadows, some manufactured observations about Obama that are non existent because he must redefine ‘dignity’ to make it fit the current political crisis. To think that a radical Neo-Marxist can embrace even some warped and mystical elements of ‘dignity’ when he sat for 20 years and howled and shouted at Whitey in the pews of Jeremiah Wright’s House of Hate. Racists now have some form of dignity?

From a previously edited blog:[8]

Senator Barack Obama told us about the typical white person’ and denigrates whites[9] for clinging to their guns and religion’ and escapes any accusations of overt racism by the left. Then, he did.[10]

And:

"And it's not surprising then they [read Whites...ed] get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations."[11]Barack Obama off camera in what he thought was a safe environment to express his views.[12] [Emphasis is mine in all quotes.]

Where are the clichés about how a man chooses his friends?

He has always surrounded himself with undesirables like Bill Ayers and Jeremiah Wright and now has his PR man Axelrod and Dead Fish Immanuel[13] [a hopeful ballerina with a stubby bird finger he lose while slicing meat at Arbys[14]] close at hand in the White House.[15] What a parade of dignitaries!

More celebrities with whom we can counter this screed and defeat t he NYT attempts to put Obama in with dignified persons [from a previous blog]:

‘He seems to have nothing to say about Cold Cash Jefferson[16], Good Time Charlie Rangel the Crook  from Harlem[17] or the ramblings of the mental midget Maxine Waters, a psychotic racist and cognitive peanut, who wanted to nationalize [socialize in her words] the oil companies:[18]And guess what this member* would be all about? This member would be all about socializing — er, uh. [Pauses for several moments] …. would be about … [pause] … basically [… taking over, and the government running all of your companies.” [19] Waters also fantasized about the CIA peddling drugs.[20] He did score with Henrietta Hughes, a welfare queen over a new house, but “she is not milking the system.”[21] Tribuo mihi quispiam nusquam.[22]More top talent.’[23]

By using the Brooks Propaganda Device of the Day, we can confidently metamorphose the definition of dignity to any extent to suit Obama’s warped character. Obama has the same kind of ‘dignity’ that we might give to Sotomayor[24], Pee Wee Herman, The Boston Strangler or Jack-O the Whack-O.

These people are all disgusting losers and incompetents.

All Brooks has accomplished with this screed is to unmoor his reputation.

The Old Red Lady of the Old Gray Lady Howls at the Moon. Palin has Rattled Her Cage Door.

The Old Red Lady of the Old Gray Lady Howls at the Moon. Palin has Rattled Her Cage Door.

Abstract: Maureen Dowd flies into an incoherent rant and attacks Governor Sarah Palin for stepping down from her job but offers us no substance as a basis for her journalistic abuse. Dowd twists every word and theme in the Palin announcement but omits any reference to the central message about a ‘higher calling.’ The lack of an explanation about her future has infuriated the sordid left and their journalistic bowl scrubbers at the Times, Huffington Post and other shin plasters. Palin has changed her plans and now the frantic left grunt and grab for a defense against her new but unknown and dangerous intentions. The kind of journalistic know-how used here is best left in the cuspidors of shabby taverns of the lower East Side of New York and out of sight.

We are always entertained by the writings that appear in the  NYT—aka the Walter Duranty Papers[1]-- as they attempt to ‘form public opinion’ or merely  justify the antics of their  far left benefactors--their ideological partners in Congress-- by suggesting new and sweeping changes that ultimately lead to socialism, inflation, debt and the  loss of our  Constitutional Rights.  This has been the mission of this tome for many decades so we need not bother to search any of their written works for a trace of any substance that might conflict with their sacred, to them, mission.

Today, we are treated to a mega dose of unbridled and unsanitary vengeance heaped upon the governor of Alaska from the Old Red Lady[2][3], [4] of the Old Gray Lady[5] [Dah Dowdy Dowd today]. [6] Does Maureen cook her hair in the microwave??[7] Where does that color come from? As a chemist, I know that some chemicals that color can eat through glass. [8]

We recognize that ‘the people have a right to know’ all the sordid details of politicians and that our beloved newspaper in the city will shower us with such knowledge commingled with bits of  truth as is necessary to make their point as far as the right is concerned. Nary do we read much about the miscreants and social failures of the left. Richard Cheney can be dragged through the literary latrines with his face down but monsters like Ted Kennedy, John Kerry and Good Time Charlie Rangel get as light a treatment as possible in the NYT and associated rags.

