California Gold! The Grab Begins. Prepare for Bankruptcy!

California Gold! The Grab Begins. Prepare for Bankruptcy!

In a previous alarming blog[1], I postulated that the psychotic grab for loot would begin when the GoldenState turned brown. Unforeseen by myself, we now find that some federal bureaucrat wants to freeze most CA government funds to give medical care to the prison population.  I never guessed that the feds would firstly grab a chunk of the vanishing tax loot to save our criminals. That is a new high.  When we think we have an outline of all the possibilities of mechanisms and scams to grab out wealth we are presented with novelties like this.

The preamble from my previous essay:

California is mostly populated with disgusting perverts [2]and other losers including illegal aliens, drug dealers, marijuana growers (the state’s biggest crop next to prostitution and smuggling). The state is strangled by the teachers unions and other affiliated groups. It is heading for bankruptcy.[3]

That was accurate, but too soft. I forgot to add in the tender persons in their33 prisons whose medical needs ought to come first from the federal point of view.

Now, we read t his:

SACRAMENTO -- The court-appointed overseer for healthcare in state prisons moved Wednesday to seize $8 billion from the California treasury, asking a federal judge to hold Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and California Controller John Chiang in contempt of court. [Emphasis is mine in all quotes. This link references all quotes in this essay unless otherwise noted. ]

With the state mired in fiscal crisis, J. Clark Kelso[4], the federal receiver, asked U.S. District Judge Thelton Henderson to force officials to turn over the money he says he needs to raise healthcare in the state's prisons to constitutional standards after years of neglect.”[5]

We now wonder if they have 8 billion left after July 1. But, does that matter? Let the very first seized dollar go to curing some pedophile. That would be just.

When we talk of prioritization, our first concern must be the welfare and entertainment of dopers, perverts and murderers in the California penal system. Let us all be egalitarian about this. We don’t need police or fire fighters—what we need is to treat dope addicts and AIDS-infested criminals first. That makes liberal sense. That is what California is all about.

The governor, Arnold for short, wants to cut wages down to minimum wage levels until a budget reaches his desk. John Chiang, some Democrat, refuses.  This is almost as phony as the Princeling of Wails wanting to destroy the food supply in England. [6] I like Arnold’s idea, but the cost is still a bit high and the benefits should be truncated along with the reduced salaries. Why not fire half these idiots and see if things get any worse?

Why not just double state taxes?? Paul Krugman of the NYT would approve![7]

We can, again, salute California for another social victory. Let us legalize dope and attain Nirvana in California.  Why not just let the convicts out to roam the streets and bring their trademark of ‘social justice’ to San Francisco and Los Angeles? Can we expel California from the union? How about we let Mexico annex most of California? We could pay the Mexicans to put up a fence to keep them out of the upper 49.

But, lacking vision, they have yet to even discuss my ideas about recycling food[8] in England and California. After all, the methane is mostly gone in the first pass so the toxic components of the air would be reduced. We would not need microwaves if they chose only the freshest morsels. The hungry could be ecologically fed and the oceans would not rise.

Grunt and Grab:

We have fully explored and exhausted every avenue for securing this funding in a manner that least affects California's budget and immediate cash needs," Kelso said. "But the state's leaders have failed to act."

Not yet. Read the above.

Kelso is planning seven facilities for the long-term medical, mental health and dental care of 10,000 inmates, and he is planning to renovate clinics at the state's 33 prisons. But, he said, he is in danger of running out of cash for construction in the fall. And with the budget now more than six weeks late, he said he could not allow "the state's fiscal and budget meltdown" to interfere with his mission.”

This is insanity. But, the GoldenState does consume a lot of dope and this plan looks like one of their best products. To think that California or England for that matter is something other than containment facilities for losers[9] is folly. These people are beyond insane, they are fatalistic. Their mission is to lose. And, in their frantic efforts to destroy their societies they want to bring down the rest of us. What happened to the natural ways of the sick, lame and lazy when Nature just instructed them to crawl off into the forest to expire and allowing the tribe to continue on with their lives? Their remains were recycled using Nature’s plan. No, the slimiest pervert must have his STDs taken care of before we can answer fire alarms or catch illegal aliens. I wonder how many transsexual operations are scheduled by Kelso. He might be able to break the glass ceiling if he had one. Or, has he already accomplished this?

The Arch Bozo of Canterbury, Dr Rowan Williams, is correct: We need Sharia Law to solve our problems. They would probably attend to the perverts first according to their law.  Sell California to Iran!

All they have is your money and they need more than you have. Think about that.

Flop Ears the EcoNazi Prophet of Doom Raises the Spectre of Disaster from GM Food Production

Flop Ears the EcoNazi Prophet of Doom Raises the Spectre of Disaster from GM Food Production

The British Empire has been unhurriedly unempired by the antics of the far left, socialism and the signal alarms from the commingled royal leftovers resulting from 300 years of inbreeding who can still command a command audience by a freaky accident of birth. In previous incoherent rants the Princeling of Wales has insulted his own intelligence with his pronouncement of Doom over deforestation and other frolics as he consumes his few neurons to hype and celebrate EcoNazism.[1][2] When we see that Sharia Law [3]is weeding out the unbelievers in England we can wonder if this is not a change for the good. The Romans had no luck with these fools so why not let the Islamo-Fascisti give it the old try? The British clergy seem to be powerless in dealing with the conundrum of incorporating British law with Sharia. This is obviously an advance in religion and law and in the best interests of the English peoples. Some of the few lingering clergy who have not been identified, as yet, as certifiable lunatics now call for the ouster of the The Archbishop of Canterbury as he grovels before the shadow of Islam.

Other leading bishops publicly contradicted Dr Rowan Williams's call for Islamic law to be brought into the British legal system.” [Emphasis is mine in all quotes.]

Would they prohibit beer? What does Sharia Law say about homosexuals?

The Brits, while ignoring the scientific facts and still bending before the interminable blizzard of leftist fluff and foam from Bernard Shaw’s Fabianism[4], usually hit upon the best way to lose. And now they will cheerfully truncate their own food supply by regressing to the grand agricultural methods mandated by the Druids and whatever blue-skinned barbarians that dug the pits and erected the phallic obelisks and set the ceremonial stones on the henges[5]on that island. Maybe they can auction off the goodies in the BritishMuseum on E-bay before they starve.

The present maudlin nostrum from the drooling EcoNazis is that GM [genetically modified] food is bad and the leader of this madness is the Prince Chuckles of Wails.

He trumpets:

He accused firms of conducting a "gigantic experiment I think with nature and the whole of humanity which has gone seriously wrong.”-- Princeling of Wales[6] [Emphasis is mine in all quotes.]This link references all quotes in this essay unless otherwise stated.

"Why else are we facing all these challenges, climate change and everything?”

Sun spots? Natural variations in the weather. Too much claret? Fear of success? The question posed is phrased in such a narrow manner as to offer no alternative explanations and is typical of the kind of pathologies that are embedded in the DNA of the inbred yoyos in England. They desperately want to lose.

The maudlin chants rage on:

That would be the absolute destruction of everything... and the classic way of ensuring there is no food in the future," he said.”

Searching for reality in this buffa intermezzo we do find a reasonable suggestion:

The Prince of Wales: 'If that is the future, count me out[7]

Okay!!

Maybe Chuckles can join the Comet Hale-Bopp Comet worshipers and sail off to the stars.[8] There is also the Kool-Aid ceremony[9] that seemed to solve some social problems for many. How about green Kool-Aid?

The thesis here is two-fold:

[1] We need to wreck our food supply so that animal and insect flatulence will not cause the oceans to boil.

[2] We need to take instruction from idiots, communists and Islamo-Fascists as how to live.

We need to think about this. Frequently, there are some buried pearls in the intellectual swamps of the socialists. I thought I saw a glimmer somewhere in this fluff. Some of this psychobabble does make perfect sense in terms of competition, growth and survival. If your enemy wants to retire from the field and eat magic mushrooms in the heat of battle then why not encourage them? Do we need the English anymore? Why not let California go bankrupt?[10]  Are there any negative effects from the vanishing Brits or San Francisco Californians? What have the Brits contributed to the world since 1945? What happened to the alphas and betas in Great Britain? Did they die in the great wars? Is it true that they have only gammas[11] and a few epsilon semi-morons left to make decisions? Does Chuckles know where the codes to the nuclear weapons are kept? Would he embrace Islam and send them off to Iran?

A partial solution is indicated here. There is no reason to reject a chance to limit the influence of Europeans on the rest of global society. They are more that stupid—they are fatalistic—and, unfortunately, solicit our company as they descend into oblivion.[12] Maybe they can create a new way of ‘going home[13]’that will lessen the demand on the world’s food supply. Soylent Green may be the Green Solution for food in their degenerating society. This notion, coupled with enhancements in euthanasia, the frolicking dissemination of superior strains of AIDS and abortion needs to be examined in some detail They may have some solutions to the excessive population problem.

Our British legacy in action.

The basis of liberalism is to showcase the losers and then create new ways to force ‘equal outcomes’[14].--rycK

[13] Soylent Green is a 1973 dystopian science fiction movie depicting a future in which the greenhouse gas effect results in severe damage to the environment. This leads to widespread unemployment and poverty. Real fruit, vegetables, and meat are rare, commodities are expensive, and much of the population survives on processed food rations, including "soylent green" wafersUnable to live with what he has uncovered, In the movie Roth opts for euthanasia (euphemistically known as "going home") at a government clinic.

[14] Pathologies of Liberalism I Posted by rycK on Thursday, March 15, 20071:09:43 PM

http://rycksrationalizations.blogtownhall.com/2007/03/15/pathologies_of_liberalism_i.thtml The liberal thus places the ultimate emphasis on the intrinsic imperfections of society and heaps all blame on those who somehow attained success. If you have more than the average then that is proof of your guilt in this matter. Those to blame are always in some way connected with the corporate state. Moscow Central Planning, proffered as a solution to distribution of resources is never discussed truthfully as a key example of a source of economic bungling of huge natural resources that kept Russia a peasant nation while other countries emerged from World 1 and the Great Depression with great success. No matter that leftist solutions to social problems [Marxism, War on Poverty, Busing, Affirmative Action, Great Society, welfare, midnight basketball, busing, etc.] have failed miserably, the howl is for the condemnation of any organization that has wealth and power with the concomitant demand for total control of all assets. The very existence of citizens who have average wealth, above some arbitrary level, as defined by the left, of course, is necessary and sufficient proof of crimes against humanity such as economic violence, racism, starvation and worse. Here, we can review the 74 year history of the USSR that suffered from these same defects and not find any condemnation of their Marxist methods. 100,000,000 dead since 1917 and no apology comes from the left. The left is never wrong, only hungry for the money and power of others. They cannot provide jobs and wealth using their methods. Indeed, we hear from emotional leftists that they ‘didn’t have a chance to implement ‘pure’ Marxism,’ which implies that we need to keep trying until success is achieved. The New York Times routinely runs articles that praise the murdering Marxist dictator Fidel Castro. The only good thing the left can say about a social parasite and failure like Fidel Castro is that Cuba has a wonderful healthcare system, Of course, it does not. They cannot afford simple blood tests for their citizens. They said the same about the USSR when the party members flew to Switzerland or England or elsewhere for their serious medical needs.

The Old Red Lady of The Old Gray Grumbles about Hillary II.

The Old Red Lady of The Old Gray Grumbles about Hillary II.

We can usually extract some novel elements of the instant historical and some future political theorems from the political essays of the NY Times—aka the Walter Duranty Papers[1]—as they attempt to ‘form public opinion.’ When Maureen Dowd [The Old Red Lady]of the New York Times[The Old Gray Lady] pounds her word processor in red fury we frequently get only a misleading dose of literary allusions and illusions.  She is, again, on the hunt for anything unseemly with respect to Clintoonery.[2] Today, she misses the point. Hillary done good.

In today’s venomous screed, the mechanical tarnisment of the Obama Phenomenon by the Clintoons is examined in detail and properly eviscerated at least in part. The conclusion, sadly, is meaningless.

