Here is the latest episode of the Tax Whoring Syndrome that keeps too many socialists and Crypto-Marxists in office in the US.
“Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton said Friday that every child born in the United States should get a $5,000 "baby bond" from the government to help pay for future costs of college or buying a home.”
"I like the idea of giving every baby born in America a $5,000 account that will grow over time, so that when that young person turns 18 if they have finished high school they will be able to access it to go to college or maybe they will be able to make that down payment on their first home," she said.
Clinton said such an account program” would help Americans get back to the tradition of savings “that she remembers as a child, and has become harder to accomplish in the face of rising college and housing costs. [1]
Note two items here:
[1] ‘Every child’ means illegal aliens and any others who might be flying in from France or the Ukraine all will get a clean 5000 bucks. Notice there is no restriction on this.
[2] This ‘gift’ will somehow ‘teach or encourage’ the low class to save money.
These two comments are so filled with marijuana smoke, crack fumes and NYT PinchPus propaganda that we can hardly stand up after the laughing episodes. So, what if some crack baby is born to an illegal alien in the parking lot adjacent to some Calexico street near the border and mamma now wants to get to the ‘gift’ in advance? Is mama going to have to wait 18 years or so for the loot?? What if the child dies from drugs? Who gets the money now? Do these gift recipients need a birth certificate as proof or can they just get some paper from the Mexican Legation and fill in the name in Spanish or whatever. Do we get to spend $300,000 in intensive natal care for this ‘new citizen?’ How much do crack babies cost taxpayers now? Not enough in the parlance of the liberals.
Hillary Clinton leads the Tax Whore Brigades as she had already advocated and secured the biggest tax increases in history with her Hillary Care and the 1993 Clinton Tax Hike. She tried to essentially nationalize a $990 bln insurance-based private system in 1993 that was three times bigger than the Department of Defense for that year. It was phenomenally complicated, offered to cost estimates and could have cut out many medical services. [2]
John Kerry and other liberals routinely preach about taxing the ‘rich’ but it seems that these taxes seem to broaden and drift way down to the middle class. Kerry “… told his audience that he plans to follow Bill Clinton’s model and do, “the same thing that we set out to do in 1993…[3]” The reason for the spread is that the rich don’t have enough money to supply the voracious appetite for somebody else’s money that the Socialists, Marxists and Liberal Democrats need to fund their follies.
“Senator DanielPatrick Moynihan (D-NY) called the [1993] “biggest tax increase in history.”
“I[John Kerry] wish that we did not need to raise taxes (on the middle class), but …this budget cannot be balanced without increasing taxes.”[4]
Note that growth from tax CUTS is never factored in here on anywhere else in leftist calcualtions. Bush2 and Reagan and JFK-Johnson tax cuts generated more revenue. Tax increases frequently cut revenue.
Clinton trundles down the same stale old Bolshevik Ditch where the only political power increases in the leftist ranks come from taking somebody else’ money. Here, the cheesy offer to ‘give’ $5000 to everybody born is a cheap rip off of the taxpayers.
It is always important to keep on the liberal theme: They have to raise taxes or lose power in Congress. They willingly lie about what they will tax and use the sordid bait-and-switch tactics increase the tax increase later on.
Parasites operate on their hosts in such a manner.
The central point here: is that the left can never cut taxes because they could never increase the size of government, the only source of their power base. T tax cut takes money away from them and offers individualism and opportunities to create wealth and be thus impendent of most slippery liberal social programs. The liberals could just give away money for ‘births’ and create some more reasons to expand government in the future. Somebody has to administer such a program.
The Immigration Issue is a vital and essential project for leftist future where liberals can import poverty into the US and then expand our social services using tax monies. This is the only growth area remaining to liberals unless they try to annex Mexico. Mexico is 50% Communist and would be more than willing to take taxpayer’s monies for their support. Mexico does not believe their borders stop at the US border, statement hailed by liberals who need more poverty and votes.
Stop tax increases and stop the rabid left.