This is expected and is all part of the game so we wonder what Sarah Palin has said that requires her to brace herself for an onslaught from Old Red Lady. There must be some substance, some new dirt since Maureen scoured the dumpsters in the little town of Wasilla on a personal digging mission during the race last summer and found something, or held it back. She must have kept some of this find secret as now she unleashes a thunderbolt against Palin with gusto and dynamism and a few toasts of vinegar.

Let the unmasking of Sara Palin begin!!!

Sarah Palin showed on Friday that in one respect at least, she is qualified to be president.

Caribou Barbie is one nutty puppy.”-- Now, Sarah’s Folly By Maureen Dowd Op-Ed Columnist Published: July 4, 2009 [Emphasis is mine in all quotes unless specifically indicated as in the original.]

That is almost enough for me! But, give me the dirt!

Usually we don’t find that exquisite battiness in our leaders until they’ve been battered by sordid scandals like Watergate (Nixon), gnawing problems like Vietnam (L.B.J.), or scary threats like biological terrorism (Cheney).”-- Maureen Dowd

Oh, you left out the Clintons, The Kennedy Klan in all their whiskey-soaked grogginess’. But, we have to expect a bit of bias before the hammer comes down from on high in the NYT on Caribou Barbie. Here we may have an example of sectional cryptomisoxeny. [9]

Now, we read a survey of various prattles and snicks that have described others in politics, but no mention of direct evidence against Sarah?? Gee. We did get some third or fourth hand rumors of diagnostics about narcissistic personality disorder’ that was attributed to her months ago. Can we rule out Michael Jackson, John Kerry, Billy the Bimbo Banger Clinton or maybe Pee Wee Herman as having narcissistic personality disorders?

As Alaskans settled in to enjoy holiday salmon bakes and the post-solstice thaw, their governor had a solipsistic meltdown so strange it made Sparky Sanford look like a model of stability.”-- Maureen Dowd

Here it is!! We are waiting!!

What looked like a secret wedding turned out to be a public unraveling as the G.O.P. implosion continued: Sarah wanted everyone to know that she’s not having fun and people are being mean to her and she doesn’t feel like finishing her first term as governor.”-- Maureen Dowd

Did she say that?? Gee, I missed that part. Maybe Fox News edited that out for clarity.

Palin’s speech is classic casuistry.[10]”-- Maureen Dowd

On the off chance that Maureen knew what this word meant before feverously ransacking her thesaurus, we can wonder just what part of her speech produces this conclusion. Maybe this essay is confined to many things that  Palin did not say.

Upon announcing her stepping down from the very popular governorship of her state we find this transliteration:

Why “milk it,” as she put it[11], when you can quit it? “Only dead fish go with the flow,” she said, while cold fish can blow out of town.”-- Maureen Dowd transliterates Sarah Palin.

The maverick must run free when greener pastures beckon. The musher must jump out of the dogsled when warmer climes call. As Palin’s spokeswoman, Meg Stapleton, says, “The world is literally her oyster.”-- Maureen Dowd mangles the message of Sarah Palin.

We haven’t seen this much excitement in a commentator since something slithered up Chris Matthew’s leg [12] as he mind-melded with something lurking in the mists[13] while watching Obama give  his Philadelphia Speech sticking up for the rabid racist Jeremiah Wright. She is on a wild rant; we wonder why. Matthews, much like Dowd, must have hit his orgasmic perigee; the only oyster Chris has left is to follow Dan Rather to Ratherdom.

But just remember, beloved Alaska, it’s all about you.”--Maureen Dowd mangles the message of Sarah Palin.

The interesting observation about this unsystematic dart toss is that it has no basis in truth. It seems that every comment has been twisted in some toxic fit of fringe journalism based on Freud or what many thing Freud should have said.[14] It is a sour screed and is appropriately equivalent to spitting onto the crowd from some 5th floor balcony. There is no substance or analysis here, but there is a wholly artificial and cynical slant on the future designs of this potential national political candidate. The central message from Sarah was about her as yet undefined ‘higher calling,’ which nobody can decipher as yet.[15] Sarah has something in mind and media hacklettes like Katie Couric and now The Old Red Lady are attacking people in full passion and abhorrence. They must fear Sarah very much because if she was a minor player she wouldn’t make page 18 of what is left of the Old Gray Lady. Katie needs to wash her hair and Maureen needs to have somebody wash her mind. These two look like they are heading down Dan Rather’s pathway to oblivion. Maybe their jobs are in jeopardy. Dan’s is finished because of his sleaze. [16]