 To wit:

You can almost hear her mind whirring: She’s amazed at how easy it was to snatch Denver away from the Obama saps. Like taking candy from a baby, except Beanpole Guy doesn’t eat candy. In just a couple of weeks, Bill and Hill were able to drag No Drama Obama into a swamp of Clinton drama.”[3] -- Yes, She Can by Maureen Dowd [Emphasis is mine in all quotes. This link references all quotes in this essay unless otherwise noted. ]

Apparently, The Old Red Lady has discounted the extensive leftist history of the Sleaze of Politics and spends too much time in the passé literary world. The Clintons are accustomed to frying the entrails of their enemies in public and hold more gold medals than Mark Spitz in this fine art. [4] The last ‘nice’ Democrat was Stevenson.

Revenge is sweet in politics and somebody has to pay for the affront to Hillary for wasting her $250,000,000 in this contest. Billary, as a pair, could have made $300,000,000 more from speeches, books and such from 8 more years in the White House amidst the usual stale pizza boxes, rug sex and ‘teas.’ Let us count the ways in which Dowd thinks Obama can be undone:

Whatever insincere words of support the Clintons muster, their primal scream gets louder: He can’t win! He can’t close the deal! We told you so!”

This is a solid theme we hear about:

He can’t win! Don’t you understand? He’s black! He’s black!”[5]—Bob Herbert

But it’s one thing to lack class and a sense of grace, quite another to deliberately try and wreck the presidential prospects of your party’s likely nominee — and to do it in a way that has the potential to undermine the substantial racial progress that has been made in this country over many years.

“The Clintons should be ashamed of themselves. But they long ago proved to the world that they have no shame.”[6] [7]-- Bob Herbert

Herbert and Dowd ought to compare notes to enhance the novelty at the Times. Better timing is indicated. The liberals now realize that they are on the edge of the swamp and the game might be lost. Damage control of the vainglorious sort is now indicated. Hillary is out to sink Obama and the Times cannot prevent this. Howling is fine for coyotes but has little effect on leftist politics.

So, let us see if there is some substance here:

Her former aide Howard Wolfson fanned the divisive flames Monday on ABC News, arguing that Hillary would have beaten Obama in Iowa and become the nominee if John Edwards’s affair had come out last year — an assertion contradicted by a University of Iowa survey showing that far more Edwards supporters had Obama as their second choice.”

This is like a ceremonial burning of the only horse that made it out of the burning barn.  The ‘polls’ also showed that Vinegar John Kerry[8] won the contest in 2004. Ancient history is better left to the ‘historians’ who can redact the facts with some persuasion. Edwards has sleazed himself in public and only shows us that leftist Democrats have no morals. Hillary, as far as we know, has not cheated on anybody. “After all, it was only sex.” The notion that this fruit cake Edwards could channel dead infants is disgusting and shows that he has no shame.

Hillary feels no guilt about encouraging her supporters to mess up Obama’s big moment, thus undermining his odds of beating John McCain and improving her odds of being the nominee in 2012.”

This is a mummified theory that lacks any luster or novelty. We know she cannot win in 2012 unless Obama is defeated in this instant contest. She knows that.  We are surprised that the ceaseless political barnyard scramble for election wins and the ghoulish quest for power and money are not placed up front when analyzing such contests. What else is there to discuss? Competence? Nationalism? Pride? The economy? Capitalism? Gasoline prices?

She’s obviously relishing Hillaryworld’s plans to have multiple rallies in Denver, to take out TV and print ads and to hold up signs in the hall that read “Denounce Nobama’s Coronation.”

How about: NoBozo is the Best O’Bozo?

At this point, we wonder if a plea for a ‘healing process’ is somewhere in the making by Howard Dean or other ‘leaders’ of the party of Democrats. Such a maudlin cliché is expected when the liberals realize that they have bungled another election by promoting a  drooling Communist with the biggest spend and tax program yet to be imagined.

The Clintons know that a lot of Democrats are muttering that their solipsistic behavior is “disgusting.”

This is unfair. Clintoonery is broader than this mere mental nostrum. They know about politics. They have a wide external vision. Now, Obama is another matter. He frequently sounds like he is reading some term paper on Marxism written by a Harvard sophomore.

Maureen reads the tea leaves and come up with this bizarre prediction about the impending circus in Denver:

Obama also allowed Hillary supporters to insert an absurd statement into the platform suggesting that media sexism spurred her loss and that “demeaning portrayals of women ... dampen the dreams of our daughters.” This, even though postmortems, including the new raft of campaign memos leaked by Clintonistas to The Atlantic — another move that undercuts Obama — finger Hillary’s horrendous management skills.”

It would have been better to put this language in the platform: “A woman who wildly mismanages and bankrupts a quarter-of-a-billion-dollar campaign operation, and then blames sexism in society, will dampen the dreams of our daughters.”

This is unfair. We are hacking away at the glitter and pomp of the very successful Clinton Team that has, what, eight scalps hanging in their wikkiup. She had to stay near the middle if she expected to win as the Dems can only get 41% of the vote with their usual Marxist propaganda and anti-capitalist rants. She tried to be a ‘moderate’ on the big issue of the time: the War on Terrorism. Obama, as we have seen, started off at the far left with his high taxes and higher spending, Black Liberation Theology, no-drill-no-where policy, EcoNazism and wild enthusiasm of astronomical tax hikes. O’Bozo now flip-flops[9] on numerous issues in a frantic attempt to get some middle votes. His image as a drooling tax whore[10] now tarnishes his armor.

The Old Red Lady has missed the proper analysis: The Democrats have played the Race Card in their internal struggles instead of attacking the Republicans and now the Racial Divide has run Hillary and her Marxists into the ditch. That Obama is a twisted racist and Afro-Leninist[11] and a mere communist fellow traveler is not mentioned by the Times. Hillary did everything well in her campaign and could have been president except for the unexpected racial challenge. The Neanderthal blacks and their lackeys will spontaneously follow any person of color into any office in the land in their quest for tax revenues and Hillary knew that.  She could not have prevented this. She preferred to deal with losers like Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson or Louis Farrakhan. They cannot be controlled—but they cannot do much more than offend most of the voters. They were not competitors.

She had a proper and well-run campaign and can only feebly sit back and watch Obama lose another election with his radicalism. If she made any blunder it was her mumblings about the War on Terrorism as Frank Rich thinks.[12]

So, we can thank the liberals for their snarling public intermezzos and their curious baboonesque political circus:

It has been stated in more explicit terms than printed here that: Liberalism is like probing a baboon’s sphincter for diamonds. There is little chance for success, but there several opportunities for anger and frustration. [13][14]

There ain’t no diamonds there Dorothy.

California Heads for the Social and Financial Latrines: Down they go Bawling for Your Money.

California Heads for the Social and Financial Latrines: Down they go Bawling for Your Money.

California is mostly populated with disgusting perverts [1]and other losers including illegal aliens, drug dealers, marijuana growers (the state’s biggest crop next to prostitution and smuggling). The state is strangled by the teachers unions and other affiliated groups. It is heading for bankruptcy.[2]

It is an elementary exercise in economics and government policy to realize that the parasitic left that ‘governs’ the Golden State are the drug-besotted offspring of Marxists, the mentally ill, criminals ( Willie and Pat Brown, for example) and other assorted losers. One can count the number of left-Looney political groups such as the EcoNazi[3] Sierra Club, Hispanic Supremacy groups such as La Raza, La Mecha[4] , NCLR and MALDEF, among others as proof. The City of Los Angeles has its own little third world empire in South Central L.A replete with machine-gun toting gangs, a thriving drug trade and grand havens for criminals of all sorts especially if they are Hispanic. What a wonderful place to waste your taxes. We should all learn Spanish.

These drug-soaked parasites thought, as all liberals and other assorted cretins that believe in Marxism, that they could barrow forever and spend and spend and ‘feel good’ with their dope and massage parlors. California is not a state any more—it is a containment facility for losers. [5]

So, what happens when they spend and spend and spend like NYC, or Detroit? They lose their credit ratings and cannot barrow or the state laws, if there are any decent ones, prevent them from grunting and grabbing more loot for fun and drugs.

So, Governor Schwarzenegger orders salaries cut:[6]

SACRAMENTO -- The Schwarzenegger administration Monday sued state Controller John Chiang in an effort to force him to comply with the governor's order that the pay of most state workers be dropped to the federal minimum wage until a state budget is enacted.”-- Schwarzenegger sues state controller over pay-cut order. John Chiang has refused to implement the governor's pay cut for state workers, ordered because of the budget impasse. http://www.latimes.com/news/local/la-me-arnold12-2008aug12,0,7683722.story

[Emphasis is mine in all quotes. This link references all quotes in this essay unless otherwise noted. ]

Most state workers are not worth that much, but it is a start [a comment from a Californian in exile].

The insects dance:

The lawsuit was filed in Superior Court in Sacramento hours after Chiang, who controls the state payroll, formally answered Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's directive. Chiang's office wrote to the governor's staff that complying with the pay cut directive, issued late last month, would be a complex process and the controller's office needed until at least the end of the week to determine if it was possible.”

What do you mean ‘possible?’ Anything is possible. What also is possible is just to not issue checks until a new budget is created. The new one has to comply with state laws. That means massive layoffs for the phony teachers, EcoNazis and other government parasites who think they are doing something for ‘education’ or the environment.

What the parasites want is for some judge to ‘fix’ the matter so that they can keep their phony jobs, take more drugs, smuggle and coddle more illegal aliens and preach to the other 49 states about egalitarianism as Pelosi[7] does. Why not double gasoline taxes?

Under the wage reduction ordered by the governor, lost earnings would be repaid when a budget is in place.”

Really?? Repaid with what? More barrowed money? Let us all have a nice hefty tax hike so Californians can make fat salaries and dance around in the sun smoking dope and building a new society based on Marxism. That sounds just fine to me. I will willingly have my taxes doubled so they can enjoy life in the GoldenState.

Why not just double state taxes?? Paul Krugman of the NYT would approve![8]

The new fiscal year began July 1, but lawmakers have been unable to agree on a plan to close California's $15.2-billion gap. Last week, Schwarzenegger announced that he will not sign any bills that the Legislature sends to him until it approves a budget and will veto those on his desk to keep them from becoming law.”

Budget negotiations remained stalled Monday. Although the governor has signaled that, under the right circumstances, he would join Democrats in supporting a temporary tax hike, there is so far no indication that other Republicans would join him.”

Isn’t a temporary tax hike like a temporary case of AIDS or just a little teeny bit of   malaria? Where is Gray Davis when you need him?[9] I encourage CA to double taxes and bring prosperity to the state. They don’t need my money—they can grow more weed and open more Asian massage parlors and harbor more illegal aliens—all successful social programs that bring in money.

And where is the tax-whoring New York Times [Walter Duranty Papers[10] ]on this issue? They have been silent on this.

Their phony controller thinks he can pay workers into October:[11]

“"In light of our cash flow improvements, I respectfully urge the governor to reconsider his executive order," Chiang said in a statement.” California can pay workers into October, controller says.”[12] [Emphasis is mine in all quotes. This link references all remaining quotes in this essay unless otherwise noted. ]

Chiang is, guess what, a Democrat. Okay, so what happens after October Mr. Chiang?? Maybe California is printing its own money. That would be nice and would help out. Maybe you could pay state workers with lids of grass. They would like that.

About 48,000 of the state's 235,000 workers would be exempt, according to the letter sent to Chiang by Dave A. Gilb, director of the Department of Personnel Administration, because they perform services judged to be crucial. That does not include thousands of correctional officers and other prison medical personnel whom J. Clark Kelso, the court-appointed receiver for prison medical care, has said he would exempt.”

“Nearly 8,000 lawyers, doctors and other professionals, who do not have the same federal wage protections as other workers, would receive no pay.”

Well, the part about unpaid lawyers, we can admit, is a bright spot on this sordid canvas. How about the EcoNazis? How about the welfare types?? The massage parlor girls “perform services judged to be crucial.” At least let them keep their tips.

All this was so predictable and, of course, we see no ‘solution’ to the problem. I advocate hiking taxes until the rate exceeds 100% of income and then they can enjoy true socialism in California.

