Here is a letter I sent to the ATT CEO Randall L. Stephenson , whose name and probable address is shown below. Here is the text I withheld until I am paid to translate my comments into English from Spanish or from the Borkifier.[1] It generates a text that sounds like Mary Lacy, the dodo DA from Colorado. My name and address were withheld on this post, but was included in full in the letter:
Dear Mr. Stephenson
This is a letter to you to explain why you have lost my business. It has to do with having to “Push #2 button to continue on in English…” that I hear when I attempt to talk to your service employees with names like Sean in India.