The Long Whine of Tax Whoring: Krugman wants Another ‘Stimulus’

The Long Whine of Tax Whoring: Krugman wants Another ‘Stimulus’

Abstract: Krugman plays the uncertainty game with the effects of the stimulus that has, as yet, failed to stimulate anything but the egos of the leftist Democrats. The goal here is to squeeze as much money out of the taxpayer as possible, make excuses for the misadventures, and then regrub for endless tax increases using fear and bullying.  They only non debatable option here is stimulating the job market by cutting taxes for small corporations. Tax cuts always ‘cost too much’ and are ineffective in stimulating the economy despite the successes of JFK, LBJ and RWR. Qualified economics experts, like House Chief Economist Christiana Romer who disagreed and predicted an economic turnaround by the end of July, and also Warren Buffett who predicts massive inflation as a solution to our federal debt are ignored in this propaganda piece. This is a classic example of leftist propaganda from a master in the art.

Tax whoring, the only profession that allows the far left the privilege of having enough money enough to eat and affording some modern conveniences like a warm place to take a good dump, is more an art than a science. The quest for other people’s money [OPM] is a parasitic adventure similar to leprosy only heightened in enormity, adorned with pretty speeches and song and based on simple slogans that attract the attention of a simple mind.[1] Thus to survive, the left must pander and slither through the mystical alleyways for platitudes that encourage losers to endorse their phony economic programs. It isn’t enough that we watched the USSR for 74 years play this silly game which resulted in the complete collapse of the brightest leftist empire the world has even seen. It was not enough to see much of Marxian Asia dump these policies after brief tests that showed that liberalism’s views on socialism are a failure.

So, we are treated to another plug for more loot by our wonderful  Dr. Krugman of the Walter Duranty Papers: [2]  In the spirit of an academic inspection of this work let us look for the usual slogans and propaganda elements required to generate such a preposterous notion that we need another failing stimulus and see what kind of score we can give the good doctor:

 We begin:

O.K., Thursday’s jobs report settles it. We’re going to need a bigger stimulus. But does the president know that?

Let’s do the math.”[3]-- That ’30s Show By Paul Krugman Op-Ed Columnist Published: July 2, 2009 [Emphasis is mine in all quotes unless specifically indicated as in the original.]

I thought we were in recovery and ready to celebrate Obama’s wise economic program?? Yes, by all means. We would like to hear how Obama was able to save 3 million jobs with the first round of stimuli and how successful that measure turned out to be so we can be pleased that we can save another 3 million and maybe more with some liberal economic efficiency. [Would tax cuts and fewer regulations for small businesses produce more hiring thus lowering unemployment?]

Since the recession began, the U.S. economy has lost 6 ½ million jobs … Once you take into account the 100,000-plus new jobs that we need each … we’re about 8 ½ million jobs in the hole.”-- Paul Krugman July 2, 2009

I seem to remember, recently, asking what the first stimulus—not to mention the 1.8 trillion dollar deficit in the Obama budget—has done to reduce job loses. Didn’t I ask that?? Maybe we can find it later in this article:

So what do we have to counter this scary prospect? We have the Obama stimulus plan, which aims to create 3 ½ million jobs by late next year.”-- Paul Krugman July 2, 2009

This video sums up the grim facts that Obama promises failed and we lost 1 million more jobs: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CJu0DgpiK8c

Apparently we lost 1 million more jobs than if we had done nothing at all given the Obama numbers. Now, that is liberalism at its finest. [Would tax cuts and fewer regulations for small businesses produce more hiring thus lowering unemployment?]

Now, I wonder where this “late next yearstipulation came from. Did Obama, this Feb, tell us that the 3 million jobs would be saved by late in 2010???

Off topic and revisionist:

All of this is depressingly familiar to anyone who has studied economic policy in the 1930s. Once again a Democratic president has pushed through job-creation policies that will mitigate the slump but aren’t aggressive enough to produce a full recovery. Once again much of the stimulus at the federal level is being undone by budget retrenchment at the state and local level.”-- Paul Krugman July 2, 2009

This constant whine is also depressingly familiar and consistent with the NYT and their articles that call for massive tax hikes for any old occasion since the 1930s. [Would tax cuts and fewer regulations for small businesses produce more hiring thus lowering unemployment?]

But, now, we have the excuse [mentioned by Obama when he brayed and honked for a quickie stimulus??] that the states now sandbagged his program? Oh, can we blame California, New Jersey, Maryland and other states now teetering on the rusty edge of default for truncating the wonderful Obama Plan?? Gee, why didn’t Obama just mention this as a stipulation in Feb 2009 and then poop up the stimulus to, say, a few odd trillion? He can still save California with the printing press.