Where is the whine and bawl for a federal bailout? Where are the teacher’s unions in other states on this issue? Aren’t they all brothers and sisters in the tax maggoty process?

New York and or New Jersey are next on the list. The left will keep on taxing and paying for new and more worthless social programs until something snaps. That snapping sound will be the California economy crashing down.

We salute California for another social victory. Legalize dope and attain Nirvana in California. Stay tuned for a major tax-whoring song from the left. They all need federal funds. All they have is your money and they need more than you have. Think about that.

Krugman Bawls For Socialized Medicine And Suggests No Way To Pay For It.

Krugman Bawls For Socialized Medicine And Suggests No Way To Pay For It.

We are always poised and ready to examine t he latest maudlin plea for bigger government and higher taxes. We are never disappointed as this is the only agenda the Walter Duranty Papers[1] has ever had. Usually, we are presented with the ‘facts’ from the New York Times’s illustrious non-economist and the conclusion is always higher taxes.  For a bit of gamesmanship he might want to make it a game to guess the outcome after a ‘presentation of the facts” and some ‘analysis.” No. Just grunt and grab like a mugger frantic for a fix.  Raise taxes no matter what the reason or outcome.

Today, we are treated to yet another maudlin screed by Paul Krugman.   As always we will brace for the next round of the ubiquitous tautological essay series using fear-based economics. We recently were privileged to read about his bubble mania economics and new tax hikes. Adding on more taxes is never a problem for the far left because that is all they have—your money.

In a new lament entitled Can It Happen Here?[2] By PAUL KRUGMAN we read:

The draft Democratic Party platform that was sent out last week puts health care reform front and center. “If one thing came through in the platform hearings,” says the document, “it was that Democrats are united around a commitment to provide every American access to affordable, comprehensive health care.” [Emphasis is mine in all quotes. This link references all quotes in this essay unless otherwise noted. ]

This is a political slogan and, as such, contains several ringers. The first is ‘access’ as the governments of Not-so-great-Britain and the Lesser-Canada have severely limited access in their systems. Canada rations blood tests and more and is losing its best doctors. For the reasons of cost control, a massive bureaucracy and wrecking efficiency, the access is now limited. This also obviates a discussion on the word comprehensive unless you think that some witch doctor who waves   feathers at you as you wait in line for 20 hours is giving your some portion of your entitled healthcare when it comes your way. But the big honker here is the unfathomable word ‘affordable.’ Just for the record, the average individual cost per person per month is $437 before we pile on the free abortions and free everything for illegal aliens.

Now, we have heard this song from Krugman before in articles such as Voodoo Health Economics[3]and similar screeds.

From an earlier blog by this author we can requote Krugman:[4]

It’s about time someone said that and, more generally, made the case that Mr. McCain’s approach to health care is based on voodoo economics — not the supply-side voodoo that claims that cutting taxes increases revenues (though Mr. McCain says that, too), but the equally foolish claim, refuted by all available evidence, that the magic of the marketplace can produce cheap health care for everyone.” [Emphasis is mine in color and such in all quotes in this article.][5]

Notice the tax cutting sputum that springs forth like crab grass in the spring? Let us ignore market forces. Just raise taxes.  Notice the incoherent slogan against tax cuts—the defining element of phony economics? We shall read more about this. We were given, at the time of the Voodoo Screed, a number of about $349 per person, but the actual number is closer to $437. But, let us have some fun with arithmetic here:

The politics of guaranteed care are also easy, at least in one sense: if the Democrats do manage to establish a system of universal coverage, the nation will love it.”

This also works for crack smoking and taking Black Studies courses at Princeton. The Brits and Canadians and Russians do not love theirs.

The Massachusetts plan has come in for a lot of criticism. It includes individual mandates — that is, people are required to buy coverage, even if they’d prefer to take their chances. And its costs are running much higher than expected, mainly because it turns out that there were more people without insurance than anyone realized.

Yet recent polls show overwhelming support for the plan — support that has grown stronger since it went into effect, despite the new system’s teething troubles. Once a system of universal health coverage exists, it seems, people want to keep it.”

Who did you poll? Where are the cost numbers? Once addicted to crack or heroin, it seems, people want to keep hooting and shooting  it.” It has wild cost overruns and it depends on who you ask as to who is offering ‘overwhelming’ support.[6] Ask the taxpayers if you can find any in the state.

Massachusetts is in a pickle that could soon spread nationwide: How to make sure everyone can afford to buy health insurance. The state recently mandated insurance for all, but is finding it tougher than expected to bring down insurance premiums and copays to make coverage affordable.” -- Mass. Health Gurus Call for Revivial [sic]of Managed Care

Posted by Jacob Goldstein. [7]

Isn’t that just the same word Krugman used above? Now, we find his MA model is not exactly affordable? Gee, what is happening here?

But it’s better to have an imperfect universal health care plan than none at all — and the only way to get a universal health care plan passed soon is to inoculate it against Harry-and-Louise-type claims that people will be forced into plans “designed by government bureaucrats.”—Krugman.

Maybe it is better to have AIDS than cancer too, depending. Who says it is better? Are we to hear that failure is fine if liberal Democrats like the idea and the costs are ignored? That makes liberal sense. Maybe we can redact history and show that the War on Poverty was a success since the Democrats liked it and the poor lost yet again. Yes, that is what the liberals are saying: Like a crack addict crawling out of the gutter to pander for money for just one more puff, the liberals want this more than anything else. They are addicted to the tax revenues and cannot give them up.

One more thing: if we do get real health care reform, a lot of people will owe a debt of gratitude to none other than John Edwards. When Mr. Edwards dropped out of the presidential race, I credited him with making universal health care a “possible dream for the next administration.” Mr. Edwards’s political career is over — but perhaps he and his family can take some solace from the fact that his party is still trying to make that dream come true.”

Of course, John Edwards is the heel[8]who was screwing some dizzy pixel pumper and lied about it for months and months while his wife loses a battle with cancer. Where are the happy ones here? His mistress could have a free paternity test by Mass standards and she rejects this?[9] Edwards is a liar and parasite and was forced to confess like Clinton when presented with facts and evidence that refuted his lies. Where was the reporting of this by the New York Times? Here:[10]

If there is such a thing as good timing for disclosing these matters, Mr. Edwards’s timing was, indeed, good. In addition to coverage of the Olympics, he also picked an evening when Mr. Obama was leaving town. The Democratic candidate can muse over his response for a week while on the beach in Hawaii.” NYT Aug 9.[11]

Can it get any sleazier than this? We have some wimpish plea for more tax money for some phony health care system that ‘might be imperfect,’ but we need it anyway, and the NYT analysis here omits any discussion of illegal aliens [O’Bozo[12] wants that] and the credit for such a potential failure goes to John Edwards. Mass found out that they had an ‘unexpectedly’ large application for HC in their state [poor planning, a typical liberal attribute] and Krugman doesn’t even give a cost per person in this pitiful piece. But Paul Krugman does praise John Edwards??!!

What is the cost?? Is it above $500 or $600 per person per month yet?? Why not $1000?

How pitiful. How very pitiful and we read these papers and wondered if a parasite like John Edwards was ‘presidential material’ and was ever ‘qualified?’ He is a typical liberal.

We cannot afford socialized medicine. The cost would soar from about $400 to about $800 and the illegal aliens would flock in from Canada and Mexico and parts south and by air, land and sea in every push cart, trundle and broken down bus to get her and get some freebies. They could bring along family and they could go on welfare while the treatments are ongoing and have a few anchor babies in the interim. Presto! Citizenship and more benefits!!

That sounds like the real New York Times—Marxist to the core.

[10] The Early Word: Examining the Edwards Delay By Sarah Wheaton August 9, 200811:30 am

“As he admitted to an extramarital affair, John Edwards released a deeply self-reflective (or, as The Times’s Katharine Q. Seelye put it, “excruciatingly personal”) statement on Friday. But today, the media are taking to self-reflection in discussing why a story that had been floating around for ten months, broken by a tabloid, was all but ignored by mainstream news organizations.”

The Laws of Supply and Demand still work despite the Press and the Politicos

The Laws of Supply and Demand still work despite the Press and the Politicos

We have seen the oil spike of $147 dollars or so drop[1] along with the price of gold[2] and a corresponding decent of the Euro versus the dollar.[3] The price of gasoline now is about $3.70 in my area and falling. The New York Times howls about the prospect of increasing the supply of oil as that would only result in lower prices and lower tax revenues.[4] We should be thankful that the drooling lefties in Europe, who cowardly grovel in awe and hide behind their own offal when street bums burn their cars, are ‘conserving.’ Conserve some more and get some prayer rugs.

The Euromorons and their Islamo-Fascisti wardens nearby have not been able to seriously meddle with gold, oil or other services and goods although they are intent upon doing so if they can. The Europeans are now even stupider than before and waxing dumber all the time.[5] Maybe we can benefit if they stop using any oil and slide back to the Stone Age under the new rules of Sharia.  They don’t need much oil as they have little future. Maybe they can become a sanitary landfill for China or India and do something useful for the first time n 90 years. That would lower demand and prices and give us time to drill for some more. The Europeans have little of value left so their loss to third world is not alarming or of much concern.

The Morons at the US Federal Reserve have lowered the interest rates too often and  too low in an attempt to provide ‘liquidly’ for failing mortgage holders and backers and some investment banks that went bust. The lower interest rates are the ‘price’ of the dollar and cheapen it when too low for economic conditions. We should have let Bear Stearns go under without help and we should not have the government buy Freddie-Frumpie Mackie stocks either.[6]  Those who bought those shares deserve to lose their money just like those who bought houses without the necessary credit requirements deserve to lose their homes. We can let one big bank slide away as well if we freeze their assets and put those to backing up customer’s bank accounts.  We should not subsidize failure. [7] We did too much of that with the Great Society, War on Poverty, HUD, HHS, welfare and affirmative action. We need to hike interest rates and fight inflation and that will probably happen after the elections.

Obama is losing his war against drilling.[8] He now resorts to phony tire [read tyre for better politics] pressure fables. [9]Phony economic schemes are being concocted in the leftist cauldrons as we speak in some low place in the New York Times basement. They are determined to show us how we can tax ourselves into prosperity. Obama is now seriously being considered as a Marxist stooge with plenty of evidence to show.[10] He is now in hiding as McCain surges forward. The Reptile [11]is failing to get even decent sales on her books.

As a convenient way to lessen demand and give us more time to drill, three big blue states will declare bankruptcy soon[12] and require several judges to restructure their spending. Hopefully, that will result in the loss of a hundred thousand phony liberal social jobs. We need to thwart the Feds from bailing these losers out and use the lower demand and lost political power to advantage. They need to cut back on everything and send the illegal aliens back to third world. They could be taught to recycle food as a last resort.

So, the laws and practice of capitalism are intact despite the frantic efforts of the drooling left and quest for failure. Until they find a way to finish of capitalism we can always find a way to circumvent these leftist parasites and enjoy the American Dream.

Call your friends and remind them not to vote for liberals.

Krugman Foams in Agony as the Phony Leftist Energy Plan is Exposed as Evil and Ignorant.

Krugman Foams in Agony as the Phony Leftist Energy Plan is Exposed as Evil and Ignorant.

Political Ideas are frequently focused only on the sole objective of undermining the political opposition and are usually replete with suggestions and proof of ‘fairness’ or ‘justice’ or whatever to validate their claims.  For the American left, racism is almost always the key factor. Recently, the Global Warming Lie has equal stage. The economic or scientific quality of any political notion is usually not of much importance.  The lefties need only rely on the ignorance and frustration of the socially disnimble or cognitively inferior school dropouts in their home base for success. Rubber stamps work like this. Drug addiction and illegal alien status help out a lot. The truth is not essential in politics unless the general public becomes aware of what they suspect might be phony and starts to react.  They don’t like outright lies in most cases. Fear is frequently the largest subdivision of such schemes and apprehension tends to mobilize people as they scurry to avoid some imminent disaster. These ideas may also frequently patently unsound in the sense that if the outcome means destruction for all combatants then that is also acceptable. This is the Rule or Ruin syndrome.[1]  It is interesting that politics is as successful as it is when we inspect the sorry outcomes of many social experiments and forced alternatives to capitalism. The voters have no memory it seems. They do have pocket books however and lots of cars. Those cars are hungry.

