Let’s Ask Hillary About Castle Grande, Perjury and the Rose Law Firm Billing Records!
Hillary claims she has been ‘vetted’ and we wonder if that includes Castle Grande. That must mean that we don’t have to inquire about her testimony under oath on her legal work for Castle Grade. I suppose we can forget about the Rose Law Firm billing records found in the White House?
According to a Washington Post article, Hillary said she “was not involved in anything called Castle Grande.” When the billing records appeared she (and her lawyers) said this was a semantic confusion. She thought this was called IDC.
But, H. Don Denton, who was senior loan officer at Madison, stated that “everybody knew this project by the name Castle Grande.”
The legal and political problem for Hillary here is that it was a crooked deal and 15 people were indicted and or convicted of crimes in Whitewater and other scams. These include:
Gov. Jim Guy Tucker [convicted on mail fraud and conspiracy charges] ,
James McDougal, [convicted of 18 felony counts of fraud and conspiracy charges]
Susan McDougal [Convicted of fraud in the Whitewater and served 18 months in prison for civil contempt of court]
Webster L. Hubbell [pleaded guilty to defrauding the firm Rose Law Firm and their clients with false billing procedures and conspiracy in the Castle Grande].
Has Hillary been ‘vetted’ in this case?? Many of her close friends and poltical allies went to jail for fraud an conspiracy.
Hillary: Can you tell us all about Castle Grande by answering questions in a debate?? You might be able to clear up my semantic confusions about you and the many criminals in your life.
Thanx,

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/politics/special/whitewater/stories/wwtr960602.htm. “Before the billing records were discovered, the first lady, when questioned by two separate federal agencies, said she was not involved in anything called Castle Grande.” “When the billing records revealed that she charged Madison for about 30 hours of time on work involving Ward and issues related to the development in a four-month period between late 1985 and early 1986, she and her lawyers attributed it to a semantic confusion. She knew the development as IDC, they said, because that is how it was referred to in internal Rose records and by other Rose lawyers.”