Well Obama did predict this:

“"None of this will be easy," he said.” The road to recovery will not be straight. We will make progress, and there may be some slippage along the way."”[4]—AP President Obama Feb. 17, 2009

Okay, we can consider this to be some ‘slippage’ that happened “along the way” to the poor house. So, Krugman is technically correct when he places a firm date on political mush. That is good economics, or, to be fair, a good example of how they operate.

More taxes!! More spending!! Print more money!!

What I don’t know is whether the administration has faced up to the inadequacy of what it has done so far.

So here’s my message to the president: You need to get both your economic team and your political people working on additional stimulus, now. Because if you don’t, you’ll soon be facing your own personal 1937.”-- Paul Krugman July 2, 2009

A prediction from Krugman from Feb 17, 2009:

The $787 billion stimulus is not nearly enough to fill the "well over $2 trillion hole" in the economy, Krugman said. "A fair bit of the bill is not really stimulus," he adding, noting that just about $650 billion would actually spur consumer spending and other types of stimulus.”[5]-- Paul Krugman: Stimulus Too Small, Second Package Likely (VIDEO)

Fair enough. Krugman is consistent. So, can we blame Obama for NOT following Krugman’s obvious advice as PK did predict that this wouldn’t work?  Can we forgive Krugman for criticizing the stimulus and revealing the facts that much of it is not stimulus? Probably not.

What we have here is the same form of logic and theater that we find in the phony Global Warming Follies: We must do something to avoid a disaster and if that something is the wrong recipe for success then we just haven’t spent enough money on that wrong recipe. The threat that the Great Depression will gobble up our financial resources before the oceans boil from CO2 pollution is part of the same problem: we haven’t spent enough money on projects that don’t seem to be sound or are just plain phony so let’s spend some more! The importance here is not any solution to any problems, social or financial—the objective is just spending and taxation and bigger government.

Missing from the Krugman essays today is the absence of any way to pay back the debt. He does mention inflation in the same sentence with deflation thus nullifying the prospect that our currency may collapse from too much printing press excitement and a world-wide boycott of the dollar. Even Warren Buffett predicts massive inflation.[6]

Would tax cuts and fewer regulations for small businesses produce more hiring thus lowering unemployment?

This is a well-constructed propaganda piece[7][8][9][10] that focuses in on the finality and absolutism of big government at all costs. This is typical of the left and their nostrums of governance. This piece points out a legitimate danger to our economy, ignores several alternatives to mere mindless taxation, debt and wanton printing of money.  An accepted remedy in the guise of a stimulus was the correct idea but was not sufficient in magnitude to be successful. The objective was to build government at any cost. More printing of money, higher taxes and bigger spending are thus indicated given the lack of progress noted since Feb 2009. Salient facts about debt, deflation, inflation[11] and the impact of such debt on other generations are confidently omitted here.

We are saddened to report a conflicting message that White House Chief Economist Christiana Romer had endorsed the Obama Plan and predicted:

Romer stated, “We have put in place the biggest, boldest recovery package in history....incredible medicine for economy, and we fully expect it to work.” She maintained that the fundamentals of the U.S. economy are sound[12] and continues to expect a turnaround in the second half of the year. “We have our eyes on the fundamentals....the day-to-day ups and downs of the stock market are a bad way to judge policy,” she said, voicing one of the Obama administration’s mantras.”[13]-- White House Chief Economist Christina Romer Mar 15, 2009.

But, she has no Nobel Prize.

This is a fine and well-crafted propaganda piece.  It ignites the fires of fear and frustration among the unwashed and mentally disnimble, conceals the obvious caveats and pitfalls of the present course, obfuscates the notion that a financial recovery is really important to leftists and denigrates the Republicans. It also ignores the predictions from many leftist quarters that this thing would work by July end, just a few days away.  The views of experts like Romer and Buffett are omitted as they contribute only unhandy truth to this piece. .

We should salute Paul Krugman for another fine example of how to construct a proper propaganda piece and thank him for the instruction. He will change his views about economics about the same time Katie Couric decides to wash her hair or when Whoopie Goldberg peroxides her mouth. The liberals are firmly committed to disaster and we can watch Krugman calmly blame Bush for everything that happens even if it takes two or three decades more.  But, to be fair, they couldn’t succeed in capitalism anyway so what the heck.