We do not expect a rational essay on political ideas or even fundamental economics from the NYT—aka the Walter Duranty Papers[2]. What we observe is an unswerving thrust for any and all leftist social programs whether they are destructive or not. The reason here is that capitalism has crushed any notion of Marxism or progressive socialism of the mixed variants of Europe or China. Capitalism is the death of liberalism. Capitalism must be defeated using any and all mechanisms including lies, slogans, phony science, alliances with terrorists and worse. These are the allies of the left.

Today, the ultimate doom of the economy is presented using the notion that the Republicans are the Party of Stupid:

And the debate on energy policy has helped me find the words for something I’ve been thinking about for a while. Republicans, once hailed as the “party of ideas,” have become the party of stupid.”[3]-- Know-Nothing Politics By Paul Krugman [Emphasis is mine in all quotes. This link references all quotes in this essay unless otherwise noted. ]

This is pure hate in its rawest form and signals us that somebody has driven a strong logical wedge into the phony leftist energy programs with their melting glaciers, rising oceans and other follies. The NYT is aroused and must lash out in its customary manner. The central idea here is that the Party of Democrats has embraced folly and cluttered their own numbers and predictions with nonsense and cannot satisfy the basic requirements of reason. We are apparently being urged to accept at face value and without examination the Marxist Mumblings of Senator Obama and his far-leftist cluster of ideological racists, communists, radicals and drug addicts on the subject of oil drilling. Can we not guess what he will say in advance? This is all sophistry and predictable.

This defense of the defenseless is now known as the O’Bozo Syndrome: It may be phony but we can suck some money out of the corporations for you if you vote for us. This is Afro-Leninism[4] [5] gone berserk. Tax tax, and more tax balanced by spend, spend and more spending.

The leftist ‘solution’ to our energy problems is less energy and is a farce so Krugman reacts reflexively upon the matter with venom and froth. His arguments are failing to convince the voters. He and others have no problem with China and India and Africa using all the oil they want. Any anti-Americanism detected here? Hate America First?[6] Let us all hum a few bars of the international![7]

Getting back to the essay on ignorance:

What I mean, instead, is that know-nothingism — the insistence that there are simple, brute-force, instant-gratification answers to every problem, and that there’s something effeminate and weak about anyone who suggests otherwise — has become the core of Republican policy and political strategy. The party’s de facto slogan has become: “Real men don’t think things through.”

Notice the time restrictions in this definition and the oblique defense of wimpishness. An examination of San Francisco’s ‘solutions’ of their social problems prompts us to wonder if there are any real men involved in the process. [8]

This is an anger-based rebound retort that attempts to turn the focus away from the solid observation that the phony leftists of he EcoNazi Party have bungled the presentation of their energy plan and that their Messiah has misstated the message. This retort is so frantic that it must prove that their phony oil ‘programs’ are being seriously questioned and the explanations are demonstrated as  silly. Thus, Obama starts to sink in the polls as he is now the Simple Stooge of Dumb Economics [the real know-nothingism].  Marxism is as dumb as it comes when the topic of economics is raised. Obama is a known Marxist.

Let us see if our esteemed author form the New York Times can successfully attack and defeat the economics of the Republican plans to [1] get away from the psychotic Islamo-Fascist and their oil and [2] use our own vast energy supplies to keeps our economy soaring. Both of these prospects are exactly what the rabid leftists do not want to see. Capitalism runs on energy and any political mechanism that hikes the cost of energy will hurt capitalism and that will benefit the leftists. They cannot survive in a thriving capitalist economy and they know this.  Socialism is a joke as the French and Germans and Russians have shown us for generations.  Europe now bows before The Islamo-Fascist Law of Sharia as the nobles did before the guillotine during the Terror. The baskets may be filled yet again with fraternity.

Let us see if the Krugmaniacal One can squirrel around the arguments against the Obama Energy Policy:

In the case of oil, this takes the form of pretending that more drilling would produce fast relief at the gas pump.”

Here, time is interjected into the supply schedule with the psychotic notion that if we cannot get it done fast it is not worth doing. This is a clumsy and indefensible attack on reality and has become the fulcrum of the leftist attacks. It only matters that we begin to reverse the obvious damage created by the drug-soaked EcoNazis as their notions about Climate Change are based on lies. We have only 10 years left before the oceans boil or such. Sound the alarm and let the Communists drill in the gulf for their oil. That is fine. Time has noting to do with oil. It can wait for the proper people to pump it out.

This form of reasoning, actually a crude rant and devoid of reason is used in anti-capitalist ‘economics.’ The Laws of Supply and Demand must be repealed for this kind of political fluff to make sense; it does not. The laws are fixed and they work much to the dismay of the rabid left. Capitalism works and socialism is a joke.

Enter the ‘experts!’:

What about the experts at the Department of Energy who say that it would take years before offshore drilling would yield any oil at all, and that even then the effect on prices at the pump would be “insignificant”? Presumably they’re just a bunch of wimps, probably Democrats. And the Democrats, as Representative Michele Bachmann assures us, “want Americans to move to the urban core, live in tenements, take light rail to their government jobs.”

Sheer lies. The use of the ‘expert’ in politics is famous. We all remember the media circus when Meryl Streep[9],[10] was seated as some kind of witness or ‘expert’ on the contested Alar growth hormone trial, used by the apple industry to enhance picking time, and we were privileged to reel and wheeze under the implied weight of her pharmacological expertise and lofty oratory.[11] We can get an ‘expert’ opinion on oil drilling from any massage parlor in San Francisco.

We can put in 5000 more drilling rigs in the Gulf and double our output. We can do that in 5 years.  There are massive oil and gas reserves there and that is why China and Cuba want to drill there. There is a lot more energy stored here.

The notion that we cannot increase our oil supplies given our 200 years of proven reserves is just Marxist Crap:

The Facts:

America is sitting on top of a super massive 200 billion barrel Oil Field that could potentially make America Energy Independent and until now has largely gone unnoticed. Thanks to new technology the Bakken Formation in North Dakota could boost America’s Oil reserves by an incredible 10 times, giving western economies the trump card against OPEC’s short squeeze on oil supply and making Iranian and Venezuelan threats of disrupted supply irrelevant.”[12]

The EcoNazis and their Communist allies now tell us that any increase in our oil supply cannot, even with time, lower the price of fuel in this country and we need to put more air in our tyres [tires][13] and that will be an equivalent measure.

This is more than stupid—this is mental illness and exposes an intrinsic hatred of capitalism and the energy that drives this massive engine that has crushed the phony socialist and drooling Marxists and crushed their totalitarianism dreams. We expect such phony history and Marxist politics from the Walter Duranty Papers[14] He was a Soviet Stooge.

Krugman now soars off into the stratosphere with wild rants that degrade Bush and bring up the War on Terrorism and the underpinnings of logic used therein. He wallows in personal attacks as usual. He gives no data or other salient economic factors and focuses in on personalities and personal attacks. That is vintage New York Times. The blast is off-topic and avoids the central issue, which the NYT then gives:

Fear now consumes the essay:

All this is in the past. But the state of the energy debate shows that Republicans, despite Mr. Bush’s plunge into record unpopularity and their defeat in 2006, still think that know-nothing politics works. And they may be right.”

Sad to say, the current drill-and-burn campaign is getting some political traction. According to one recent poll, 69 percent of Americans now favor expanded offshore drilling — and 51 percent of them believe that removing restrictions on drilling would reduce gas prices within a year.”

Bingo! But, we might ask: what is the basis of the know-nothingism here? Where is the proof that drilling for our own oil will not free us from the psychotic freaks of the Middle East? Their assertions and wails do not affect the facts. We can easily drill our way away from the disgusting Islamo-Fascisti and vastly improve our economy. Supply and demand laws work just fine and the drooling left have no defense to this reality. They can only bawl and attack personalities. We need to punish the left for preventing us from securing a proper energy program. We drilled our way to prosperity for 110 years now and they say it cannot work?

What has happened here is that the phony Al Gore and his Communist Stooges [15]have concocted a counterfeit energy fairy-tale that reeks of illogic, refuses to allow criticism and is economically unsound. 21,000 scientists refute this garbage. [16]That is more serious than knowing nothing—it is indicative that the public now knows something and that something is that the radical Democrats and their UN Communists are deliberately trying to sink our economy. This is the ultimate horror for the left: the compliant stooges that are supposed to ‘believe’ in their politics are straying.

When this happens, the end is in sight. We still have a reasonable form of democracy in this country—not like Europe, fortunately,—and the public still has to be convinced that $4-5 dollar gas is actually to the benefit of society. The voters are beginning to see through this fog and the polls show they now are drifting toward McCain the Monster Driller who will destroy the planet. We can have $1-2 gas if we streamline our production of fossil fuel and blend in some wind machines and add about 75 new nuclear power plants. We don’t have to be poor and hopeless like Europe and Africa. The voters now view with some suspicion that they can be taxed into prosperity and stop pumping oil to save the planet.

All this is wildly criticized by the stooges of the left as they attempt to scrounge around and find ways to attack capitalism.

69 Percent Of Americans Now Know The Truth And That Is A Disaster For The Left.

The liberals will say and do anything to get more political power and grab more wealth. Anything at all.  Our carney barker Krugman valiantly carries septic waters for the far left and will provide us with much entertainment in the next 88 days as the White House is lost again.

Stay tuned, the rants will grow in breadth and frequency like a cancer.  We don’t know nuttin if we vote against O’Bozo and his Tax Whores.

I be dumb.

Politics usually culminates as a congealed gaggle of lies, vainglorious assaults on  the fringes of truth, the celebration of identity politics or Marxism, a general intimidation of the voters and fear-mongering. Today, we see things have not changed much. The current frantic attempt to avoid any increases in the supply of oil is so that our economy can be ‘saved.’ What they want is for our economy to crash.  They hate capitalism.

The Lie: That Global Warming Climate Change is anthropogenic [this means ‘man made’ for those in Philly and Baltimore] and presents doom is a joke. CO2 levels do not correlate with temperature changes around the world. Sun activity does correlate. The rabid leftists cannot figger out a way to tax the sun yet, but they will try.

The Tyre Pressure Comment:

There are things you can do individually, though, to save energy. Making sure your tires are properly inflated — simple thing. But we could save all the oil that they’re talking about getting off drilling — if everybody was just inflating their tires? And getting regular tune-ups? You’d actually save just as much!”[1]—Barack Hussein Obama on his birthday.

Actually not and it does not matter anyway:

[1] If everybody drove on under inflated tyres then they might have a case of saving 1% of the oil consumption. The difficulty with this is that most people have their tyres properly inflated so if only 10% were wasting gas mileage that would amount to a maximum of 0.10 % saving. This is as phony as Obama suggesting we use some or our oil reserve that would add less than 4 days to our oil supply. This is only 1% of our usage. So, this is what? A 1% decrease in price if averaged out is going to substitute for more drilling?? Is that 4 cents per gallon!

[2] Liberals are dead set against growth as Paul Krugman[2] and Kenneth Rogoff[3] never fail to   mention. They cannot stand growth in capitalist systems as this reduces their power.  An economic growth of only 1% wipes out these ‘conservation measures’ and does nothing to increase supply. That is the leftist ruse. At a mere 4% growth this tyre pressure shaggy dog story would expire in only 4 months, a long-term solution to our oil problem.

[3] Alternative fuels are a joke and ethanol is not feasible. We could use natural gas thought as T. Boon Pickens advises.  Even the NYT admits this that as we read from an article entitled Grains Gone Wild[4]. There is no battery yet imagined that will allow electric cars to substitute for oil propelled models as the current batteries  are too heavy and what would we use to produce electricity to charge the batteries? Oh! Coal or natural gas! How about nukes? Are the liberals thinking or are they just stirring the monkey pus again? Liberals need an outlet like the monkeys have at the zoo: throwing feces to calm the nerves.[5]

This Tyre Pressure Pressure is just a phony ruse to grunt and grab for power. We could save more energy if all Californians recycled food [coprophagy[6]] and turned off their air conditioners. That would save some serious energy. Recall that vegetarians produce more methane gas than meat eaters and they contribute more to greenhouse gases. Termite poop gas is a major contributor to Climate Change according to scientific current thinking so why not gets rid of the termites? They are not exactly an endangered species, yet. Can termites vote in California or Massachusetts?

