Israel Must Strike Iran
From some of the links below we can see that the Iranian situation is hopeless. There is no hint of any desire to negotiate with Israel. The intent of the new Hitler Ahmadinejad is the destruction of Israel. The links below give a distinct account of the threats and the development of nuclear weapons in preparation for the elimination of Israel as a state. Here we hear that Iran took a ‘brilliant stand’ in the battles of PLO against Israel and they are "on the verge of disappearing." They hackneyed notion that “Sanctions against Iran are unlikely to work” is so stale as to be a lame platitude. The UN, polluted with anti-Israeli factions, has no serious means or intent to keep Iran from developing nuclear weapons and using them on Israel. The comment in the Jerusalem Post: “The notion of destroying Israel, reduced to a dream or dismissed altogether, is again now widely regarded as feasible, even realistic.”
Of course it is realistic! For the first time in 3000 years there is a chance to ‘wipe Israel off the map’ and Ahmadinejad is the modern caliph who can do this to the praise and adoration of the Islamic world and much of US at least in the left-liberal ranks. The liberal Democrats are always against wealth, success and power. The Democrats would assist the Iranians in their mission to destroy Israel by cutting funding to Iraq, the key to the Middle East political momentum. If Iraq falls to the Islamo-Fascisti then Kuwait and Saudi Arabia become targets of the Iranian-directed war for oil and power.
Given the political winds in the US as the weak Americans grow weary of the bumbling Maliki in Iraq, Israel has to act entirely on its own interest, and that means a direct attack on the political structure of Teheran.
Israel Must Strike Iran

Ahmadinejad: Israel will disappear
Saying the Israeli regime was inherently a "threat," and was "on the verge of disappearing"
Haniyeh praised the support of the Iranian government and nation for the cause of the Palestinian nation. "The Iranian nation's brilliant stand in the rightful battles of the Palestinians encourages them and signifies their deep understanding of Islamic principles," Iran's official state-run news agency reported.
"The Intifada (uprising) of the Palestinian nation will continue until the cause of the Palestinians is materialized and Al-Quds Al-Sharif (Jerusalem) is liberated," added Haniyeh.

Sanctions against Iran are unlikely to work, so Israel must be prepared to thwart Teheran's drive for a nuclear capability "at all costs," the newly installed Deputy Minister of Defense Ephraim Sneh has told The Jerusalem Post.

Iran's Holocaust denial is paving way for genocide, Yad Vashem warns
"That the contest was held in Iran, a country whose leader has made Holocaust denial his mantra while brazenly calling for genocide and simultaneously pursuing nuclear capabilities, demonstrates yet again the need for the world to take these provocations seriously," a Yad Vashem representative said. "The contest is nothing more than a platform for hate."
"The exhibit not only is horrific propaganda that supports Holocaust denial, it also paves the road to justifying genocide of the Jews in Israel," said chairman of the Yad Vashem Council and Holocaust survivor Yosef (Tommy) Lapid.

The UN and EU are irrelevant
As the Iranian government announced last week a doubling of its uranium enrichment program, the UN Security Council bickered over a feeble European draft resolution. It would do no more than prohibit Iranian students from studying nuclear physics abroad, deny visas for Iranians working in the nuclear area and end foreign assistance for Iran's nuclear program, oh, except from Russia.

Tackle Teheran or face A-bomb Ahmadinejad
Already, Ahmadinejad's very pursuit of the bomb, combined with his relentless assertions that Israel will soon be swept aside, have reversed the process under which Middle Eastern regimes and their peoples, however grudgingly, were gradually coming to terms with the fact of Israel's permanence. The notion of destroying Israel, reduced to a dream or dismissed altogether, is again now widely regarded as feasible, even realistic.
FOR ISRAELIS, who just endured the aggression of a Hizbullah armed and inspired by Iran, the danger of Ahmadinejad hardly requires any more proof-texts. For Americans, at least for Americans who are not Jewish or politically conservative, Ahmadinejad makes the most persuasive argument against himself.
The best tonic for this impulse was the sight and sound of Ahmadinejad during his New York appearances. No Bush-basher could easily explain away Ahmadinejad's sincere, unadulterated persistence in treating the Shoah like some urban legend, like some quirky theory in need of independent analysis. Nor could any intelligent person miss the transparent deviousness during the press conference, when Ahmadinejad played dumb about Iran's support of Hizbullah, this in response to a question from a Lebanese journalist.
Yet, after 27 years of American sanctions, Iran is a growing, not a declining regional force, thanks in no small measure to the US overthrows of [Saddam Hussein] and the Taliban. And Ahmadinejad showed himself in New York disturbingly adroit at exploiting legitimate grievances to murderous ends. Just as Adolf Hitler won electoral power partly by playing on German indignation over the Versailles terms of reparations, Ahmadinejad clothed his platform of eradicating Israel within a critique of the post-World War II colonial order that would not have seemed out of place on The Guardian's editorial page.
