The NYT Supports the Demise of Our National Security

The NYT Supports the Demise of Our National Security

The New York Times, supporting any and all enemies of America, predictably plop some more Pinch Pustules [1] upon the yellow pages of their offensive ragzine[2].

Somehow, the court could not muster the four votes needed to grant review in the case of an innocent German citizen of Lebanese descent who was kidnapped, detained and tortured in a secret overseas prison as part of the Bush administration’s morally, physically and legally abusive anti-terrorism program. The victim, Khaled el-Masri, was denied justice by lower federal courts, which dismissed his civil suit in a reflexive bow to a flimsy government claim that allowing the case to go forward would put national security secrets at risk.

There are other views on this simplistic ploy: [3]

Seventy-five thousand doesn't seem like a lot of money, but the US couldn't allow Masri to set a precedent. The intel efforts would come to a standstill if every jihadi could file lawsuits against us for every slight, real or perceived. It would tie the intel bureaucracy in knots, keep analysts and covert operators pinned down for depositions, and shift focus from defending the country to defending the blizzard of court motions. That precedent could turn the judicial system into one of the most productive fronts of the war for our enemies,..

This is the central issue: If there was some mistake on the part of our anti Terrorist units, the notion that every dirt bag, real or imagined, can open secret and super secret US files to grope and grunt around for some tidbits to throw to the NYT and other Marxist, anti American and  Pro-Islamo-Fascisti is disgusting and absurd.

The New York Times here, again, finds sleaze and propaganda and wraps them up in sorrows, whines and veiled threats to attack, as usual, our way of life and support our enemies.

The New York Times has no use for our military or our intelligence agencies as in evidence that they leak every secret they can get their slimy hands on. We need to reinstate the Alien and Sedition Act and provide some justice for those who commit treason upon us.

The NYT staff, still warm and sticky  in the brilliance of Walter Duranty, the liar and Soviet Stooge who got a Pulitzer Prize for their sorry paper, will find every excuse to undermine the security of the US and celebrate the destruction of our society hoping for some Maoist revisionist society.