The historical and Magnificent Marxist use of tyres.

Now, we must look at some history on tyres and pressures of various sorts. Necklacing [7] [a celebration of identity politics] uses tyres [tires] and gasoline to intimidate voters on which way they should vote. The charming and gifted Winnie Mandela used her tyres in this manner:

““with our boxes of matches and our necklaces we shall liberate this country.” [8]

This was the ANC’s most potent and persuading political instrument in South Africa. But, does this produce CO2? When the ANC[9] announced the election of its National Executive Committee on December 21, 2007 Mandela came in first place with 2845 votes.[10] She hangs on nicely in Marxist politics even though she is a sadistic murderer. Such is a great example of identity politics. She should run for Congress or maybe governor of New YorkState.

The ANC are communists, of course, and Senator Obama, barrowing heavily from Winnie Mandela’s political tactics, has strong connections to the Marxists and radicals of the 60s and earlier. His ‘mentor’ in his book [“Frank” or Frank Marshall Davis] was a dedicated communist.[11] He admires Bill Ayers, a known radical and bomber.

How about this as a liberal theme:

““with our tyres and tyre gauges we shall liberate this country.”

Is this cluster of Marxist hooey and gas-bag EcoNazism just a coincidence? Are these phony scientists and radical political activists for real? Does anybody really believe their imbecilic fluff?  Is there some leftist political tenet that blends black radical politics with Marxism and Tyres? Machiavelli suggested that you only work the old proven political levers and not be inventive.[12] That may be what is happening here.  With the polls sagging and the facts oozing out of the history books about O’Bozo the Afro-Leninist [13]the Democrats are becoming restless and are groping for a new tactic.

The anti-growth bunch is exemplified by Al Gore and his EcoNazis [14] who want a NO DRILL policy for the United States while allowing China and Indian and anybody else to drill away. It seems we need to let them ‘catch’ up and then they can cut back.

So, buy a tyre gauge and put it in your pocket or make a necklace out of it to show your friends that you understand the Marxist joke here. And, it is a joke as always. Also, somebody from California should mail a truck load of absentee ballots to Winnie Mandela while they learn to enjoy the ecological splendor of coprophagy[15], an attention getting tool yet to be fully explored. That will make a difference in the smog out there on the left coast. O’Bozo needs the votes Winnie can supply.

By the way, what is California doing with its old tyres?

Vote out these parasites!

Obama and the Tax and Spend Liberal’s Solution to Oil: Spend and Tax and Defeat Capitalism

Obama and the Tax and Spend Liberal’s Solution to Oil: Spend and Tax and Defeat Capitalism

While we can dismiss the errant blathers of Paul Krugman[1] and his familiar Thomas Friedman[2] of the Walter Duranty Papers[3]--as mere crude anti-economic sorcery we still have to contend with the energy crisis and how we [1] get free of the Islamo-Fascisti and their parasitic stooges like Hugo Chavez and [2] increase the supply of oil that will eventually, against the dire wishes of the far left and their signals lower the cost of gasoline. Friedman has recently taken a little boat ride with some drooling socialist to sob about melting ice at Greenland’s Kangia Glacier, a land that was once green that suddenly froze over and sent the Vikings scurrying back to warmer climes and that may soon be returned to its original state where the inhabitants can again grow stuff instead of bawl about the US, gurgle and purr about socialism and eat fish. What covered this place in ice 1000 years ago? CO2 from Buicks and coal plants? Not those, probably sun activity.

Hs emotional comment is “And now our leaders are telling them the way out is “offshore drilling” for more climate-changing fossil fuels.”[4]

There is no connection between climate and energy usage. Fact. [5]

Of course, the history of Greenland and elsewhere shows that greenhouse gases did NOT cause these ice formations and their melts, but facts only irritate a good freak show where taxes are the topic of the day. The left can survive only on the tax and spend mechanism. As such, we expect any scare tactic or incoherent computer model to predict doom so we must Save the Planet and impress the anti-drilling mantra N.O.P.E on all [not on planet Earth]. We all know Global Warming ah….Climate Change is a farce and a mere tax-whoring project of Jovian proportions.[6]

So, what do they suggest? Oh! Pump up your tires! That will save 2%! How wonderful.

The problem here is about the economic laws of supply and demand, two items that our krugmaniacal non-economist from Princeton cannot coherently discuss and the need to increase the supply in the future because of growth, another economic vector that our politico at the Times cannot handle. The left is essentially anti-growth as growth allows the good citizens to grow out of socialism and big government. Growth is their political holocaust and they fight it with all the foam and froth they can muster.  They can only depress our economy with bans and high taxes. They cannot allow cheap energy because that keeps us ahead of third world and their chronic problems.

But, the angry voters, now numbering somewhere around 70%, are aware that 4$ gas is costing them a bunch so the libs have to mollify the anger with something: money from spending and taxation and debt.

Spend and Tax! Or is it Tax and Spend? The order might be important.

The new boy-on-dah-block with an oil message is Evan Bayh who has an impressive taxation voting record that favors taxation and spending while suppressing oil exploration and production:[7]

Voted YES on addressing CO2 emissions without considering India & China.

‘Voted YES on removing oil & gas exploration subsidies.

Voted YES on making oil-producing and exporting cartels illegal.

Voted YES on factoring global warming into federal project planning.

Voted YES on disallowing an oil leasing program in Alaska's ANWR.

Senator Bayh was on Fox News this morning and wants to give out some money to the voters and also use up some of our oil reserves. He is mentioned as a possible VP for O’Bozo.  He wants to give the lower classes tax money or tax credits but that will not increase the supply or lower costs. The price of oil is dropping because of supply and demand—not some magical governmental action.

The Chief Tax Whore B. Hussein O’Bozo has  offered this plan, celebrated by the Huffington Post:[8] [Emphasis is mine in all quotes.]This link references all quotes in this essay unless otherwise stated.

“Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama's proposal for a windfall profits tax on oil companies could cost $15 billion a year at last year's profit levels, a campaign adviser said.

The plan would target profit from the biggest oil companies by taxing each barrel of oil costing more than $80, according to a fact sheet on the proposal. The tax would help pay for a $1,000 tax cut for working families, an expansion of the earned- income tax credit and assistance for people who can't afford their energy bills.”

So, we need to reduce costs and increase supply and O’Bozo wants to add 0.2 x 120  in tax to Exxon’s oil costs? That will lower the cost of gas??That is another 24$ per barrel at the current cost. At $150 per barrel, the kind of number Hugo Chnavez[9] likes it would rise to .2 x 150 or $30 per barrel raising the cost to $180 per barrel!

At $180 per barrel the gas would rise to about $5 pergallon and that would give them 200 gallons of gas or 4 gallons per week to drive around on.

Notice the mindless tax and spend at all costs mentality here? Hillary wanted to put on a 50 bln dollar punitive tax on oil companies. Tapping into our reserves would, at the current numbers, add less than 4 days oil supply and that is a mere 1% of the yearly outlay. Gee, nice economics guys.

Tax tax tax and hike oil prices! Anybody miss this trend?

BaloneyBayh states from his website:

Senator Bayh advocates a redirection in oil consumption and greater investment in innovations and technologies, such as hybrid vehicles and homegrown ethanol, to reduce our dependence on foreign oil.”[10]

Didn’t the NYT recently  poo pooh this notion as it raise the cost of food and is inefficient? Is Indiana a corn state and is he pandering to his constituents? Duh? Did he get a corn bribe?

In a New York Times article entitled Grains Gone Wild[11], the Times’ noisiest non-economist waxes economic for our amusement.[12]

Over the past few years the prices of wheat, corn, rice and other basic foodstuffs have doubled or tripled, with much of the increase taking place just in the last few months. High food prices dismay even relatively well-off Americans — but they’re truly devastating in poor countries, where food often accounts for more than half a family’s spending.” — Paul Krugman New York Times. [Note: All quotes here have my emphasis and refer to the article Grains Gone Wild unless otherwise indicated.]

Notice the incoherency here. Ethanol is a pipedream as we don’t have enough land to grow that much corn anyway, an easy calculation to make and one that makes authors of such nonsense look like drooling idiots, the usual leftist visualization. We have most of the world’s energy reserves counting coal and the leftists see this prospect as hopeless for their socialist, racist, anti-white and Marxist causes.

The facts are quite stark and nasty:

The Tax and Spend Democrats will do or say anything to prevent growth.

Here is an article about Kenneth Rogoff( a former formidable chess opponent of mine at Yale) who is an anti-growth liberal who majored (in the early 70s at least)  in Russian Economics at Yale.

Kenneth Rogoff: We Need a Recession (Well, at Least a Slowdown)

Even though we agree that recessions are Bad Things, we also think there are things worse than letting recessions occur. For instance, we are now seeing that keeping the party going way too long leads to more brutal adjustments in the end. And there is some evidence that there is no free lunch, that forestalling a recession leads to lower than potential output in the good times.

Rogoff, in a Financial Times comment, contends we need a slowdown for different reasons: he views the efforts at stimulus as a dangerous, misguided way to try to evade the need to restructure the financial system. Even though his forecast of oil falling as low as $75 a barrel may strike some readers as extreme. note that the famous Goldman research that called for a "super spike" of $150 to $200 a barrel this year also called for prices a few years out at $75. He also says, mirable dictu[13], that financial firms need to fail because the industry is unsustainably large.”[14]

Isn’t that great! If our economy is ‘unsustainably large’ perhaps we need to fail for that reason. That would do two things: [1] reduce our oil dependency and save the Icelanders from seeking air conditioning and [2] give the leftists an opportunity to provide jobs for all of us growing corn for energy. Using this logic maybe China and India and Africa need to ‘fail’ because their populations are is unsustainably large for their food supplies!

This is the kind of mindless fluff that ruins economies.

So, what do these leftists want?

Should we degrade our society and put us into poverty while China and India take over the use of energy and prosper?

Yes:

From Ed Koch some time back:

“The argument offered by China, India and other developing countries is clear and direct. Said Lu Xuedu, the deputy director general of the Chinese Office of Global Environmental Affairs, "You cannot tell people who are struggling to earn enough to eat that they need to reduce their emissions." China's intent is to put the United States and Europe in a difficult economic position where standards of living will be reduced until developing countries rise to the standard of the U.S.At that point the developing countries will be required to reduce their emissions.[15]

Catch-up football?

President Bush has been attacked by Al Gore and his supporters for resisting a treaty [that was the phony Kyoto Treaty  ed] that could inflict economic harm on the American people. Does Al Gore seriously think that we should reduce the U.S. standard of living until developing countries -- formerly called Third World countries until that term was discarded as demeaning-- catch up with us economically? -- catch up with us economically?Article by Ed Koch December 18, 2007[16]

You bet he does!

Let us take a deep look at these people and ask: what do they want for the US?

The answers are:

[1] They hate American ideals and life and our economy  and want our capitalist system to fail.[17] [18] [19]

[2] They are anti-Christian[20] and want to favor either atheism or Islamo-Fascism.[21]

[3] They are anti-white racists. [22] [23] [24]

[4] They want the US to be a third world dung heap.

High energy prices are the way to bring us down to third world levels. Think about this………

Do not vote for a liberal. They hate us.

Pelosi Lies to the Public and Encourages Her Toadies to Lie to Get Elected.

Pelosi Lies to the Public and Encourages Her Toadies to Lie to Get Elected.

We know that liberals are liars and worse so the Pelosi Mandate [No Drilling Anywhere] is only firm if there is any risk of any of her toadies losing the election. He thinking here is: Lie about drilling now and we can fix it after the election.

But what looks like intraparty tension on the surface is part of an intentional strategy in which Pelosi takes the heat on energy policy, while behind the scenes she’s encouraging vulnerable Democrats to express their independence if it helps them politically, according to Democratic aides on and off Capitol Hill.”[1] [Emphasis is mine in all quotes. This link references all quotes in this essay unless otherwise noted. ]

We know that liberals are liars and sleaze bags that have a rabid hunger for new taxes and a psychotic lust for power so this is not expected.

The reality is we will have a new president in three months, and what Bush and the Republicans are trying to do amounts to a land grab for the oil companies,” said one senior House Democratic aide involved with party strategy. “I don’t think we have to give in at all pre-election — we have many more options postelection.

Lie now, grunt and grab later.

That fits the average Democrat.

Indeed, Congress must vote before Sept. 30 to renew the annual [Offshore Oil Drilling] moratorium; otherwise, it will lapse on its own, giving states the right to decide whether private companies can search for potential drilling sites three miles offshore.

There is no crisis on our side of the aisle,” a top House Democratic leadership aide said. “We have a plan, and we will stick to it.”

Sure, if the economy goes down because of cost-push oil costs you can always blame Bush.

Typical liberalism.

The Babbling Brooks of the NYT Babbles about Obama and his Failure to Have a Clear Lead Over McCain

The Babbling Brooks of the NYT Babbles about Obama and his Failure to Have a Clear Lead Over McCain.

As we read the NYT—aka the Walter Duranty Papers[1]-- we must be alert for new visions and slants on the political activities of our times. Problems must be solved by government as we are always instructed. Always replete with noisy praise and grand salutations for some misguided person’s replastered precept of socialism or Marxism  that must be summarily incorporated into our society with great alacrity and song, we must follow the clarion calls, hear the trumpets ring and scrounge for suitable social solutions for problems.  Taxes are the only way. Higher taxes can only heighten our glory as a nation.  Such comments and conclusions are supplied daily by the New York Times. There is always some pressing grave threat to society than can be handily solved with a good stiff tax increase. We are recurrently offered detailed analyses of: how we were steered into this swamp by capitalism, how the tax increase opportunity that will hoist us from the communal latrines, and, how we learn, anew, about the basics and root causes of our societal problems. Liberalism always provides a solution.  Capitalism and private property are always the culprits. Such is the mission and mantra of the Times and, today, our Babbling Brooks[2] examines the bizarre lack of support for Obama in the polls.

We are now treated to a swampy raft of ‘not of’’ clichés that beg that the word tautological be expanded in form and breadth.

Why isn’t Barack Obama doing better? Why, after all that has happened, does he have only a slim two- or three-point lead over John McCain, according to an average of the recent polls? Why is he basically tied with his opponent when his party is so far ahead?” [3] Where’s the Landslide? By David Brooks [Emphasis is mine in all quotes.]This link references all quotes in this essay unless otherwise stated.

Are we to believe that this metaphorical question will not be summarily answered?

Brooks probes the political landscape and cannot seem to place Senator Obama in any precise category. That is strange. Everybody else can.

Here some extracts from his current NYT essay, the details are not important as the mechanism applied here could be used to examine the drying habits of paint, mysterious spots on the rug or the origin of wiggling foreign materials in your soup.

He was in the law school, but not of it.”

“His childhood was a peripatetic journey through Kansas, Indonesia, Hawaii and beyond. He absorbed things from those diverse places but was not fully of them.”

“He was in TrinityUnitedChurch of Christ, but not of it, not sharing the liberation theology that energized Jeremiah Wright Jr.”

“And so it goes. He is a liberal, but not fully liberal.”

“When we’re judging candidates (or friends), we don’t just judge the individuals but the milieus that produced them.”

“It is hard to plant Obama.”

“So, cautiously, the country watches. This should be a Democratic wipeout. But voters seem to be slow to trust a sojourner they cannot place.”

We can search the literature for examples of incoherency and sophomoric mumblings but this one from David Brooks today is truly a prize.

Obama is clearly a far-left radical Democrat with a 100% left-liberal voting record.

Look at some of these:

“(AP) London, March 2, 1867: Karl Marx, a rising star among centrist economists, announced today the publication of the first volume of his treatise, 'Das Kapital'.”[4]

 And, from the same link:

Obama fits the liberal profile to a 'T.' Examples:

  • Planned Parenthood 100% in 2006.
  • National Right to Life Committee 0% in 2005-2006.
  • Americans for Tax Reform 0% in 2005.
  • NAACP 100% in 2005.
  • American Conservative Union 8 percent in 2005.
  • Illinois Environmental Council 100% in 2003 .
  • Children's Defense Fund [Hillary's old beat] 100% in 2005.
  • National Organization For Women 100% in 2005.

Can Brooks refute any of this? His comment above about a person being associated with his “milieus that produced them” flies in the face of logic, history and fact. B. Hussein Obama is the product of the far left and the proof lies in his praise, errant slobberings and song from the entire group of far-lefts clusters listed above.  He is one of their darlings just like Castro, Ortega, Stalin and McGovern.

To essay that Obama is not a far-left liberal, a racist and a racist enabler, a liar and flip-flopper is uncanny even for the sausage-machine brats known as Pinch Pustules [10] that routinely smear their opponents and then redact the ugly parts of recorded history to whitewash one of their icons. They won’t publish McCain’s op-ed. That is how they bias the news and commentary.

The political problem here and being addressed in standard leftist wimpish and shifty form is that the public has now learned that Obama is a Tax Whore. [11]

We already have proof of this.

The duty of the NYT is, of course, to ‘show’ that O’Bozo is a ‘centrist’ or a person who is unique and unbiased and ‘thinks’ for himself. The facts refute this. Obama is a stuffed suit with his pockets stuffed with standard, stale left-liberal crap. There is NOTHNG unique about this artificial construct and all the fluff and foam from the Times and their familiars cannot alter the facts. He is a leftist stooge. He will lie and parry and flip-flop and say anything to get elected and the public has caught on. His polls cannot get him above 49% and that is alarming for the left who think Obama is running against Bush and Cheney. He will probably lose and the season is still young. McCain is gaining on this phony.

Obama is the most far-left politician every to run for office in this country.

Krugman Predicts Doom for the Economy and the Election of Obama II

Krugman Predicts Doom for the Economy and the Election of Obama II

We are so anxious to study and digest the facts presented by Paul Krugman as we examine the egalitarian minutiae from the latest political proclamations from the New York Time. Today we acquire an essay on fear-based economics. We recently were privileged to read about his bubble mania economics and new tax hikes.[1]  Of course, politics is  never based on truth and a gaggle of slobbering economists cannot even get a 50% record of predictions of market directions, so we have to sift out the politics and whines from the economic realities when we read the krugmaniacal one. Frequently, there is nothing but politics in these articles. We expect little other than crude propaganda and leftist narcotic pipe dreams from essays of the NYT—aka the Walter Duranty Papers[2]. Today, the ultimate doom of the economy is reiterated in slow motion. Will we learn about new exciting spending or more taxes or both?

The good news, I guess, is that we’ve been experiencing a sort of slow-motion meltdown, lacking in dramatic Black Fridays and such.”[3] A Slow-Mo Meltdown By Paul Krugman Op-Ed Columnist Published: August 4, 2008. [Emphasis is mine in all quotes. This link references all quotes in this essay unless otherwise noted. ]

Any negative change in a capitalist economy is good news for the drooling left, I guess. Let us all guess.

Home prices are down about 16 percent over the past year, and show no sign of stabilizing. The pain from this bust is widely spread: there are millions of American families who didn’t buy mortgage-backed securities and haven’t lost their houses, but have nonetheless been impoverished by the destruction of much or all of their home equity.”

From a previous Op-ed we read:

““But here’s a question rarely asked, at least in Washington: Why should ever-increasing homeownership be a policy goal? How many people should own homes, anyway?” [4]--By Paul Krugman Published: June 23, 2008 [Emphasis is mine in all quotes.]

In this reference, Krugman blathers on about the negatives of home ownership as a good socialist would do. He dreams of the high rise cement-filled ‘apartments’ in Moscow where everybody can be conveniently monitored by the Cheka and other concerned groups. The far left does not like private property[5].

So, should everybody have a private home or not? The left thinks not, but will use any negative effects of supply and demand variations to emphasize the ‘pain.’ Should we review the ‘pain’ of 100,000,000 souls being murdered by those who thought they could improve on capitalism with Marxism in the last century?

The Magical Number Massage is next:

Meanwhile, the job market has deteriorated even more than you’d guess from the jump in the headline unemployment rate. The broadest measure of unemployment[6], which takes into account the rapidly rising number of workers forced to take cuts in paid hours and wages, has risen from 8.3 percent to 10.3 percent over the past year, roughly matching its high point five years ago.”

Arithmetic gone berserk.

Why not include the illegal aliens who were deported in this number? Wouldn’t that logical inclusion boost the number to %15. We could include all those illegals who WANT to get in here and maybe we could hit %25—depression numbers. Oh, woe is us.

Here the krugmaniacal one has to pick and choose numbers so as to make our unemployment look as bad as possible. He lies here  almost seamlessly with his praiseworthy phony number shuffling. According to the New York Times [Does Krugman read this?] the rate is 5.7% [7] Krugman is famous for ‘mixing data’ [8] to make some political point. The facts have little to do with his economics. This is crude politics devoid of any hint of economic theory.

When Krugman talks of the Clinton Era he does not use numbers like this. Fair?

And there’s no end to the pain in sight.”

And, that makes for great politics does it not!! Vote for Obama!! Hike taxes.

So, what is the solution to this pain?? Taxes?? Spending??

It is fear quoth the krugmaniacal one:

The problem is fear: private-sector finance has dried up because investors, burned by their losses on securities that were supposed to be safe, are now reluctant to buy anything that isn’t guaranteed by the U.S. government. And the proliferation of special rescue packages — the TAF, the TSLF, the Bear Stearns deal, the Fannie-Freddie thing — may have staved off blind panic[9], but has fallen far short of restoring confidence.”

“What more can policy do? The Fed has pretty much used up its ammunition: nobody thinks that additional interest-rate cuts would accomplish much (and there’s a faction at the Fed that wants to raise rates to fight inflation).”

There is, however, a case for another, more serious fiscal stimulus package, as a way to sustain employment while the markets work off the aftereffects of the housing bubble. The “emergency economic plan” Barack Obama announced last week is a move in the right direction, although I wish it had been bigger and bolder.”

Oh, let us do some more spending! We can unburst the bubble with more spending! Tax and spend?  Does Krugman criticize Bush for the current $480 bln deficit when the Demoncraps are duly bound to spend and spend and spend and attempt to hike taxes?  What shall we add to that? How about $300 bln so the deficit will rise to $780 bln. Can we blame that on Bush?? Does anybody know that only Congress can authorize spending and raise the debt limit? Are we paying attention here?

“Anyway, back to the economy. I titled that column about the early stages of the financial crisis “Very Scary Things.” A year later, with the crisis still rolling, it’s clear that I was right to be afraid.”

A billion dollars is about 8$ in taxes for each worker given there are about 130 million workers. This works out differently since the top half pays 97% of the taxes. So, the number is closer to $14 per bln, How much is 780 x 8? Well it is $6240 in taxes for this year alone or more than $500 per month per worker. At $14 it works out to almost $11,000 or nearly $1000 per month!! Does anybody want to ADD in the 9 trillion in debt Congress authorized.

Gee, thank Congress for this and we can hope that they halt drilling in North American or N.O.P.E [Not on Planet Earth].

But, Obama offers change! Let’s trash our economy and then learn how change can change our economic status!

So, as usual, the only solution to our economic problems is more spending and higher taxes?? The sordid liberals hoped for a sour economy and a humiliating loss in Iraq and they think they got half a loaf.

The big political issue of the moment is the price of gasoline so where is that figgered in here? Congress went on vacation?

Do the liberals really think that taxing Exxon will lower gas prices? Do the liberals really think that subsidizing the mortgages of people who should never have bought a home will solve anything What happens when the same home owner messes up and cannot make mortgage payments the second time. Do we continue to bail them out for their votes? Is that what is going on in the little minds of the left?? Is this like drug rehabilitation? Just saunter through the turnstile and they will forgive your debt again and again and again if you vote Demoncrap.

When does the crap from the Demoncraps stop?

The liberals will say and do anything to get more political power and grab more wealth. Anything at all.

Get ready to pay $1000 a month to pay this off, or , if we barrow, about $200 plus inflation.

O’BozoMania!! Raise Taxes!!

The Old Red Lady of The Old Gray Grumbles about Hillary.

The Old Red Lady of The Old Gray Grumbles about Hillary.

We can usually  derive some elements of the instant historical and some future political theorems from the political essays of the NYT—aka the Walter Duranty Papers[1]-- as they attempt to ‘form public opinion.’     When Maureen Dowd [Old Red Lady]of the New York Times[The Old Gray] writes we get an extra dose of literary instruction from time to time.

Today, while  saying nothing about the tax, oil and immigration issues that may decide the election in 2008, the The Old Red Lady of the Old Gray Lady supplies us with some oblique references to Hill and Bill and their shame at not bowing before The Messiah, O’Bozo the Afro-Leninist.[2]  She rolls in some stale Jane Austen writings for extenders. Apparently, she is doing this for Frank [the Crank] Rich, who is off again.

The opening act  shows us what she is after:

It is a truth universally acknowledged that Barack Obama must continue to grovel to Hillary Clinton’s dead-enders, some of whom mutter darkly that they will not only not vote for him, they will never vote for a man again.”[3] -- Mr. Darcy Comes Courting By Maureen Dowd [Emphasis is mine in all quotes.]

We understand the froth The Old Red Lady as they go broke and form bastions and redoubts in their editorial staff as they split over Hillary and Barack. We can point out the Times endorsed McCain as the only remaining candidate. That must sting a bit. Nevertheless, The Old Red Lady has remained true in her steeled opposition to the Clintons and their sordid ilk. Bill Clinton’s racism echoed by Geraldine Ferraro[4] helped out in Hillary’s loss of votes but the war issue capped it off.

The Party of Democrats, not too interested in democracy it seems, is a raucous and highly divided ensemble of malcontents, drug addicts, illegal aliens, discarded and unhandsome women, at least using the term loosely defined by the DNA tests, and others. Sexism, the central issue of the FemiNazis [5], was cast to the winds as O’Bozo the Flip-Flopper[6] swept past Hillary for a while and then hung on like a rodent on a piece of road kill  until the decisions were made behind the scenes on his behalf.  He is he change he has been looking for.

We can skip the Jane Austen stuff.  So, moving on:

Obama met for an hour Tuesday with three dozen top Hillaryites at a hotel here, seeking their endorsement and beguiling their begrudging. He opened the session by saying that he knew there had been frustration about what they saw as sexism during the primary.”

Did it occur to anybody that O’Bozo could not exactly alter his gender and make a concession to Hillary and her supporters? Jesse Jackson did offer to neuter his brother, but that was too late to persuade the superdelegates that his gender was offensive.  What else could Barack do but just gracefully bow out to please the feminists? The counterpoint, the political threat that probably convinced the pasty-assed liberal super delegates to go for O’Bozo like sheep up to loading ramps, was certainly decided using the logic of racism. She is NOT BLACK!! A loss of the black vote means a certain loss for the left. Liberals tend to work out their mental issues using a small stack of hackneyed phrases and slogans like a bag lady works only certain dumpsters in her neighborhood. This form of ‘thinking’ challenges the notion of freedom of thought, but the warring groups certainly have their narrow views and, unfortunately, their voting block. He is black and she is white. The argument is over for 1/8 of the party.

Apart from the apparent support of certain facets of the War on Terrorism, they differed little on substantive issues. Both, defying a demarcation of gender, are tax whores. They could have suggested that to the FemiNazis as a sop.  But, that does not work—does it? It is also unclear how Barrack’s testicles floating around noticeably in one of Jesse Jackson’s jar might appease the wymen or blacks.

Here is what the Dowdy Dowd failed to mention in terms of getting votes:

High oil prices? Raise Taxes

Sluggish Economy? Raise Taxes

CA, NY and NJ are heading for bankruptcy? Raise Taxes

 Inflation? Raise Taxes

Unemployment? Raise Taxes

Back on the racism:

Perhaps it is because feminists are still so busy cataloging past slights to Hillary that they have failed to mount a vivid defense of Michelle Obama, who has taken over from Hillary as the one conservatives like to paint as a harridan[7].”

Michelle Obama is a racist who trash-talks whites. [8] That is all a matter of record. Somebody put a muzzle on that racist.

This is a classis overuse of the group mental affliction known as cryptomisoxeny.[9] When afflicted by this collective disease, a group may howl and scream about, for instance, racism, and use overt racism in the process of attacking their enemies. [See the footnote below for an explanation]. So, when Hillary groans about the urgent a ‘woman president’ the Obama crew moans in concert about a ‘black president.’ The collision of these two conflicting nostrums avoids all the economics issues that actually determine the outcome of our political contests.

The sophomoric question is put to the mentally disnimble: Can you choose between a woman tax whore or a black male tax whore? Make your choice and then join forces.

Would liberal female gas be cheaper than black gas or are they equally over-priced because of the EcoNazi Circus [10] [11] [12] pressure.

After comparing Obama to one of Jane Austen’s leading characters[13] [“The senator is a modern incarnation of the clever, haughty, reserved and fastidious Mr. Darcy.—Maureen Dowd”] , we are presented with this rhetorical set of propositions:

Can America overcome its prejudice to elect the first black president? And can it move past its biases to figure out if Obama’s supposed conceit is really just the protective shield and defense mechanism of someone who grew up half white and half black, a perpetual outsider whose father deserted him and whose mother, while loving, sometimes did so as well?”

Backward. The prejudice proffered here is the narrow political optionsions to elect a black person based only on skin color or a woman based only on gender attributes. Both of these mandates are backed by the ready accusations that if voters do not vote for a woman or a black then they are misogynist or racist.

Maureen Dowd knows this and she is just stirring the race cauldron as most of the drive-by media are doing today. There is, again, some frantic effort to elect a bum, flunky like Gore, a traitor elitist like Kerry or other variant of a tax whore. The parasites McGovern, Hubert Humphrey, Michael Dukakis, Weird Walter Mondale and people like Henry Wallace [1948] and other socialists all lost because of their overt socialism. Everybody knows that Europeans were beggars, mass grave diggers and garbage eaters for decades during the last century and have now succumbed to the edicts and threats of the Islamo-Fascisti. They whimper with fright as the mullahs teach hate on the streets. 1000 cars can be burned in Paris at night without the government commenting on the glow.  That is cowardice. Europeans are now even stupider than before and waxing dumber all the time.[14] Some want us to copy their sloth, belligerent ignorance and failed social systems.

Losers deserve to lose. "Life is tough, tougher if you're stupid."

“This is a serious mental affliction that infects almost everybody in the world where people use hypocrisy, bigotry and racism to ferret out the hypocrites, bigots and racists with the grand feeling that they are absent these negative attributes and are performing tasks related to justice or other delusion. It is good to root out and display the racists and the reward is wild applause, contentment and a feeling of well being. O’Bozo, the Afro-Leninist Parasite Flip Flops on Offshore Drilling.

O’Bozo, the Afro-Leninist Parasite Flip Flops on Offshore Drilling.

As expected from a mealy-moufed liberal who would do or say anything including trashing his own pastor and rejecting the very basis of Liberation Theology, Senator O’Bozo now mumbles about getting the oil.  The economy sinks and he is glad.

He is fraudulently disingenuous with this slimy political shift and this is just some temporary blow to distract the voters. He has no intention of giving in to any measures that lower gas prices. He lies.

To wit:

“"My interest is in making sure we've got the kind of comprehensive energy policy that can bring down gas prices," Obama said in an interview with The Palm Beach Post.” –Senator Obama Aug 2, 2008. [1]

He has already said he doesn’t care if gas prices are high.

“Obama: I’d like higher gas prices, just not so quickly”--posted at 3:20 pm on June 11, 2008 by Ed Morrissey [2]

Gee, that reversal was quick. Can you say quickie?

Here is the caveat: Rules; rules rules and more rules.

“"If, in order to get that passed, we have to compromise in terms of a careful, well thought-out drilling strategy that was carefully circumscribed to avoid significant environmental damage - I don't want to be so rigid that we can't get something done," Obama said.”

[These two sentences contradict each other.]

O’Bozo or O’Bozo [the Clown] [3]  is now a tireless tax whore who would sell out our country to the Arabs, illegal aliens and boost energy costs so to be in compliance with the far leftist Eco Nazis and their Islamo-Fascisti. This is standard leftist drivel and O’Bozo never drifts far from the far left line unless he needs to lie for votes. Such is Leninism with an Afro-Alfred E. Neuman flavor.[4]

No, he is not rigid—he is willing to offer any lie and then back out of the offer if he is elected using phony EcoNazi mumblings.

That is what the Party of Democrats has offered us.

Vote accordingly.

This guy is a parasite.

Nancy Pelosi Can Save the Planet According to Krugman: Watch Your Taxes Soar.

Nancy Pelosi Can Save the Planet According to Krugman: Watch Your Taxes Soar.

Part of the fun of politics may be derived from watching the mental rejects, druggies and the economically hopeless people revel in the notion that they are finally going to ‘make a difference’ and save a whale, cure AIDS or, better, save the planet.  Today, we get a comedy review of this nostrum.  We also get to watch a lesson on rubber economics.

Not unlike a Broadway play, replete with drug addicts, sad songs, overdoses in high C and tambourines clacking, the crusade to save the planet is underway with bells, song and hurrahs.  Let us begin by raising all taxes.

We introduce the players in this intermezzo and wait for the band to strike up:

First, we present the Grand EcoNazi hisself, The Cheated President Al the Gored the ignoble bribe seeker[1], BuddhistTemple money grubber, liar[2]Communist Stooge[3], a Lysenko-styled pseudo scientist/politico[4] [5]. He pandered for money from Asian Communists and then lied about it. He starts up the chorus with a maudlin chant against the Evil One, Carbon Di Oxide [CO2], the Destroyer. Of course, there is no scientific basis for this absurdity.[6] In a very unscientific manner, the chosen representative of that august, group [mostly non scientists and political serfs like Gore] announce that the ‘debate is over’ thus offering no defense and refusing to show the basis of their nonscientific claims. It is final. No debate necessary—raise the taxes. So, what we get from  the ‘scientific community,’ the ones whose shabby little academic futures depend on fat research grants to fund phony research to prove a negative, is only the celebrating and froth. It doesn’t matter if sun spots cause the observed cyclic thermal variations or not, CO2 has been authorized to accept the blame. So, the party begins. 21,000 scientists[7] disagree [I am included in this group] with this phony tax scam. Their charts and computer models continue to show the temperature going in different directions from the CO2 levels and they were so embarrassed that they now say that CO2 could make the temperature go either up or down so ‘change’ is the key. Gee, up is down or up or down, whatever. Thanks for the theory. That is the Obama slogan too. We need a change. The conduct of our so-called ‘concerned scientists’ matches the ethereal zone bounded by the Mesmerists on one side and the cockroaches on the other. Facts do not fit with their science. Politics is not based on truth.

 The ambience is described:

If this was an opera buffa stage scene, it would open with an organ grinder and attendants and some bells and confetti scattered around the stage.  Joining the players would be the monkey [that is best played by algore], the tin cup, always in the monkey’s hand and used for alms and gratuities could be elegantly played by Nancy Pelosi while Paul Krugman would be the wooden nickel in the cup for essence and bait. The Grinder, we soon notice, is O’Bozo the Changeling a grinning caricature of Alfred E. Neuman[8] with his strange smirk and wide set ears who turns the crank to the tune ‘Grunt, Grind and Grab.’ What? Us worry? We gots yer tax money on the drum! We can commit economic suicide and gain power. We can spend what is left on drugs and ‘the poor.’ Jeremiah Wright would sing a solo on dah KKK Amerika and Bill Ayers might give a quick presentation on how to be a modern terrorist.  The chorus would be a mixture of drug addicts, illegal aliens and Islamo-Fascist terrorists with the Mexican flag waving wildly. An oversized statue of Robert Mugabe is dragged across the stage and thousands of absentee ballots are offered to all customers.

As the follies continue, moochers, winking shrunken heads, bums and United Nations freeloader types pile on the wagon and join the chorus with sobs, threats and calls for taxes. They chant: we need your money for a change.

Next, The Reptile, the one from San Francisco and Queen of the Asian Massage parlors, halts debate on the issue and sends her Congressional flock home to roost while she goes on a book tour to announce she wants to save the planet. Done deal. Well, almost. Her 8th face lift seems to have failed again. This has left here with a freak show countenance that scorches wall paper with her laser glare and causes flies to faint. Her cadaverous gaze is locked on her victims like a cobra watching the rats run along the ditch. She, The Reptile plays the part of the Tax of Whoredom, the ultimate authority on grabbing loot from capitalists. She leers at the audience until the skin on her head looks ready to split and tear. The audience screams. William Henry Pratt [9]himself could have not invented a more reviling and horrifying countenance. She is the backdrop for the show.  The toadies run around in little circles, hop and clap and sing the Mexican anthem while strewing marijuana joints around the stage under a pink light.

After the foam and froth settles, and a quick consume change, the New York Times scurries in stage left led by their chief Kazoo Blower the renowned non-economist Paul Krugman of Tax Hike Zombie[10]fame. Paul has never seen a tax hike that did not excite him.  They all sing Tax to the Max until they swoon.

Getting back to the text:

He pulls out a newspaper and recites for the audience:

Recently the Web site The Politico asked Nancy Pelosi, the speaker of the House, why she was blocking attempts to tack offshore drilling amendments onto appropriations bills. “I’m trying to save the planet; I’m trying to save the planet,” she replied.”[11]-- Can This Planet Be Saved? by Paul Krugman 8.01.08. [Emphasis is mine in all quotes.]This link references all quotes in this essay unless otherwise stated

Notice the use of double speak?[12] Actually, she is trying to sink the economy. Can we remember Jimmy Carter? Hillary actually saved us from socialized medicine by being obnoxious, vindictive and ruthless in public.  She drove Billy to Monica on the White House Oval Office rug with her fury. She is not a player in this production today as she and her consort played the race card at the wrong time and at a person of color instead of just any Republican.  Her 250 million dollar fiasco is now political history. Billary joins Geraldine Anne Ferraro[13] as one of the electrifying new racists of note bested only by David Duke. The far left have nothing left but your tax money and wealth. They will try for as much of your money as they can get. They can get nothing any other way. Look at San Francisco and the state of California as they go broke. Tax Whoredom gone wild.

The kazoo blows and we get another lesson in economics from the NYT, —aka the Walter Duranty Papers[14]--continues on in Act II:

True, Ms. Pelosi’s remark was a happy reminder that environmental policy is no longer in the hands of crazy people. Remember, less than two years ago Senator James Inhofe — a conspiracy theorist who insists that global warming is a “gigantic hoax” perpetrated by the scientific community — was the chairman of the Senate’s Environment and Public Works Committee.”

It still is a giant hoax. Notice the churlish pejoratives used here by the Times. It is also a praiseworthy racist issue as we hear from a class racist:

Climate change is no longer just an environmental issue. It’s now an issue of race, according to global warming activists and policy makers.”[15]-- House Majority Whip James Clyburn, D-S.C 7/29/2008, today’s date.

So, we have the dope addicts, leftist politicos, the pre-programmed drive-by media, hookers and racists in the chorus all bawling for money. That is the message from Act II.

Going on with the show:

Most criticism of John McCain’s decision to follow the Bush administration’s lead and embrace offshore drilling as the answer to high gas prices has focused on the accusation that it’s junk economics — which it is.”

Our esteemed economist here, displaying his krugmaniacal logic for us in public, has yet to give us a coherent essay on economic  supply-demand laws or tell us how tax cuts spur economic growth. He cannot seem to recall that most tax hikes return smaller revenues.  I wonder why he cannot explain that to us. The solution to all economics problems of the left can be solved with a tax hike. And this Tax Hike Zombie [16]of the Old Gray Lady is one of the noisiest. He views any tax cut as a ‘cost’ to the leftist society. The liberals know best how to spend your money.

If we drill more and supply our own oil to ourselves then the slimy Islamo-Fascisti will not get our dollars after a time. Krugman does not allow us to figure in new oil from exploration and drilling and processing into the supply schedule, thus telling us a little fib. I wonder if he every passed Econ 101. He would have failed at SUNY—pick a branch. He should have picked up some basic economics at Ivy League, but, then, they were into lots of politics in those days.[17] I guess we need to view his work as ‘progressive’ and not related to basic theory but some form of political pandering. In all fairness, there are no academic standards left in the Ivy League that matter that could be used to screen professors. All that is necessary is to swear that you hate Republicans and capitalism and that qualifies the entrant to university chairs. We can submit examples like Noam Chomsky, Cornel West and Angela Davis as proof. That makes sense and answers the questions we might ask about his economic theories. He seems to avoid calculus in his ‘text books’ and that makes some sense as the light weights have trouble with figgers. The Neo-Kenysian economics advocate Krugman has a long history of mixing and matching numbers until the result coincides with his politics. [18] As such, his proclamations and analysis of the economy compare more with freak show performances than reality.  The little hob goblins of his favor always seen to dance around the snake pit and howl for money.

Playing the part of the Clown he now fibs about a fib:

A McCain campaign ad says that gas prices are high right now because “some in Washington are still saying no to drilling in America.” That’s just plain dishonest: the U.S. government’s own Energy Information Administration says that removing restrictions on offshore drilling wouldn’t lead to any additional domestic oil production until 2017, and that even at its peak the extra production would have an “insignificant” impact on oil prices.”

Here, we find that even though we have massive oil reserves, perhaps the biggest in the world, if we drill and produce oil that it cannot ever increase he supply! What is he talking about?? This nostrum approaches the dizzying heights of Neo-Kenysian economics.

Look at this as a general refutation of his blather:

February 13, 08Massive Oil Deposit Could Increase US reserves by 10x

“America is sitting on top of a super massive 200 billion barrel Oil Field that could potentially make America Energy Independent and until now has largely gone unnoticed. Thanks to new technology the Bakken Formation in North Dakota could boost America’s Oil reserves by an incredible 10 times, giving western economies the trump card against OPEC’s short squeeze on oil supply and making Iranian and Venezuelan threats of disrupted supply irrelevant.”[19]

The leftist politico is lying when he demands that we cannot increase supply and lower prices. There is no truth in his phony assertions that we cannot drill our way out of the slimy clutches of the idiot Islamo-Fascists and communist pigs like Hugo Chavez. He wants us to fail. Liberals have no hope for any political future unless they can milk capitalism in some manner. They are scavengers as they were taught to be by the wonderful people from the French and Russian revolutions. They were swell people and defined liberalism for us. They murdered 100,000,000 people using their warped theories.

In the final act he takes a bow to the wild applause of O’Bozo, the Reptile and others who stand to gain fame and political power for the far left.

But, now a  wondrous thought………and a caveat?

It’s true that scientists don’t know exactly how much world temperatures will rise if we persist with business as usual. But that uncertainty is actually what makes action so urgent. While there’s a chance that we’ll act against global warming only to find that the danger was overstated, there’s also a chance that we’ll fail to act only to find that the results of inaction were catastrophic. Which risk would you rather run?”

The ‘scientists’ that run the EcoNazi Follies don’t know what they are doing?!

Gee, thanx. We now read that he thinks the ‘scientists’ don’t know what is happening so we need to wreck our economy just in case. That is nice. Maybe if our economy sinks then Europe can hope to gain some respect. We are also missing the China and Indian inputs to the problem here. Are we the only ones that can save the planet?

What we are reading here is a frantic mix of racism, voodoo economics of the shrunken head sort, leftist politics, and a massive chunk of the Blarney Stone in a stage production called ‘change.’

My risk preferences, thank your for asking, run against the left liberals as they are simple stooges, race mongers, tax whores and bootlickers of the stale Marxian theories. Their failed social programs have shown us that they cannot connect two reasonable thoughts in a logical sequence and this aromatic pile of goat droppings from Walter Duranty’s Memorial Rag proves the point. There is no uncertainty in this analysis.

As proof of this theory, we need only watch CA,[20] NJ and NY[21] go bankrupt as a testament of how liberals think and act socially and financially.  All this comes at a time when the entire world is in financial danger.[22] Liberals given a free hand on how to construct inner city societies have come up with sloth, sodomy, high crime and worse.  Examples are Detroit, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, Houston, Phoenix, Dallas, Washington, DC and New Orleans.[23] These are all human cesspools. These are the results of decades of dedicated liberalism.

So, let us celebrate high gas prices, unemployment, swarms of illegal aliens committing felonies with the tacit approval and applause of the far left and their drug-besotted sponsors. And worse, while we suffer an economic down turn due to insufficient energy supplies we must give a break to China and India and the shrunken remains of the USSR. The US, alone, can valiantly save the planet by not drilling for oil and not eating red meat. That makes political sense to drunks and leftist politicians.

So, the little intermezzo ends with clapping, more of the clap, and grand visions of spending your tax money while the economy crashes. That sounds like the USSR in 1989 does it not?

‘Grunt, Grind and Grab.’ What? Us worry?

CLAIM: “I did not know that it was a fundraiser.”

TRUTH: A DNC memo prepared for Gore made plain that the event at HsiLaiTemple in Hacienda Heights, Calif., was a fundraiser. A Secret Service document called it a fundraiser, Gore’s staff described the event as a fundraiser to reporters, and DNC chairman Don Fowler testified to the Senate that he knew “there was a fundraising aspect to this event.” Six weeks before attending the event, Gore met with temple master Hsing Yun at the White House with fundraisers Maria Hsia and John Huang. Later that day, Gore sent an e-mail saying that he couldn’t be in New York on April 28, 1996: “If we have already booked the fundraisers [in California], then we have to decline.” http://www.crm114.com/algore/lies.html

“Neuman's third appearance was in the border of the first magazine version of Mad 24 (July 1955) with his now-familiar signature phrase "What, me worry?" written underneath. Initially, the phrase was rendered "What? Me worry?". This border would be used through Mad 30 (December 1956) and thereafter appeared on it, Neuman answered a letter from a suicidal reader by giving "expert advice" on the best technique for tying a hangman's knot.”

[17] “Krugman (pronounced as Kroog-man) was born and grew up on Long Island, and majored in economics (though his initial interest was in history) as an undergraduate at YaleUniversity. He earned a Ph.D. from MIT in 1977 and taught at Yale, MIT, UC Berkeley, the London School of Economics, and StanfordUniversity before joining the faculty of PrincetonUniversity, where he has been since 2000”

[18] “In his May 22, 2005 farewell column, New York Times ombudsman Daniel Okrent stated: "Op-Ed columnist Paul Krugman has the disturbing habit of shaping, slicing and selectively citing numbers in a fashion that pleases his acolytes but leaves him open to substantive assaults."[22] Okrent did not initially provide specific examples for his view, but a few days later was drawn from retirement into an email back-and-forth with Krugman wherein he listed several specific instances, publicly hosted by the new ombudsman's column.[23] Okrent's chief complaint (which may have been prompted by conservative commentator Donald Luskin[24]) was that in a May 2004 column, Krugman inappropriately mixed numbers from the Establishment and Household employment data, without explaining to readers that these two surveys use differing, and incompatible, methods. Krugman, in fact, did not use any Household data. He did provide a number for the necessary monthly job creation in order for employment to pace population growth, which was based on Census data.[25] However, this form of "mixing" data sources is not uncommon (The same methodology is used in numerous government and journalistic documents, including the Bush Administration's 2004 Economic Report of the President).[26] The administration assumed a slightly lower rate of "adult non-elderly" population growth, but nonetheless came up with a similar number: 110k per month, against Krugman's 140k.[27] [28] Okrent stated he consulted reader mail to identify what he called Krugman's "mis-hits." [29] He additionally attacked Maureen Dowd”.
